@O2 what absolutely awful customer service! Ordered an iPadPro on 21/11 on a Black Friday deal.. in stock at the point of order...a text message confirmed it would be delivered the next day! Next day an email saying it’s now out of stock and now no-one can say when it’ll arrive?!

I need a phone that works. Got a @Moto G8 Power Lite from @O2 that I suspect is dodgy. Not only is Android 10 not compatible, but the battery doesn't last either. I've had Motorola for dinner tile, but this is ****. What are you lot recommending?

@O2 after 4 unsuccessful hours trying to get a phone delivered this week. You have repeatedly failed. Can you remove 'signed, sealed and delivered' from your hold music loop please? You're good at the signed and sealed bits but you do not deliver. Awful. #badcustomerservice
