@o2 why is your service unusable in areas that your map says has good coverage? No backhaul bandwidth? B90 4AJ poor outside nothing inside. B13 0UR poor inside. Intermittent connectivity in spite of reasonable signal. Three works perfectly onside and out.

@O2 I haven’t had any signal in my own home for 2 weeks and when I check online it says there won’t be an update until the 10th of June. How is that acceptable for a paying customer? I’ve missed an extremely important medical call back because they can’t get through to me

@O2 just changing to O2 as I opted for deal with Virgin. Disappointed with how poor your coverage is locally in the B90 area. Where I had over 200mbits 5G with three, I am now lucky to get 20mbits with O2. Do you have plans to improve your network? Have I made a mistake?

I'm so pissed off @virginmedia blackmailed me into signing my mobile contract with @O2 by saying my media account would be cheaper. If I stayed with virgin it would be amount more. So I had no option but to go with o2 and No my mobile Internet is crap. I can't use my doorbell

@O2 have still not processed a refund from March/April (despite being promised at the time I wouldn’t even be overcharged and my account had already been credited) Two weeks ago I was told payment would be with me in 5 days but I’m chasing ONCE AGAIN Atrocious customer service

@O2 After spending 6 hours trying to get hold of customer services, I ended up driving (and paying for parking) to go to one of your shops to get a sim swap. This apparently the only to get service working. Not the best of starts.

@O2 so Im looking to upgrade my phone. Problem is, the elements of my pay monthly plan are now split and out of sync. Virgin Handset is now mine but 20 months left on O2 airtime plan. I cant cancel my O2 plan in order to start again (it wont let me change tariffs for 20 months)

@O2 can you stop advising people to "reset network settings" when your network has problems. This didn't fix the problem with your network and unfortunately wipes out all WiFi and Bluetooth settings, which then need manually setting up again. Not good advice at all.

Looking to buy a new phone as current one knackered. Seems the @O2 shop has now closed in Beeston. Ah, best online anyway. Log into O2 app, that promises to send me a confirmation code to log in. Code never arrives. Gave up. What's a good way to get a phone these days?

@O2 Same issue happened with two different phones both with old sim card and with new sim card. I doubt highly that two phones are faulty when with another service providers sim both work perfectly. I’ve had terrible service with o2 for the duration of my contract and it’s worse now
