Twice in 2 days I come across an epos system that isn't fit for purpose. Small cafe hadn't got bacon on the breakfast options, and @O2 not being able to sell an existing customer 4 data Sim contracts, despite proving I was a director. Needed a letterhead!

@CPWTweets @O2 Why is it so hard to unlock an old CPW android phone, purchased through CPW but was on o2 sim/network. O2 say its CPW that need to unlock it, CPW say its O2, back n forth for 3 hours on live chat. Can one of you just get me a SIM network unlock PIN!! FFS!!

@o2 has an outsider gained access into o2 network? It appears that way to me as they seem to be texting messages to o2 customers using o2 infrastructure. Very concerned and worried!

@virginmedia @O2 I am not sure that this is O2s problem. I have ordered the SIM via VM. Why is VM sending out an email to call VM if it wouldn't be the case that VM is to handle the issue? And why is no one at VM aware of how to handle this specific issue?

Recommendations for phone provider not @O2 been a customer over 20 years, service is crap now, don't have wi-fi at home so need a sim only deal, whose good nowadays?
