@O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

@O2 Not entirely sure the point of employing staff if they’re not constantly seeking to resolve customer issues. No distancing in store. No cleaning in store despite customers touching all handsets. Staff totally disinterested and chatting amongst themselves.

@O2 @arunkchaubey @O2 the contract sim phone number 07599215321. We cant use this as there is no phone received. O2 customer rep said this is not an O2 handset. We never received a Phone, just an empty box

@O2 what the hell is going on with your customer service? Had to say I wanted to leave in order to finally speak with someone. upgraded to get more data, which won't come into play for 10 days and then couldn't buy a bolt on.

@O2 My mums o2 mobile wasn’t receiving any calls and was going straight to voicemail. Popped into store and the staff were uninterested. They called CS on their landline which had a broken earpiece so couldn’t hear anything. Manager scampered to back of store and staff shrugged.
