@CPWTweets @O2 Why is it so hard to unlock an old CPW android phone, purchased through CPW but was on o2 sim/network. O2 say its CPW that need to unlock it, CPW say its O2, back n forth for 3 hours on live chat. Can one of you just get me a SIM network unlock PIN!! FFS!!

@O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

@O2 it’s my last month of paying my device plan, after my last payment will I only pay my tariff or do I need to phone to cancel the device plan to stop the payments? Also if I keep my normal tariff can I then cancel it at any time?

@O2 Wow ! So today I had to return a faulty iPhone 15 purchased last day of November 21 and Young daughter will be without phone for a whole week minimum ! How is this service ?? You don’t offer a loaned model what about her safety and safeguarding ?DO BETTER !
