    I'm so pissed off @virginmedia blackmailed me into signing my mobile contract with @O2 by saying my media account would be cheaper. If I stayed with virgin it would be amount more. So I had no option but to go with o2 and No my mobile Internet is crap. I can't use my doorbell

    @O2 so Im looking to upgrade my phone. Problem is, the elements of my pay monthly plan are now split and out of sync. Virgin Handset is now mine but 20 months left on O2 airtime plan.  I cant cancel my O2 plan in order to start again (it wont let me change tariffs for 20 months)

    @O2 hi we ever getting a fix for postcodes WS14 and WV14 terrible phone signal and data just doesn't connect mentioned in December and according to your app it would be fixed in 2 weeks ?! 4months later still exactly the same

    @O2 I have today received another letter telling me the phone is blocked. I don’t have an O2 phone. I have never had an O2 phone. I don’t owe any money. I know you are looking at it but surely you can put a block on correspondence while you do?

    That, @O2 had better coverage now I'm left with all this extra stress when I'm out because my mobile doesn't work when using @O2 network.... Its not my mobile either. I have a Samsung s20.....

    @O2 Spent over an hour with 3 agents regarding unable to use myo2 you have my email incorrect, someone out a - after .com and nobody amongst the 3 agents were any use, please remove the dash after the .com not receiving emails because of this! Really poor service

    How in the name of the good lord do you get hold of a human at @O2? Call? they reject my call. Online chat? “we’re busy” and close the chat. Respond to the email? “No reply email address” I don’t even want the stupid fkin contract n haven’t for years

    @virginmedia @O2 @Ofcom I am unable to get the advertised speed boost via volt as the virgin v4 hub is oos and being held for new customers. They have told me there is limited availability, however as a loyal customer it seems I am not entitled to it. This needs looked into.
