    Your customer service has been awful at this difficult time @O2. We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. To then contact us again on FATHER’S DAY is extremely cruel.

    @O2 It’s having to be escalated due to a back office technical fault, issue on My O2 and the account behind the scenes, so I’m without data when out of the house for up to 10 days. Not ideal really!

    @O2 Cor, O2 have the worst ever customer service. No contact 4 weeks after death..then 4 letters wanting £19 paid, with them instructing debt collectors. No process checking if calls have been made or age of the acc holder.should introduce new process due 2 covid

    The worst experience from @O2 of my life. Can’t receive calls or texts after port last week. No one able to resolve after phoning every day. Can’t even leave to go back to EE as pac codes can only be texted (which I’m not receiving). Feel trapped and no one taking ownership:(

    @O2 why are you penalising current customers over data, but you will offer (for the same money) unlimited data. Thanks o2 for bending me over but someone that signs up today or not just buys a sim gets a better deal customer service 10/10. After 8 years+ thank you.
