    @CPWTweets @O2 Why is it so hard to unlock an old CPW android phone, purchased through CPW but was on o2 sim/network. O2 say its CPW that need to unlock it, CPW say its O2, back n forth for 3 hours on live chat. Can one of you just get me a SIM network unlock PIN!! FFS!!

    @O2 I received a call from O2 today. Great I thought it would be in response to my complaint to OFCOM. But no they were trying to sell me more stuff oh their unusable network . 😡 Only O2 could be so incompetent to try and sell stuff when their network is so CR%P.

    @O2 Ordered new sim only contract on Friday and inputted my pac code when instructed, received sim yesterday but not sure where I currently stand on porting my number across as I’ve not received anymore information on it any help would be fab

    Hi @O2 I have ordered the sim but still waiting for it. However, I have really been billed even though, I am not using the service yet? Is that normal? Also, I have requested to keep the number from my previous (current still) operator but did not get any confirmation?
