    Twice in 2 days I come across an epos system that isn't fit for purpose. Small cafe hadn't got bacon on the breakfast options, and @O2 not being able to sell an existing customer 4 data Sim contracts, despite proving I was a director. Needed a letterhead!

    I can’t believe I was on the phone to @O2 for a good hour and all senior members of staff refusing to come to the phone to answer queries about random, large charges on my bill. Instead leaving a less qualified member to try and help with absolutely no support or assistance 🤢

    @O2 Unfortunately I am in the middle of a field at Badminton Horse Trials, so WIFI is limited to the members area, supposedly been an o2 mast put up, it’s not working, as every o2 user I’ve met has no signal and no coverage.

    @O2 Last month I lost a device that I have on contract with o2 . I phoned customer services and explained that I understand I must keep up my monthly payments for the device but wasn’t prepared to pay for airtime that I wasn’t using. The advisor told me to cancel both direct debits.

    @O2 She advised me to phone once the account was in arrears to sort out a payment plan. Yesterday I received an email threatening me with late payment charges. When I phoned to sort this out I was told that I had been given the wrong advice and couldn’t cancel the airtime contract.

    @O2 The apple website says if my son doesn't have his own iphone, I can setup his watch on my phone as a standalone device and we don't need to be on the same carrier network though?

    @O2 I've had texts from 02 stating I cancelled my direct debit....I DID NOT ! Then texts to state my number was being changed....!!! I've had the same number for many years, no way on earth did I request a new number ! All reported to O2... Promised call backs which never came !

    Really starting to hate @o2, phone is practically unusable with data / signal dropping out all the time.
