@O2 Oh and the camera won't focus now in modes in which it previously focused. I only bought the bloody thing because of the camera. It's now a very expensive faulty piece of crap. I've only had it just over a year. Not good enough. I want my data back and my camera working again.

@O2 currently in London with a 5g capable sim and phone yet only getting 4g! My hubby with same phone can get 5g. Don't know what's happened to my phone help!

@sarehow @O2 02 4g has got worse and worse in SW over past few years. Plymouth city centre and barbican is non existent. Says 4g but no connection at all. Go mile or so out it works but very slow. South Devon and Cornwall the same. I.have to use my BT wifi in Plymouth.
