    @CPWTweets @O2 Why is it so hard to unlock an old CPW android phone, purchased through CPW but was on o2 sim/network. O2 say its CPW that need to unlock it, CPW say its O2, back n forth for 3 hours on live chat. Can one of you just get me a SIM network unlock PIN!! FFS!!

    @O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

    Why is it impossible to chat to an @O2 advisor? The app sends you to the website and then the website sends you back to the app. Great setup for their customer service right there… just to make people give up

    @O2 Still not being able to connect calls from Europe to the UK. Tried connecting to other networks, as suggested, not at all possible. Previously, having absolutely rubbish connection despite full network coverage on my phone. This really isn't acceptable & very frustrating!

    Is anyone else having issues with @O2 #o2 & their data? I’ve apparently used over 12gb in less than 5 days (something I’ve never done in 2 years) and they won’t offer any help or assistance. Is anyone else in a similar position? And it costs £10.50 to add 1GB of data as a BoltOn

    @O2 trying to get hold of you to swap one of our numbers with a PAC code from Virgin but I can't seem to get hold of you?? How do I get hold of you to move my number as it's retrospective as didn't have PAC code when starting the contract. Help!?
