Seems like @virginmedia is completely down in our area, I can't even access their support site to log a problem. Also it appears that @O2 is having some sort of issue, my mobile data connection is so slow that royal mail could be a viable messaging alternative.

I'm so pissed off @virginmedia blackmailed me into signing my mobile contract with @O2 by saying my media account would be cheaper. If I stayed with virgin it would be amount more. So I had no option but to go with o2 and No my mobile Internet is crap. I can't use my doorbell

@O2 really disappointed with the service I’m getting from O2. Poor coverage, dropped calls, slow texts, no internet, been like this for 5 months, No sign of a fix, difficult call centre staff hide behind “policy” to avoid being helpful. If you need a new provider - Avoid O2

@O2 any known issues in CW1 are re 4g or 5g issues in Stoke on Trent. It’s been deadly slow for weeks now. Taking nearly a minute to load basic web pages/update Twitter etc

@O2 I did get a reply on Facebook 2 hour ago just asking what phone my daughter had and if she had used it before abroad to which I replied and they said they were going to help my daughter is going to get a flight home if not sorted as she needs to have contact with uk hospital

@O2 I've tried all the tips and tricks in the video, and it hasn't helped, I honestly think it's a problem with the network, as I am getting a signal at home, but it's not a consistent strength... If it was my device or sim surely it just wouldn't connect to the network?
