@O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

@O2 also volt is saying ineligible but I’m with virgin media for broadband and mobile as well as being with O2 at the same address . Sort it out. Again disgusting customer service

@O2 I am so appalled and disgusted now. I am 5/6 weeks down the line of THE worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!! No one will answer a call and speak to me, no one will call me. This is an absolute JOKE for a long term customer! #o2 #poorcustomerservice #Terrible
