@GunnComics @O2 Having worked in calls centres it seems clear to me that their backend handling infrastructure is dysfunctional. Every department you're passed to you start again. Employees don't deviate from scripts. You get attempts to upsell you when trying to fix a problem. It's disgraceful.

@LeeFMc83 @O2 Common problem in all service industries now. No one takes responsibility, always another department, 3rd party or the old favourite 'computer system'. Just an excuse to hide behind doing a bad job.

@O2 So if I get into trouble for refusing to leave an 02 shop while trying to close down my contract (for the fourth time) after being advised to take such action by an 02 rep’ then this is on 02. Just making this public here. Wish me luck as my stress levels are through the roof.
