@O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

@O2 is there a reason that I am paying my phone bill and yet since before Christmas my signal cuts out and I get told on your website there’s an issue with a mast. A month is long enough to fix a mast. So please tell me how it’s fair that I’m paying for a service & not getting it

@O2 you try to call O2 and it just goes “thank you for calling O2 goodbye” so you try to go through the app and the agents are constantly “busy” yet I’ve been waiting for my new phone for almost a month..and no one wants to help😤🙃

@O2 Hi. The original plan no longer seems possible. I've been told to call back tomorrow, to see if a different plan might work. Instead, I'm looking into buying an unlocked phone from elsewhere and letting my 02 contract run down.
