    @O2 have not got reception for 2 days in my phone spoke to CC team no help, missed so many important calls. I have recently moved to O2 few days ago!! Regret my decision!!

    In Greece in the last 2weeks since 2nd oct my husbands phone service dies endless calls to @O2 with promises that service he pays in full will resume soon. Customer care 0 service 0. What a disgrace Heading for bankruptcy and they just don’t give a toss.

    @O2 Could any1 advise? My wife's o2 account was hacked and closed. We reported it to o2. 2 weeks later we've heard nothing and still no working phone. Store or customer services say they can't help. And apparently, she owes o2 ££ now, despite leaving her standing order in place

    @ChrisWilmshurst @O2 Since July I can only use the internet when connected to wifi. I’ve raised the issue multiple times, as long as the bills paid they don’t care. Good luck getting your issue solved 🤞🏼
