@O2 Yup it told me to turn my phone off and on which didn’t help. We work from home and my o2 data is our backup for if broadband goes down. 0.5mb 4G doesn’t cut it unfortunately.

@O2 Yes theyve put in a complaint but I'm not happy with the outcome and the fact that if I wanted to cancel I had to call bk, after trying to have online chat and 3 calls before I got to talk someone today. Plus being told the phone was a completely different colour

@O2 very disappointed with the lack of service. Purchased a "like new" tablet for my son. 4 days he got to use it and it won't even turn on. i have sent numerous emails an not one has been responded too. Appalling service.I'd advise anyone considering these like new items not to.
