@O2 I'm onto the 4th day of only being able to use my phone if it's on WiFi. I live rurally so my WiFi is terrible and I rely on my 4g. This isn't good enough.

Twice in 2 days I come across an epos system that isn't fit for purpose. Small cafe hadn't got bacon on the breakfast options, and @O2 not being able to sell an existing customer 4 data Sim contracts, despite proving I was a director. Needed a letterhead!

Dear @O2, I need help. I drove to Guildford earlier this evening, and on arrival, my network signal vanished. I couldn't make calls nor use mobile internet. Every setting on my phone says I'm registered on your network. But the second I leave a Wi-Fi connection, nada. What gives?

@O2 Yes thats passed. Ive spent over 6 hours on the phone/hold to customer services the last 3 days, with no actual help from anyone. Still unable to access my account and just got cut off from latest call after waiting on hold... Why is this so difficult?
