Your customer service has been awful at this difficult time @O2. We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. To then contact us again on FATHER’S DAY is extremely cruel.

@CPWTweets @O2 Why is it so hard to unlock an old CPW android phone, purchased through CPW but was on o2 sim/network. O2 say its CPW that need to unlock it, CPW say its O2, back n forth for 3 hours on live chat. Can one of you just get me a SIM network unlock PIN!! FFS!!

@theroyalfactor @O2 Have never yet used one of those signal checkers that was remotely accurate. 5G is very spotty here too, but 4G is mostly ok so I’m not too fussed.

Seems the only way to get hold of a business is via Twitter, @O2 provide a simply hopeless service and then refuse to engage. I guess they rely on customer indifference when it comes to moving so take no interest in trying to resolve or explain issues they create

@O2 currently running a poll in my town with regards to your network and I've now established that every single o2 customer has serious issues on your network now while others are on 5g here now o2 can't even give us 4g!!!! Hike our bills up but do not improve the service we get!
