    I can’t believe I was on the phone to @O2 for a good hour and all senior members of staff refusing to come to the phone to answer queries about random, large charges on my bill. Instead leaving a less qualified member to try and help with absolutely no support or assistance 🤢

    @CPWTweets @O2 Why is it so hard to unlock an old CPW android phone, purchased through CPW but was on o2 sim/network. O2 say its CPW that need to unlock it, CPW say its O2, back n forth for 3 hours on live chat. Can one of you just get me a SIM network unlock PIN!! FFS!!

    @O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

    I also had the young lad on the call say “if I cancel any of your charges today I was told my job would be effected” disgusting @O2 - instead of gas lighting your clients and threatening your staff, perhaps get a member of management to actually do their job and HELP!?

    @O2 I live in Worcestershire and seem to have no mobile data yesterday or today. Other users similar problem so not my phone. Any update?

    Let’s tell the tale of @O2 “Ultimate” package, supposedly its ultimate offer. I took O2 up on it and received precisely zero mobile data. I asked them to fix the problem. They assured me they would investigate and sort it out. What happened next? They cut my phone off completely. I have gone from having no mobile data to having no service at all. What on earth is O2 doing? This is not an “Ultimate” service. It is an ultimate shambles. Sort it out, O2.

    Well apparently if @o2 can provide no service, you still need to pay for it. We have both stuck with and paid for a service that does not work for 2 years and the repayment from O2 is to charge us for leaving. Been a customer for 10 years. @MartinSLewis
