@O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

@O2 leave me stranded without a phone abroad as they set up the o2 travel wrong and they put the phone down the first time and the second time just change it not taking into account I’ve struggled for the past week!! Guess that’s what you get being a loyal customer these days
