Is anyone else having network and mobile data issues? As soon as I leave WIFI I get “no service” instead of O2 and “E” for connectivity. At a push I get a low signal and very poor 3G. Raised it with O2 online support but impossible to speak to anyone about it ATM @O2 @Apple

@O2 have not got reception for 2 days in my phone spoke to CC team no help, missed so many important calls. I have recently moved to O2 few days ago!! Regret my decision!!

@O2 I hope you can help. I’ve returned from France and noticed I called home twice and O2 arechanrging me for those calls. I’ve O2 travel in my tariff. I thought calls inside the eu were taken from my allowance (unlimited calls)

Mobile reception has always been terrible at my house - pretty patchy all over MK - though @O2 keep insisting there's no issue. Currently I can't seem to received SMS (texts), which is a big problem for any service using that for authentication 😳 Anyone else experiencing this?

@dresdeb @O2 Yes. I live in SW MK and reported a problem in September. Got monthly texts saying they were working on it until Friday when I received a text saying it should be resolved. Seems ok at the mo. Maybe they knocked out part of your service to fix mine!

@O2 I'm sat on hold AGAIN to your customer service line after numerous attempts to resolve £125 worth of charges I didnt know about, and I've just been rudely shouted down the phone at that I've "MADE THE MISTAKE!" After 10 years of loyalty this is your customer service? Really?!
