@TheO2 I wouldn’t attend any venue associated with this **** network @o2 the reason they are able to sponsor you is because of revenue and theft from illegally withholding funds from customers like myself and failure to meet their own complaint timescales @TelefonicaUK

Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

@O2 I hope you can help. I’ve returned from France and noticed I called home twice and O2 arechanrging me for those calls. I’ve O2 travel in my tariff. I thought calls inside the eu were taken from my allowance (unlimited calls)

@O2 I’m an NHS worker trying to add the Open discount to my contract. When registering it doesn’t recognise my NHS email as valid. Chat service doesn’t work and 202 won’t speak to me unless I have a lost/stolen phone (which I don’t). An email address is not easily found either.
