    Twice in 2 days I come across an epos system that isn't fit for purpose. Small cafe hadn't got bacon on the breakfast options, and @O2 not being able to sell an existing customer 4 data Sim contracts, despite proving I was a director. Needed a letterhead!

    @CPWTweets @O2 Why is it so hard to unlock an old CPW android phone, purchased through CPW but was on o2 sim/network. O2 say its CPW that need to unlock it, CPW say its O2, back n forth for 3 hours on live chat. Can one of you just get me a SIM network unlock PIN!! FFS!!

    @O2 @O2 this is the third day of not being able to receive texts and calls - is there any update at all? The service status still says "there's an issue with the mast" but thats it - really disappointing as members of my family haven't been able to get in touch

    @O2 Hey O2 - 15:30 and a call back from an O2 "manager" who is nasty, arrogant, utterly unhelpful and seemed to enjoy being argumentative. The Ombudsman has just found against O2 after my previous complaint - please regard this as a new complaint.
