@CPWTweets @O2 Why is it so hard to unlock an old CPW android phone, purchased through CPW but was on o2 sim/network. O2 say its CPW that need to unlock it, CPW say its O2, back n forth for 3 hours on live chat. Can one of you just get me a SIM network unlock PIN!! FFS!!

@O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

@rosstheconsumer @O2 Literally the worst customer experience ever. Imagine replying to all the sales messages within 1 minute yet ignoring my chasing up of the email confirmation. Terrible processes. No customer centricity. Lost a customer of 10 years as a result. Not putting up with that ‘service.’
