We had to call your bereavement department so many times to sort out the bill you said you’d wave, and this has caused us much stress and anxiety. Absolutely nonsense that these problems continue to happen. I thought it was bad enough not getting full 4G in my house in Kilmarnock but this is just amateur hour at its finiest
