@al3xjw @O2 Did this get resolved for you? I exchanged messages with them via twitter and the app and got nowhere. Totally useless bunch.Think there is something they are mis-advertising that they don’t want to come clean with - basically that their roaming service in USA is severely capped.

Just completed the Great North Run. Can’t find anyone I need to find because once again @o2 signal is non-existent (despite saying I’ve got 4G). I’ve walked 1.5 miles away from everyone and still nothing. Everywhere I go this network fails. Opening a case with the Ombudsman!

@O2 hi, tried to upgrade my phone, payment showing as pending from my bank but website said “sorry there’s been a problem” and emailed me saved basket. When I click link in basket I get the same error again.
