@CPWTweets @O2 Why is it so hard to unlock an old CPW android phone, purchased through CPW but was on o2 sim/network. O2 say its CPW that need to unlock it, CPW say its O2, back n forth for 3 hours on live chat. Can one of you just get me a SIM network unlock PIN!! FFS!!

@O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

Argh, my phone @O2 and my internet (THREE 5G broadband) @ThreeUK5G are both down 😤😫 it been like this for 2 days. Learnt all about jitter & latency. @ThreeUK your jitter is baaaaaad. It needs to be easier to get out of contracts when they are not providing what you pay for 😤

@O2 any idea when your service will be restored in the TD14 area? Been awful for nearly 2 weeks now. Can't even make calls or send texts. Website originally said today for it being fixed but now just says it's been worked on.
