    @CPWTweets @O2 Why is it so hard to unlock an old CPW android phone, purchased through CPW but was on o2 sim/network. O2 say its CPW that need to unlock it, CPW say its O2, back n forth for 3 hours on live chat. Can one of you just get me a SIM network unlock PIN!! FFS!!

    @O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

    @O2 Not saying anything more apart from there’s 6 days to go until either the issue gets resolved or I cancel my DD and seeing it’s not looking good for o2 on resolving the signal loss then I will be cancelling the DD due to having only upto 1 bar on signal

    Anybody else on .@o2 and been struggling to get a decent signal for weeks now?? Lucky if I even get 4G these days! 1 bar on 3G. And this is what I pay a hefty contract for? Ridiculous.

    Funny how @O2 answer straight away then when I mention I want to cancel one of my contracts, hang up. Now I’ve called back I’ve been on hold for ages.

    @O2 @pricesamuel56 Same for me. I have called today to try and arrange an upgrade but you can’t or won’t match another deal and don’t seem interested in losing a customer. Asked to speak to customer service, put on hold and then hung up on when got through

    @O2 Seemingly whilst im at home. Only just noticed it happening but i think its happened a few times over last couple of weeks. My phobe randomly pings to say i have a voicemail which turns out to be brand new....only my phone never actually rings in the first place

    @O2 Network checker says “your area may be busy” … I’ve had crap signal for weeks but today has been especially bad, haven’t even been able to send a text! Paying £70+ a month for a phone that is just sitting inside my pocket like a brick doing absolutely nothing is not on.
