I can’t believe I was on the phone to @O2 for a good hour and all senior members of staff refusing to come to the phone to answer queries about random, large charges on my bill. Instead leaving a less qualified member to try and help with absolutely no support or assistance 🤢

@O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

@O2 Sad to see. But I have been to the Academy dozens of times. The staff are brilliant, very secure and safe. Never had a problem and never seen anyone trying to break through security without tickets. The fact the artist had to put out a statement before the gig shows criminality
