    I'm so pissed off @virginmedia blackmailed me into signing my mobile contract with @O2 by saying my media account would be cheaper. If I stayed with virgin it would be amount more. So I had no option but to go with o2 and No my mobile Internet is crap. I can't use my doorbell

    @natashas_notes @O2 @cafenero @O2Priority It’s not possible in Birmingham to get one after 3pm on Tue or Wed any more. Until last month we always got one every Wednesday at tea time if we wanted (sold out Tuesdays) but now they sell out on both days by 3pm. There’s no reason to be with @O2 now - no phone signal /coffee.

    @O2 Hi, I completely appreciate the guidance there but, no, it doesn't. When I got through three weeks ago, your colleague was going to escalate my query. I never got the promised call back, hence me trying more recently.

    @O2 Thank you but these are just platitudes. How can it take 8 days to fix a broadband fault? You tell me there is ‘good mobile coverage’ here for O2 but there is none and hasn’t been for years and yet your charges increase! All talk and zero action! @Ofcom @MartinSLewis

    @O2 Well, literally, I don't have any data throughput virtually nowhere around the whole of central London, around Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury, King's Cross. And it's not my iPhone and it's not the settings, because I have three iPhones, all with different services from Vodafone, EE, 3, and yourself. Oh, and also Giffgaff, which is on the same network as yours, but Giffgaff always seems to work. Weird that. So either you've completely throttled my data to zero, which is odd considering I'm on the ultimate package, or the service just doesn't work in central London. See if you can fix it.

    I've had terrible coverage from @O2 - Can't get a signal most of the time in Liverpool City Centre - At the castlefield bowl gigs - every other network my friends were on was ok, O2 failed Generally can't trust it for any coverage

    . @O2 I keep using your bad network due to priority and it's been weeks that it won't let me even access it. I called your customer service repeatedly and they have no idea what's going on. I'll give it 2 more days and then my husband, parents and I will switch to @EE
