    I can’t believe I was on the phone to @O2 for a good hour and all senior members of staff refusing to come to the phone to answer queries about random, large charges on my bill. Instead leaving a less qualified member to try and help with absolutely no support or assistance 🤢

    @CPWTweets @O2 Why is it so hard to unlock an old CPW android phone, purchased through CPW but was on o2 sim/network. O2 say its CPW that need to unlock it, CPW say its O2, back n forth for 3 hours on live chat. Can one of you just get me a SIM network unlock PIN!! FFS!!

    I also had the young lad on the call say “if I cancel any of your charges today I was told my job would be effected” disgusting @O2 - instead of gas lighting your clients and threatening your staff, perhaps get a member of management to actually do their job and HELP!?

    Twice in 2 days I come across an epos system that isn't fit for purpose. Small cafe hadn't got bacon on the breakfast options, and @O2 not being able to sell an existing customer 4 data Sim contracts, despite proving I was a director. Needed a letterhead!

    @kokeshimum @O2 I live near four major cities. On 4G I can’t get an internet connection, cuts out constantly mid calls as soon as drops from 5G to 4G. O2 is broken.

    @O2 had a call from what appeared to be an actual number from o2 stating that you’re shutting my sim down in a so many days due to the merge with virgin it’ll be deactivated I’ve contacted you and made you aware just want to share it for others and see if you are

    @Wrightoe @kokeshimum @O2 Those metal things are awful!Waste of money.I’m in Brighouse 4g only 2bars/vodafone.Brighouse is having major overhaul,obstacle course getting round.Going to be more pedestrianised,just lots of bars,we need more decent shops!Lived in house 48yrs and seen rats in garden1st time

    @kokeshimum @O2 Just spent 10 days in Cyprus. Perfect 5g the whole time. At home I struggle to get a 5G signal and 4G now useless
