@O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

Regular travelers which network do you use @O2 are freaking terrible and I’m tired of fighting to keep my phone on while travelling. Which network doesn’t auto stop your phone when roaming leaving you stranded on the reg? #travel #phone

@2WeekTraveller @O2 Just super inconveninent & often dangerous as cutting me off when travelling solo and leaving me with no form of contact with the outside world isn’t great. Always happens at the worst time. If I sign off no data limit & pay all my bills would be nice to be treated like an adult

@O2 Not my issue. Trying to pay as I go but your system is too inflexible. Don’t want to spend 30 minutes being passed back & forth at a call centre between people who are unable to find a solution.

@O2 Yes it has and I have tried everything, I will just wait till the shops open back up dont think anyone knows what to do about it, I have spoke@to customer service only had the phone 1yr and it’s slowing down already
