-
Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England@O2 can you stop advising people to "reset network settings" when your network has problems. This didn't fix the problem with your network and unfortunately wipes out all WiFi and Bluetooth settings, which then need manually setting up again. Not good advice at all.
-
Steve Jones (@StevoJones1984) reported from West Bromwich, EnglandI seriously can't wait to get off @O2. Their customer service has been top notch, but the signal is beyond a joke.

-
Gavin Wallace (@gav_wallace1) reported from Wednesfield, England2/2 @O2 I’m currently sat at Wolverhampton station and I have 1 bar or 4G in what is a major UK city. Absolutely nonsense that these problems continue to happen. I thought it was bad enough not getting full 4G in my house in Kilmarnock but this is just amateur hour at its finiest
-
Gracie xo (@gracielou_xx) reported from Swindon, EnglandI also had the young lad on the call say “if I cancel any of your charges today I was told my job would be effected” disgusting @O2 - instead of gas lighting your clients and threatening your staff, perhaps get a member of management to actually do their job and HELP!?
-

B13 0UR poor inside. Intermittent connectivity in spite of reasonable signal. Three works perfectly onside and out.
-
Suki Randhawa (@sukirandhawa4x4) reported from Walsall Wood, England@O2 why is your reception in the #WestMidlands so bad #Willenhall #Walsall showing 4G internet buffering all the time, considering moving on to another network after 20 plus years with you.

Phil (@Lodovicho) reported@O2 your website doesn't work, I can't sign in, I can't make payments on it, your ap is terrible, and now you e disconnected my phone without the courtesy of a response from your executive team. I JUST WANT MY ONLINE ACCOUNT TO WORK, YOU'LL THEN GET YOUR DOSH!
-
antiscam (@delays83570704) reported@O2 dealing with a scam call which is obviously not you, one of the benefits from having an old O2 number but not being a customer you can be confident its not genuine
-
Lilith Tuylor (@lilith15016) reported@O2 Why would I send a message? O2 never read messages, or value PAYG. customers
-
Ivor (@ivornev23) reported@arokorol @O2 For **** sake the phone network is anti-septic too I suppose
-
Resurgence | Conservative Libertarian Voice (@UK_Resurgence) reported@RichardGCorbett Switch to 02. Competitive pricing, good service and free data roaming in Europe. The rest will soon twig and offer the same… @O2
-
🔯Hebrew Hammer🔯 (@OyVeyzMeir) reported@arokorol @Shimshon1800 @O2 O2 may be preferring Paltel as a roaming provider but I'd more bet on the provider aiming an especially "hot" sector at the airport to capture roaming traffic and generate revenue. A simple manual network selection will cure that. But they're so close together that it does happen. Same occurs when in the North, can get alerts roaming onto Alfa or Spacetel and data is HORRIFICALLY expensive on those.
-
Mike Waterson (@waterson_mike) reported@dermothill11 @O2 They are absolutely terrible I've moved and taken ny wife and mam away from @o2 as well
-
123qwe123 (@123qwe187051047) reported@arokorol @O2 What's the issue here?
-
Matthew Bell (@matthew_a_bell) reported@Jael7102 @arokorol @O2 In a sense I guess it doesn’t matter because it’s more about how O2 (the cellphone network) misrepresented his location once he had arrived in Israel.
-
Mr E Man (@MisterEMan42) reported@AmericaGirl0611 @arokorol @O2 Paedophone network? Sounds very Israeli
