The guys at @O2 store lower #bullring are rude. We have as a family 5 contracts and there is a way to speak to customers. Sales adviser even manger thought it was ok. Very rude here. Will go top floor from now on.

@jameseonline @O2 There maybe plenty of good freebies and offers with priority. Just that o2 signal is shocking where I live anyway and this is what I can a priority when choosing mobile network. Why have a mobile that you can't use!

Thanks to Paul @SkyUK who responded to my tweet, replied and then called me, I’ve just got 2 x 10GB sim only deals for a total of £26pm - saving me £15pm verses @o2 and giving James 10x data. And we can roll it over. @o2 just replied saying they couldn’t help!

Absolutely awful customer service from Awais at @O2 call centre. Takes 5 days to get an unlock code so that I can use my phone on another network and my o2 line finishes tomorrow! @Ofcom @WhichUK manager was in a 'meeting' and will get back to me by 9pm tonight. #stayawayfromo2

@O2 Terrible customer service, AGAIN. Promised a call on Monday morning. Came whilst I was out of reception (No surprise there!) Voicemail left saying you would try again. Nothing all week. Another reason not to actually upgrade and to leave O2.

2/2 @O2 I’m currently sat at Wolverhampton station and I have 1 bar or 4G in what is a major UK city. Absolutely nonsense that these problems continue to happen. I thought it was bad enough not getting full 4G in my house in Kilmarnock but this is just amateur hour at its finiest

@O2 1) I did port the number from three to O2. But both sim are still active with the same number. Both sim shown that they in service by O2 and three😐. 2) I had (still have) two account with O2 that I call and asked to be pair in to one time ago🤔

@O2 You've the worst customer service! automated call service that cuts out at key info & then cuts you off. If it's not that it's then because your network is terrible, & your online "support" is even worse 2hrs wasted & my overcharge query still unanswered #poorcustomerservice
