@O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

@O2 @Ofcom all of this is because you can’t take a payment from me. It’s absolutely insane. I’m trying to pay clear a handset bill in full. At this stage now after all the messing I just want the bill waived. It’s absolutely disgusting service and someone needs to be accountable
