    @CPWTweets @O2 Why is it so hard to unlock an old CPW android phone, purchased through CPW but was on o2 sim/network. O2 say its CPW that need to unlock it, CPW say its O2, back n forth for 3 hours on live chat. Can one of you just get me a SIM network unlock PIN!! FFS!!

    @O2 Morning team, I checked after and the girl from the shop who set it up, didn't put a sim in the phone! Don't know what kind if problems this will cause now, but out of WiFi I can't use it at all and obviously can't use sms or normal calling.

    @O2 Signal in Elms Vale Area of Dover is absolutely shocking, has been for months. Trying to get a text message through for online banking and nothing. Tried about 5 times. Not helpful at all 😠

    @O2 I don’t have another phone but apple have already replaced the phone once so it’s surly not the phone still .. it’s getting a joke .. others that are with me are with Vodafone and 3 and no issues at all 😡

    @O2 Hi it's all over STOKE ON TRENT I've never known it be so bad,I'm literally paying for a none existent mobile phone,I set up to get updates,& all I'm getting is "We are still trying to deal with issue, we'll notify you in 7 Day's" That's it.. it's unacceptable

    @O2 how many more times am I going to have DRS, Consultants & people in charge of my sons care not able to get through to my phone, 7 different ppl this week alone yet you have no resolution 🤬 can’t even load an email to sent sats numbers to the hospital!! I’m disgusted !! 😡

    @O2 Switching to SMARTY mobile.. runs on EE which means a way better signal and you get UNLIMITED data etc for £20 a month on PAYGO.. I'm only getting 100gb for £30 a month with shocking signal...

    @AXS_UK @O2 in a never-ending loop of trying to sign into the venue app to be told it needs verification which occurs before starting the loop again - please advise!
