@O2 have not got reception for 2 days in my phone spoke to CC team no help, missed so many important calls. I have recently moved to O2 few days ago!! Regret my decision!!

Twice in 2 days I come across an epos system that isn't fit for purpose. Small cafe hadn't got bacon on the breakfast options, and @O2 not being able to sell an existing customer 4 data Sim contracts, despite proving I was a director. Needed a letterhead!

@O2 So I want an eSIM and have been told by o2 online that I have to go to an o2 shop to order one and that I cannot order online. I am high risk for covid and have no wish to go to a shop. Are you so archaic that you cannot offer this service online as EE do?

@O2 trying to enable wifi calling because there’s a mast down in my area, but unbelievably the only way to enable it is to call you. Had no service for 3 days so that’s not going to work…

@O2 I’m being overcharged on my phone bill for my phone that I’ve already paid off. Tried calling customer service twice and got hung up on by a machine. This needs to be sorted out ASAP
