    @CPWTweets @O2 Why is it so hard to unlock an old CPW android phone, purchased through CPW but was on o2 sim/network. O2 say its CPW that need to unlock it, CPW say its O2, back n forth for 3 hours on live chat. Can one of you just get me a SIM network unlock PIN!! FFS!!

    @O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

    @O2 Ok, I cannot check service when I’m driving, A5 and M42 are main roads, similar places every time, surely you know where your own network is poor and what are you doing to address it?

    @O2 Can you share an eta on the sim swap issue im more than 48 hours without service which is major issue especially where you need codes ect sent by sms for various accounts Customer Services said they couldnt say when but could be a few more days! Not Acceptable!

    @O2 @_southhh Same here. I'm experiencing the same issue, haven't had signal for days now. Because its my main number, I am now locked out of many things requiring security checks (bank etc...) via sms. The fact that you are not even willing to give a ETA is crazy. This is totally unacceptable
