    @o2 your customer service is shocking. Not had data that works for year n half even after multiple calls and emails, finally called to cancel today at the end of my contract and was greeted with sighs and sarcastic comments :) sort it out

    @O2 it’s been nearly a month since I ordered an iPhone 13 which wasn’t delivered, every time I tried to get in touch I’m shut down I won’t pay for the contract until I receive the phone and you’re destroying my credit score!

    @O2 No phone call from your manager I was given credit to my account but listen to me now you have breached your contract with me as I am paying for a service that does not work I can use my phone for about 1/2 hours everyday I can not make calls out or in and I can not text

    @O2 Have tried and tried been with o2 for 15 years so I understand sometimes upgrades etc happen but it's Consistent lately my kids are with sky mobile that piggy bank of o2 and have way better signal than me
