  • spandinko sandy (@spandinko) reported

@O2 It seems to be happening all the time especially when I'm at home. My signal is indicating 4g and full signal yet my Internet speed is under 1mbps. The network guide says there is nothing wrong. I've tried switching my phone on and off

@O2 is there any information about the availability of 5g signal and when it will be available in my area, postcodes EH52 and EH54

@O2 I've spoken to 202 twice this month and they've given me all the usual guff. Apparently you are upgrading! Presumably degrading the service first so that the 'upgrade' seems better. If you can't keep the basic service working, tell people in advance.

  • DiWhite7 Di White (@DiWhite7) reported

@O2 It's still broken. I'm with tesco but I know they use your network. Plus my friend is on o2 and has the same problem but only in this area.
