-
Nigel. Red. 🚴. Tories/Reform = Dreck (@Nigeblueboi) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE No wonder you're out with the washing posting crap like this. Your mobiles don't work or you can't operate them more like, so any resources allotted to cycling infra and pedestrian safety can gtf.
-
baba (@olamultimilli) reported@O2 @O2 @CISAS_UK Spare me the scripted apology. You agreed to remove this default as if it never happened. You didn’t. I’ve waited the full 90 working days and the deadline has passed. I’m escalating through CISAS, and every day this stays on my file is documented. This ends now.
-
Matt Jones (@mttjon) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Marylebone hardly has any signal either I got way better signal in the countryside in Indonesia than in parts of major UK cities
-
Ryan O'Donnell (@iamryanodonnell) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 O2 is honestly crap. I can’t wait to see the back end of them in December.
-
Wayne Tuckwell 💚🖤 (@waynetuckwell) reported@O2 so when am I going to get an update to ticket number: CIT-A408955. Or you hoping I’ll just go away and not bother you again? I will not be renewing with O2 as your customer service is poor to say the least.
-
Brendan Dowling (@BrendanDowlin19) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone No defending any network issues, you've been experiencing, Tom. But, I would imagine, there are some ongoing, nationwide changes going on, with the three networks, not EE, especially with the merger of both Vodafone UK and Three UK!
-
John Till (@JohnTillUK) reported@joelanelegend @O2 It’s not just you. Every time I report via the app, I’m told they can’t find a problem
-
Josh (@JoshBates) reported@O2 Someone replied and I have now replied to arrange the callback with a time/date. Email complaints agents picking have meanwhile ignored my request to escalate to CISAS and for a final position letter - despite this being in the O2 Customer Complaints Code
-
T3OU 736 🇬🇧🏴🇯🇵🚀 (@Eldenofthering) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 In the last 3 weeks my phone has failed to catch @O2 any signal whatsoever during the first mile (of built-up area) of my commute. It always comes on at the same point so it's not my phone playing up. Their website says there are no issues. I wish they'd just be honest
-
Lewis Ormston (@LewisOrmston) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Completely agree. It's been the same in Manchester City Centre for years. I wrote to my local MP, who raised it with the government - they've fitted signal boosters that have helped slightly, but no one should face this in a major city in 2026. Needs looking at nationally.
