Poor coverage, dropped calls, slow texts, no internet, been like this for 5 months, No sign of a fix, difficult call centre staff hide behind “policy” to avoid being helpful. If you need a new provider - Avoid O2

So no internet, data, @NOWTV, or @FreeviewTV. Oh, and a child needs to revise online for exams on Monday. Fantastic.
