    @O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

    I am absolutely fuming, my sister has a Nigerian name ‘Kehinde’. She called up @O2 to resolve an issue. And a employee on the phone refused to call her by her name, and asked can I call you K. Perhaps you should @yewande_biala piece for @Independent . Absolutely disgraceful!!

    Fraud? My (pensioner) mum keeps being sent default letters to her address to someone who has never lived there. I’ve tried getting through on the phone, only to be cut off after 22 mins on hold. Grrrr. #terriblecustomerservice @O2

    can someone help me, if i request my phone number to be changed, i’m already on a monthly plan, will it delete all my chats on whatsapp? i’ve had problems before when I’ve got a new SIM card it erases all my stuff on whatsapp @O2
