Advised in the past to change settings in phone to use 3G but it's hardly practical to keep doing this. 4G+ in the City Centre just seems overloaded much of the time. Other half on Vodafone no issues at all. Very frustrating.

Last month i thought it was all sorted but now a letter today, giving me till tomorrow to pay up! Again today lost hours on the phone with them and apperently i have keep my line open for 5 days to hear back. Awful!

My phone, on a similar tariff , has had no problems. The same thing happened on a trip to Oz last year. Turned out the 'system' had put a 'block' on.
