    @O2 why does the local B90 4AJ mast go faulty EVERY week. 6 weeks in a row now, we get no service until it is repaired. You need better repair engineers as their repairs do not even last a week!!!

    @o2 why is your service unusable in areas that your map says has good coverage? No backhaul bandwidth? B90 4AJ poor outside nothing inside. B13 0UR poor inside. Intermittent connectivity in spite of reasonable signal. Three works perfectly onside and out.

    @O2 After spending 6 hours trying to get hold of customer services, I ended up driving (and paying for parking) to go to one of your shops to get a sim swap. This apparently the only to get service working. Not the best of starts.

    I'm so pissed off @virginmedia blackmailed me into signing my mobile contract with @O2 by saying my media account would be cheaper. If I stayed with virgin it would be amount more. So I had no option but to go with o2 and No my mobile Internet is crap. I can't use my doorbell

    @O2 can you stop advising people to "reset network settings" when your network has problems. This didn't fix the problem with your network and unfortunately wipes out all WiFi and Bluetooth settings, which then need manually setting up again. Not good advice at all.

    @O2 just changing to O2 as I opted for deal with Virgin. Disappointed with how poor your coverage is locally in the B90 area. Where I had over 200mbits 5G with three, I am now lucky to get 20mbits with O2. Do you have plans to improve your network? Have I made a mistake?

    @O2 ordered a phone last night. They promise next day before midnight. Paid £5.99 to arrive before 12 noon. Had to chase as nothing arrived. Was cut off a call, twice. Then told no phone was allocated to me and it wouldn't be today. Sometime. I told O2 it's a bad Omen.

    @PeterLa87509130 @O2 We had issues too, finally worked on 3rd attempt (PayPal and Amex both came back with error messages when both working fine on other purchases. Tried a Visa card which worked )

Maybe if O2 could jump in and explain why I've spent over 9 hours over the last month on trying to call, unsuccessfully I might add. Still waiting on a reply to a complaint dated 03/03/23 so I'm not holding out hope.

    So @O2 could you please explain why me paying off my device plan has caused my tariff to increase by almost 50% which basically covers your loss from my device payments? Paying off my device should save me money not mean I’m paying more for the service you were already providing

    @AlexanderChrisS @O2 Im pay monthly and I'm trying to cancel a phone that has been inactive for over a year (because I don't even have a SIM card and you've locked me out of my account) Why wouldn't you close this as it's clearly inactive or do you just do this to PAYG customers? Genuinely THE WORST.
