We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. Example : A mast replacement was needed as it was broken/ vandalized and cause their system said nothing wrong with it (literally) they wouldn't send anyone. Took a year and still not done **** it goodbye
