    @O2 i was TRYING to pay up but the automated service is a joke. it kept hanging up on me. i FINALLY managed to get through to a real person and sort it out but it shouldn’t be so hard

    @O2 Unfortunately it wasn't as the number is no longer held by your company even thou it was less than 12hrs before, fortunately I found 1 member of your staff that actually tried to help and didn't just hang up on me and tried his best to resolve the issue with no success

    @JudgeDewie @O2 They should be held more accountable for continuation of service. Were it a landline you’d be owed automatic compensation for each day of lack of service. As mobiles have take over from landlines at home they should be treated in the same way imo
