@O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

Hey @O2 I'm a pay as you go customer and I'm having access issues to MyO2 app. I have called customer services 6-7 times already & even requested callbacks and every time I was assured that the issue was resolved. Spoiler alert ... it isn't! Is it time for me to change company?

Nearly a month in since joining @O2 and very happy. Perfect coverage with 4 bars of signal and fast data, whereas i struggled to even make a phone call with @ThreeUK my previous provider the signal was that bad. I just await 5G to be rolled out in my area.

@O2 I ordered an upgrade that was due to be delivered this morning. I checked the tracking and it says it is being returned to the depot - no one attempted to deliver this. I am incredibly disappointed with this service.

@O2 Keep having signal issues in a fair few places it’s not just specific to one location. I have family members on O2 and I can be out with them and they will have good signal meanwhile I will struggle to get a signal
