Until last month we always got one every Wednesday at tea time if we wanted (sold out Tuesdays) but now they sell out on both days by 3pm. There’s no reason to be with @O2 now - no phone signal /coffee.

Absolutely nonsense that these problems continue to happen. I thought it was bad enough not getting full 4G in my house in Kilmarnock but this is just amateur hour at its finiest

I’ve completed the complaints form but it’s not working and there is a constant error message. Pretty much sums up your customer service!!!

Town centres seem to have way too little capacity so just unusable, if you get a signal!!! Not sure what sort of area O2 actually works in to be honest!!!
