@O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

@O2 you really need to sort out the lack of signal here in CR6. My smart meter has never managed to send a reading and my family who are staying with me have no service either from O2. EE have boosted our signal, you need to do the same
