    @O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

    @O2 I wanted my bill date for both line rental and device on the 6th permanently and was told that was happening, but now im in arrears because device wasn't moved. And im logged in but any time i click any service or request it says it can not be completed or no agent is available
