    @O2 I’ve been trying to get some help re roaming. I tried before I left the UK and didn’t receive a reply until I was in USA. I guessed and bought bolt on but it’s not what I need. No one is answering. The service is abysmal.

    @O2 are getting beyond a joke. My phone has 4g and won't connect to the Internet. All I get is a text saying sorry we haven't been able to fix the issue yet. You call 202 and just start to speak to someone, then get disconnected 😡

    @O2 please sort out your coverage, moved house last month and I can't make or take phone calls as the signal is nearly non existent and if I leave the house and have no WiFi I get "H" or "E", can't keep going on like this.
