@O2 really disappointed with the service I’m getting from O2. Poor coverage, dropped calls, slow texts, no internet, been like this for 5 months, No sign of a fix, difficult call centre staff hide behind “policy” to avoid being helpful. If you need a new provider - Avoid O2

I can’t believe I was on the phone to @O2 for a good hour and all senior members of staff refusing to come to the phone to answer queries about random, large charges on my bill. Instead leaving a less qualified member to try and help with absolutely no support or assistance 🤢

I also had the young lad on the call say “if I cancel any of your charges today I was told my job would be effected” disgusting @O2 - instead of gas lighting your clients and threatening your staff, perhaps get a member of management to actually do their job and HELP!?

@O2 Why is your network in the south coast so bad. Used o2 for nearly 15 years now. Litrley bought data from another provider to post this. As couldn't access X on your network but somehow other provider allowed me straight away. Give me a reason to stay or I'm done👋

@O2 you guys really need to look at your customer support, absolutely awful. Moved around to 3 different chats, I call your call centre and all you can hear is about a thousand people in the background, shouting, cars beeping going past the office.. what the hell is going on

Literally @O2 are really proving themselves to be a terrible communication company, over 5 hours, 4 interactions with their virtual assistant, and with 4 humans just to get an esim, they failed to send in the first place. Total useless, so disappointed.

@O2 how do we claim compensation for lack of service? My husband & I are both on O2 and there has been little or no service in our village for over a week now. We have been expecting an important call from a hospital. There is zero chance of us receiving it at the moment.
