    @O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

    @O2 No response on this. I was able to activate call forwarding yesterday but not cancel it - "unexpected response from network". I accepted to activate Volt just before I set up the call forwarding - has some change process started on my account that's messed with the settings?

    @O2 You can't deactivate call forwarding when you're on WiFi. You have to be on the network. How do you not know that?! And when it failed to work,for over an hour, I was static with full 5G signal.
