@CPWTweets @O2 Why is it so hard to unlock an old CPW android phone, purchased through CPW but was on o2 sim/network. O2 say its CPW that need to unlock it, CPW say its O2, back n forth for 3 hours on live chat. Can one of you just get me a SIM network unlock PIN!! FFS!!

@O2 @Dizzwell Hi Adam. You can pop into your local store in Skipton and they will be happy to help. Don't have a Guru anymore but the staff are really helpful and I'm sure they will be able to fix your issue.

@O2 Day 72 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@OpenreachHelp So @SkyHelpTeam are saying it’s an Open Reach issue and are fixing the fault TODAY. There is an outage in the area. No fault fixed. I have just spoken with another Sky CSA and he says it’ll be more than 48 hours. Living rurally and @o2 being a piece of crap too, no comms at all

@O2 Yurp turned phone on and off, turned visual voicemail on and off, turned voicemail on and off. Had a SIM swap done today. Still not working, still get the same text message every 2mins. It is a strange one.
