    I'm so pissed off @virginmedia blackmailed me into signing my mobile contract with @O2 by saying my media account would be cheaper. If I stayed with virgin it would be amount more. So I had no option but to go with o2 and No my mobile Internet is crap. I can't use my doorbell

    @O2 so Im looking to upgrade my phone. Problem is, the elements of my pay monthly plan are now split and out of sync. Virgin Handset is now mine but 20 months left on O2 airtime plan.  I cant cancel my O2 plan in order to start again (it wont let me change tariffs for 20 months)

    @O2 have still not processed a refund from March/April (despite being promised at the time I wouldn’t even be overcharged and my account had already been credited) Two weeks ago I was told payment would be with me in 5 days but I’m chasing ONCE AGAIN Atrocious customer service

    Seems like @virginmedia is completely down in our area, I can't even access their support site to log a problem. Also it appears that @O2 is having some sort of issue, my mobile data connection is so slow that royal mail could be a viable messaging alternative.

    @O2 this is the sixth day in December that we have had no phone reception! Not in a row, just randomly coming and going. It’s getting worse…. It used to be 1-2 days/month? @MelthamMBA anyone else locally have this problem? I’ve spoken to some others who say it is.

    @Matt_Aspden @O2 I'm having issue. Payment appears to go thru. I confirm thru banking app that its me. Then no money goes from bank. No payment email confirmation from o2. Bill remains unpaid. I'm now 5 days overdue and bloody phone cutoff. O2 refuse to speak to customer once that's the case

    Pt2... @EE Rather than them paying the additional £2 per month + £35 up front fee. They'd rather lose a customer whos been with them for ages. EE, your website did this to me the first time I signed as well, but because I was new, you wavered it. Funny that! Over to @O2 I go.

    @O2 We have had to confirm Thursday - son leaves on Friday - no margin for error as their depot (which we went to last Thursday & Friday) appears to be unstaffed - hopefully they deliver! Not unique 2 us loads of families left without ‘Santa’ presents so definitely fault with service
