    @O2 hi guys. I’ve just upgraded my phone and am wondering if I should have transferred my old sim across, or if the new one supersedes and the signal will drop on old phone over next day. At the moment new phone is dependent on old for network connection. Thanks.

    @O2 Luckily We got through to an absolute credit to you called Carol who has arranged a swap for another one. This was after four hours of hang ups while on hold mind. Automated services don’t always work unfortunately guys. Be like Carol in customer service. 👏

    Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service from o2!! My sister has tried to get a refund for AirPods SINCE AUGUST!! The “manager” on the phone was useless too!?! Does it really take over 10 phone calls and a few months to just get a simple refund? Absolute joke. @O2

    @O2 hi. I’m having signal issue in the RG37 area for last 3 days. It said phone mast is down. Any idea when it will be sorted ? I need to be able to use my phone at work. Atm I can’t as keeps dropping out.
