Gracie xo (@gracielou_xx) reported from Swindon, EnglandI also had the young lad on the call say “if I cancel any of your charges today I was told my job would be effected” disgusting @O2 - instead of gas lighting your clients and threatening your staff, perhaps get a member of management to actually do their job and HELP!?
-
Gracie xo (@gracielou_xx) reported from Swindon, EnglandI can’t believe I was on the phone to @O2 for a good hour and all senior members of staff refusing to come to the phone to answer queries about random, large charges on my bill. Instead leaving a less qualified member to try and help with absolutely no support or assistance 🤢

-
Monty Kumbulla (@KumbullaMonty) reported@O2 Is there something wrong with the signal around YO32 area? 2 bars of 4G isn’t enough for an email, text or Messenger connection.
-
Paul Blackledge (@Paul_Blackledge) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I always used to find it amazing that I would get full signal in the desert, miles from the nearest person in Kuwait, yet come home to the U.K. and some very populated places still have zero signal. Crazy planning restrictions stunting growth on masts I would imagine.
-
PUNK SQUAD (@PUNKSQUADcom) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Left them for Smarty earlier in year. Bill went from £24 and shite service to £8 20 Years A Customer and nothing from them.
-

Lewis (@Lewis_1417) reportedHey @O2. You have the worst account management system of any phone provider I have ever had the displeasure of using. Why is there no way to change the default payment method. Instead you just send threatening texts saying I’m going to be cut off.
-
Nige MackQ (@mackintalkin) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Same in Ireland. A suspicious person would wonder if they are turning down the signal power due to emerging health concerns.
