@O2 your customer services are disgraceful. Phone under warranty its broken through white screen of death, you will just send me the old one back and not give a replacement... WARRANTY!!!!! Yet still expect me to pay my contract and my handset charge when i dont have a phone.NOPE

@O2 The signal in my local area (home) of HD9 as far as Huddersfield is absolutely abysmal and I can’t even get a solid 4G or 3G connection. Can I ask what’s being done about it? I’m paying a lot of money for a service I cannot use half the time. I need mobile signal. Thanks

@O2 Not entirely sure the point of employing staff if they’re not constantly seeking to resolve customer issues. No distancing in store. No cleaning in store despite customers touching all handsets. Staff totally disinterested and chatting amongst themselves.

@O2 My mums o2 mobile wasn’t receiving any calls and was going straight to voicemail. Popped into store and the staff were uninterested. They called CS on their landline which had a broken earpiece so couldn’t hear anything. Manager scampered to back of store and staff shrugged.

@O2 absolutely totally incompetent and rude staff in your Brent Cross store yesterday afternoon. Your landline handset doesn’t work so couldn’t speak to customer service. Staff shrugged shoulders. What a joke.
