People are quick to slate big companies, but the level of customer service I’ve received from @O2 has been incredible. Told them about my faulty watch, within 24 hours they’d sorted a replacement and it arrived today. Incredible 👏🏻

Clearly @O2 agents are trained to tell the customer anything and fob them off to get them off the phone. 5 agents I have spoken to, to try and get a phone unlock code and each have told me something different! Customer services rating -10 #O2

@O2 got to say what a shitty service phone stolen almost 2 weeks ago - bugger all communications then finally got a replacement phone and sim via o2insurance but you’ve not activated the sim as useful as a chocolate teapot #shoddyo2
