@CPWTweets @O2 Why is it so hard to unlock an old CPW android phone, purchased through CPW but was on o2 sim/network. O2 say its CPW that need to unlock it, CPW say its O2, back n forth for 3 hours on live chat. Can one of you just get me a SIM network unlock PIN!! FFS!!

@O2 do you only have staff and managers so rude that is impossible to discuss a new contract? You do tend to push customers away and not attract them instead. Great way of doing business NOT

@O2 Well for the 100th time, 4G is slower than dial up ever was and despite having full signal or so my phone shows when ever I make or get a call the person on the other end can’t ever hear me. This has been going on for the best part of a year if not longer. And I always get fobbed
