    @O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

    Don’t let me start with @O2 constantly lied about them calling me on specific days when they didn’t. Signal is 2 bars of 4G when I’m on a 5g contract. And I have to leave my flat for better signal just to make a call. Has anything changed. No.

    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 Wow - looking at the majority of the tweets on here and from my experience with virgin service and poor poor poor Wi-Fi since early Dec…as a NHS doctor, I sincerely hope your defibs are more reliable than your service/company!

    Any advice appreciated. Sent an Apple product back to @O2 in DEC & have spoken to them twice to give my bank details for refund - both times they said it was processed, the monthly payment stopped & will go through within a certain amount of days; but the money never arrives.

    @O2 I’m not sure you do. I’ve NO service. And your incompetent IT team can’t even fix it in enough time. This is beyond unacceptable for a carrier network, and O2 continues to refuse to compensate me as well for the lack of coverage in my area SINCE I JOINED O2.
