@O2 really disappointed with the service I’m getting from O2. Poor coverage, dropped calls, slow texts, no internet, been like this for 5 months, No sign of a fix, difficult call centre staff hide behind “policy” to avoid being helpful. If you need a new provider - Avoid O2

Seems like @virginmedia is completely down in our area, I can't even access their support site to log a problem. Also it appears that @O2 is having some sort of issue, my mobile data connection is so slow that royal mail could be a viable messaging alternative.

I thought @O2 were supporting Ukrainian refugees. I’ve just been told by customer services that the refugee I sponsor will have to pay £7 per MB of data when she visits her parents in Ukraine next week. The war is still on - why do you charge so much?

@O2 I doubt it will. I've already checked on your postcode tracker. "You're aware of the issues in that area and we're are trying to resolve it". Aside from lowering my bill (which you wont) because you don't provide the Internet service I pay for. I'll be shopping elsewhere.

@Doug_Paulley @LloydsBank @O2 I'm not a PCI expert, but from the PCI training I've had with work in call centres and using WhatsApp for customer service, I'd say it isn't. Whilst WhatsApp has end to end encryption, it doesn't stop anyone from inside the business accessing the chat and that message maliciously

@O2 i did click and collect upgrade. unable to collect the phone as I couldn’t provide photo iD. If I’d gone into the shop and done it he would only want a bank card and current phone. Not impressed at all. A long term customer currently but maybe not for long.
