@O2 I have today received another letter telling me the phone is blocked. I don’t have an O2 phone. I have never had an O2 phone. I don’t owe any money. I know you are looking at it but surely you can put a block on correspondence while you do?

@O2 so Im looking to upgrade my phone. Problem is, the elements of my pay monthly plan are now split and out of sync. Virgin Handset is now mine but 20 months left on O2 airtime plan. I cant cancel my O2 plan in order to start again (it wont let me change tariffs for 20 months)

@O2 have still not processed a refund from March/April (despite being promised at the time I wouldn’t even be overcharged and my account had already been credited) Two weeks ago I was told payment would be with me in 5 days but I’m chasing ONCE AGAIN Atrocious customer service

I'm so pissed off @virginmedia blackmailed me into signing my mobile contract with @O2 by saying my media account would be cheaper. If I stayed with virgin it would be amount more. So I had no option but to go with o2 and No my mobile Internet is crap. I can't use my doorbell

@O2 I am so glad I have now left O2, a company I have been with for 2 decades which used to be superb unfortunately has gone down the pan. Now awful customer service, horrendous data service which gets worse month by month. I moved to EE and the difference is staggering #byeO2
