Twice in 2 days I come across an epos system that isn't fit for purpose. Small cafe hadn't got bacon on the breakfast options, and @O2 not being able to sell an existing customer 4 data Sim contracts, despite proving I was a director. Needed a letterhead!

@CPWTweets @O2 Why is it so hard to unlock an old CPW android phone, purchased through CPW but was on o2 sim/network. O2 say its CPW that need to unlock it, CPW say its O2, back n forth for 3 hours on live chat. Can one of you just get me a SIM network unlock PIN!! FFS!!

I can’t believe I was on the phone to @O2 for a good hour and all senior members of staff refusing to come to the phone to answer queries about random, large charges on my bill. Instead leaving a less qualified member to try and help with absolutely no support or assistance 🤢

@O2 FYI I got a call from this number (01242306032) claiming they're from @O2, apparently I've qualified for 30% discount on monthly bill. Considering I'm on Tesco mobile pay as you go I found it to be suspicious, when challenged person said sorry to bother & put phone down.

@christopherward @O2 this isn't ordinary spite. Virgin Media are the single worst company I've ever dealt with in my entire life. Lies, breach of contract, misdirection, rudeness, argumentative. I had these issues in 2014 and then exact same in 2020. Never again.

@O2 Please send an engineer to check the masts serving the EX36 4NJ postcode. 3G and 4G Signal/data has been intermittent since #StormEunice yesterday. Local power outages may not be helping.
