    Hey @O2 is there a actually a mast issue in Wolverhampton? As I've been receiving little to no Internet while I'm at work (WV10) It's been about 2 weeks. I'm not the only one either. Checked your service status and says there's a mast issue but it hasn't been fixed. Any ideas?

    @jameseonline @O2 There maybe plenty of good freebies and offers with priority. Just that o2 signal is shocking where I live anyway and this is what I can a priority when choosing mobile network. Why have a mobile that you can't use!

    @O2 hi we ever getting a fix for postcodes WS14 and WV14 terrible phone signal and data just doesn't connect mentioned in December and according to your app it would be fixed in 2 weeks ?! 4months later still exactly the same

    @simonmaroulis @O2 @ThreeUK The mast near me. Hasn’t worked in now 19months. I understand dead spots, but I struggle to get a 4g signal anywhere. Utterly ridiculous.

    @O2 Any known issues with the phone service in Tamworth and Lichfield. I can barely make phone calls and it shows I have 4g but the Internet is awfully slow.

    @O2 Hi! Why is the internet in my town so **** for? Its been like this for over 3 weeks now. It takes atleast 5 minutes to get a signal when i switch my mobile internet on!

    I’ve just been in to the @O2 store to get a new sim, fantastic service in store, however, I was shocked to find my contract has gone up £6 since October? How does that work??

    @O2 hi, my PUK code on my online account is not working on my o2 SIM to unlock it. it's working and then lets me set a new SIM pin but then says 'incorrect PUK code'. Can you advise?

    @O2 Ive been a victim of fraud that taken you 8 months to fix. Ive tried to cancel my contract multiple times to which im told im atill in a contract (this was signed by fraudster!). You have blocked my account. Ive tried to ring multiple times to no avail as I am abroad

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The UK mobile companies have been dealing with massive 4G and 5G investment costs and ever decreasing margins due to reducing contract prices. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 They are reducing signal strength to save electricity costs. They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesn’t seem to be subject to regulatory measures
