    @chris_greany @VodafoneUK Vodafone are well known for their appalling service. I've found @O2, although more expensive, to be spot on with customer service.

    @O2 I am tired of using your My Network app to report no service, only to get a "Our network monitoring system hasn’t currently identified any issues at this location" SMS back. There is NO DATA in AL5 2RU - the centre of Harpenden town - for several months. It needs fixing!!!
