Until last month we always got one every Wednesday at tea time if we wanted (sold out Tuesdays) but now they sell out on both days by 3pm. There’s no reason to be with @O2 now - no phone signal /coffee.

Virgin Handset is now mine but 20 months left on O2 airtime plan. I cant cancel my O2 plan in order to start again (it wont let me change tariffs for 20 months)

We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. Advised in the past to change settings in phone to use 3G but it's hardly practical to keep doing this. 4G+ in the City Centre just seems overloaded much of the time. Other half on Vodafone no issues at all. Very frustrating.

So no internet, data, @NOWTV, or @FreeviewTV. Oh, and a child needs to revise online for exams on Monday. Fantastic.
