    @O2 my son has changed network provider from o2 to ee. Waiting 5 days now for tel no to be transferred. Unable to get thru and no response to messages. Its crucial he has a working phone especially at this time. Shameful customer service.....

    @O2 I had a issue with my billing and spoke to several of your phone assistants who did not help much at all, kept batting me off to Ariel Direct who also were useless. I finally got through to Tracy who explained the situation in 2 mins and resolved the issue, pls reward her.

    The guys at @O2 store lower #bullring are rude. We have as a family 5 contracts and there is a way to speak to customers. Sales adviser even manger thought it was ok. Very rude here. Will go top floor from now on.

    Absolutely awful customer service from Awais at @O2 call centre. Takes 5 days to get an unlock code so that I can use my phone on another network and my o2 line finishes tomorrow! @Ofcom @WhichUK manager was in a 'meeting' and will get back to me by 9pm tonight. #stayawayfromo2

    @O2 It’s having to be escalated due to a back office technical fault, issue on My O2 and the account behind the scenes, so I’m without data when out of the house for up to 10 days. Not ideal really!

    O2 serious issue…utter mess caused by @O2 has been escalated to complaints and copied to CEO yet all in getting is told to go back to customer care/retentions, which they say is incorrect, via multiple copy and paste AI emails which ignore everything in saying! Help!

    @Sjynther @O2 I agree, my signal in Church Warsop uk is awful, o2 map says mast has had issues the last few days and it's being worked on. Signal comes then goes all day meaning I keep getting a load of notifications then nothing for ages and I'm getting repetitive voicemail ones also with no actual voicemail stored. Something is broken at o2

    Hey @O2 why is that every day for 3 weeks one of your operatives has interrupted my day by calling me. Each time the number is blocked, but still they come. If this is your way of securing a new customer it is but an epic fail. Desist please.

    @EnigmaAkila @O2 I've had this issues for weeks now. I've had three phone calls that resulted in them saying they couldn't do anything. They sent me into a store and they had no idea about it either and reffered me back. I'm now waiting in my fourth call. It's maddening.
