    @O2 really disappointed with the service I’m getting from O2. Poor coverage, dropped calls, slow texts, no internet, been like this for 5 months, No sign of a fix, difficult call centre staff hide behind “policy” to avoid being helpful. If you need a new provider - Avoid O2

    Seems like @virginmedia is completely down in our area, I can't even access their support site to log a problem. Also it appears that @O2 is having some sort of issue, my mobile data connection is so slow that royal mail could be a viable messaging alternative.

    I'm so pissed off @virginmedia blackmailed me into signing my mobile contract with @O2 by saying my media account would be cheaper. If I stayed with virgin it would be amount more. So I had no option but to go with o2 and No my mobile Internet is crap. I can't use my doorbell

    @O2 have still not processed a refund from March/April (despite being promised at the time I wouldn’t even be overcharged and my account had already been credited) Two weeks ago I was told payment would be with me in 5 days but I’m chasing ONCE AGAIN Atrocious customer service

    @O2 I registered for updates last night. It said engineers are likely to be on the case. But they either are or they are not? If I have no signal how can the school contact me if there are problems with my child? How can we run a business with no signal when customers can’t ring us?

    @O2 on the phone again to your customer service. Quoted at another 30 minutes wait. Do you have that many unhappy customers? The reception in by local area is terrible and 4G is very slow. BS27 area.

    8 hours later and still with no service from @O2 and according to the support agent I spoke to nobody has even been out to check the mast.. love paying for a service I can’t even use.. very disappointed.

    @O2 @TOMarsh93 Hey o2 :) I know there are global supply chain issues at the moment due to Foxconn having to close due to covid, so totally understand the delay. I ordered the 256GB deep purple back at the start of November, delivery was ‘up to 4 weeks’. Any idea roughly when it could arrive?

    @O2 The service in our area far more recently had been shocking. Never known signal to be so bad from O2 here. Never used to have problems , but now it’s cutting out a lot, not connecting through properly and now altogether gone.
