Twice in 2 days I come across an epos system that isn't fit for purpose. Small cafe hadn't got bacon on the breakfast options, and @O2 not being able to sell an existing customer 4 data Sim contracts, despite proving I was a director. Needed a letterhead!

@CPWTweets @O2 Why is it so hard to unlock an old CPW android phone, purchased through CPW but was on o2 sim/network. O2 say its CPW that need to unlock it, CPW say its O2, back n forth for 3 hours on live chat. Can one of you just get me a SIM network unlock PIN!! FFS!!

Fantastic (sarcasm) service from @O2 today... Ask for a replacement sim, their automated system then cancels my current "working" sim before it's even been delivered. Great. Thanks for leaving me without a phone for 3-5 days there... Time to switch to @bt_uk for mobile too?

@O2 I called Customer Service today on 4445 and ask them to turn off balance notifications. They said they did it, however, nothing happened. So annoying to get notifications pop up after each text message… What shall I do?
