    Ordered an item on @O2 - got an email to say it would be delayed... and have heard nothing whatsoever since. No idea if I’ll get it this year... or ever. Zero customer service to speak to either. Blame it all on #COVIDー19 no doubt!

    @O2 I haven’t had any signal in my own home for 2 weeks and when I check online it says there won’t be an update until the 10th of June. How is that acceptable for a paying customer? I’ve missed an extremely important medical call back because they can’t get through to me

    @O2 I had issues with myo2 for over one year and I have asked for help to sought the issue of not able to login to check my bills. It doesn't matter how many times I change the password it still says it's wrong

    @EnigmaAkila @O2 I've had this issues for weeks now. I've had three phone calls that resulted in them saying they couldn't do anything. They sent me into a store and they had no idea about it either and reffered me back. I'm now waiting in my fourth call. It's maddening.

    @kokeshimum @O2 Because the operators put profit ahead of service? Coverage investment goes into the high traffic/ high profit urban areas, at the expense of suburban & rural coverage. Better regulation would help.

    @SkimoBeats @O2 Good luck when you eventually get it.. I got a galaxy 8 classic mobile data and I accidently downloaded the sim plan for my phone instead of watch and they have completely refused to help me sort it so my watch straight up is a clock when I go on runs.

    @O2 I am tired of using your My Network app to report no service, only to get a "Our network monitoring system hasn’t currently identified any issues at this location" SMS back. There is NO DATA in AL5 2RU - the centre of Harpenden town - for several months. It needs fixing!!!
