@O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

I’ve been with @O2 for years, they recently increased my monthly contact with no additional benefits and when I decided to move to @giffgaff, they charged me for cancelling the contract with them. Such a great way to treat your (no more) loyal customers #O2 #customerexperience

Hey @O2 I've got no service at all - apparently an issue with a mast close to me but can expect an update by 9th August - nearly a month away. So what am I supposed to do until then?
