    @O2 I’m unable to remember my security question answer in order to change my password to view my a/c the system won’t accent any answers to other questions & customer care is unobtainable. It’s rubbish & unhelpful. I feel very cross!!!😡

    @O2 such rude service this morning i havent phone and need a replacement sim sending and no way of ordering one as only accepting calls if your upgrading or cancelling,so i spoke to a girl from that team and she cut me off as i was explaining

    @danboq @VodafoneUK At least @O2 only fob me off once every two weeks 🤪 And they don’t even give a reason, just knock the date back every time 🤣 As long as I have signal in time so I can send my Xmas texts I’ll be a happy chap

    @O2 Cor, O2 have the worst ever customer service. No contact 4 weeks after death..then 4 letters wanting £19 paid, with them instructing debt collectors. No process checking if calls have been made or age of the acc holder.should introduce new process due 2 covid

    Your customer service has been awful at this difficult time @O2. We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. To then contact us again on FATHER’S DAY is extremely cruel.

    @O2 I actually fell for a scam but I can't believe it. The messages and emails looked so real. Believe this is the first time I have never fallen for something like this and I'm very aware of all the measures to protect myself.

    @O2 me again, I’ve had my new iPad it’s all set up etc synced to my iPhone (if that’s what I was meant to do) but to get my free extra it says I need to get a text how ever I can’t seem to figure how to send/receive texts from the iPad with the number it came with. Can you help?

    @O2 charged £70 for having my data roaming turned off and no texts or calls the entire time I was away. But no one available to speak to me?! I never agreed to this when I signed up and would like a refund. Thinking of changing provider as I'm constantly getting bad service !

    Hi @O2 My mrs & I recently upgraded our phones (Iphone 11 > 14 & Samsung 21 > 22+) .. Ever since we upgraded we have both had real problems with signal in areas we both used to have no issues with at all including our house. Any ideas as to why? Thankyou

    @O2 really not happy with the service I received whilst on phone to your Maidstone branch today. I enquired about my pre order but he didn’t wait to hear what my actual query was he was more interested to find out if it arrived yet - interrupted me and took my details twice :(

    @O2 hi I ordered a new phone but have been charged my bill for my currant phone which is £20 difference and a big data difference too. However, all my mobile data has been cut down to my new tarrif. I don’t think that’s fair cause I paid the bill and haven’t swapped phones yet

    @O2 why can I not connect to my voicemail? Keeps just ending it, even though I have one! Need to access it for work and it's getting a bit frustrating. Tried powering off, walking around in different areas.. help please!
