@O2 such rude service this morning i havent phone and need a replacement sim sending and no way of ordering one as only accepting calls if your upgrading or cancelling,so i spoke to a girl from that team and she cut me off as i was explaining

@O2 Just runs very slow, if at all. Advised in the past to change settings in phone to use 3G but it's hardly practical to keep doing this. 4G+ in the City Centre just seems overloaded much of the time. Other half on Vodafone no issues at all. Very frustrating.

@O2 ok...this is ridiculous. My son is desperately trying to unlock his phone from o2 so he can use 3 network. Nobody is available from o2. Rang every day for 2 hrs, no reply. Live chat offline. No reply to tweets. Pls can somebody tell me how he can sort it. He has no phone!

@danboq @VodafoneUK At least @O2 only fob me off once every two weeks 🤪 And they don’t even give a reason, just knock the date back every time 🤣 As long as I have signal in time so I can send my Xmas texts I’ll be a happy chap

@O2 I appreciate theres obviously a serious issue, I’ve never known signal to be down for so long at one time. There needs to be a conversation at some stage regarding a substantial reimbursement on this months tariff, because to not have any signal whatsoever for this long is a pain

@O2 my son has changed network provider from o2 to ee. Waiting 5 days now for tel no to be transferred. Unable to get thru and no response to messages. Its crucial he has a working phone especially at this time. Shameful customer service.....

Hey @O2 - trying to get support, but my call quality is so awful I can’t call and every time I try the chat feature it just says you’re too busy to speak to me! Rubbish customer experience. Need to get you to enable WiFi calling on my account because you won’t fix the local mast!

@VodafoneUK are saying no issues with site even though zero signal. Interestingly @O2 also use the same mast & they have confirmed that the site is down and is being worked on. I'm told to "wait 24 hours" I mean come on! Time to look at another network! @O2 any good SIMO deals?

@O2 another few days without a working mobile because you can’t get any issue sorted. My phone was delivered last Saturday. I haven’t had a working mobile for I’ve a week now. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. But I bet you’ll still process my bill without glitch!

Imagine being with a phone network and when travelling around, and manage to actually call someone, all you speak about is how **** your signal is... But have to tell them over 20 different calls as always loose signal. @O2 Invest in your network!
