Hi @O2 I'm happy with my service and have used you for years. But if you fund #GBNews I will take my custom elsewhere. This country doesn't need yet more media bias. #DontFundGBNews

@O2 Wait for at least 48 hours each time we send an email back and forth. This is not practical solution. You need to do better.

@O2 our WiFi at work has gone down so I am having to revert to my data (which I have plenty) but my god my speeds are really bad. Was originally getting 2Mbps and now it’s much less than that. My co workers next to me on other networks are getting 30/4-Mbps. Can you help please?

@O2 I'm struggling to find one of my phones, my son thinks he's lost it. It was last on your network but I canceled my sim a few weeks ago. If I require the IMEI blocking, as the last network used on it, can you block it if I report to police?

@O2 customer support is SHOCKING. No way of speaking to someone over the phone. Just automated options, which direct you to the app and then say 'Bye' and hang up. Their DMs and 'agent chat' feature just repeats the same.
