    Hey @O2 is there a actually a mast issue in Wolverhampton? As I've been receiving little to no Internet while I'm at work (WV10) It's been about 2 weeks. I'm not the only one either. Checked your service status and says there's a mast issue but it hasn't been fixed. Any ideas?

    @O2 Cor, O2 have the worst ever customer service. No contact 4 weeks after death..then 4 letters wanting ยฃ19 paid, with them instructing debt collectors. No process checking if calls have been made or age of the acc holder.should introduce new process due 2 covid

    So far today: @NOWTV failed our change from @bt_uk yesterday so no broadband. @O2 signal is poor so phones are no use & our @FreeviewTV signal is terrible. So no internet, data, @NOWTV, or @FreeviewTV. Oh, and a child needs to revise online for exams on Monday. Fantastic.

    @O2 Ok, I cannot check service when Iโ€™m driving, A5 and M42 are main roads, similar places every time, surely you know where your own network is poor and what are you doing to address it?

    @O2 Why when I click on the priority app for tickets, does it then not allow me to buy priority tickets on Ticketmaster? Why is it not working, it used to.

    @O2 Iโ€™m unable to remember my security question answer in order to change my password to view my a/c the system wonโ€™t accent any answers to other questions & customer care is unobtainable. Itโ€™s rubbish & unhelpful. I feel very cross!!!๐Ÿ˜ก

    I'm so pissed off @virginmedia blackmailed me into signing my mobile contract with @O2 by saying my media account would be cheaper. If I stayed with virgin it would be amount more. So I had no option but to go with o2 and No my mobile Internet is crap. I can't use my doorbell

    @O2 Hi! Why is the internet in my town so **** for? Its been like this for over 3 weeks now. It takes atleast 5 minutes to get a signal when i switch my mobile internet on!

    @O2 Any known issues with the phone service in Tamworth and Lichfield. I can barely make phone calls and it shows I have 4g but the Internet is awfully slow.

    @O2 hi we ever getting a fix for postcodes WS14 and WV14 terrible phone signal and data just doesn't connect mentioned in December and according to your app it would be fixed in 2 weeks ?! 4months later still exactly the same

    Hi @O2 I've tried to call about a technical problem (more a frustration) regarding voicemail. Called a couple of times last week, where messages advises you were busy. Now the message says, 'Use the website' and then hangs up. Any suggestions?

    @O2 Did some research and as suspected you never actually rolled mmwave outโ€ฆ. Feels like some false advertising @Ofcom what are you doing? Where are all the speeds promised 6 years agoโ€ฆ yet again a weak uk regulator in the pockets of those its supposed to be holding to account

    @TomTugendhat @O2 Hi we had issues with O2 which was our Business Mobile supplier. There are coverage maps available, we checked them and found better coverage with EE. We tried a spare mobile first which was better, then changed to EE. Works well as we have two locations Wales and Southwest.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 They are reducing signal strength to save electricity costs. They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesnโ€™t seem to be subject to regulatory measures

    @O2 @TomTugendhat O2 your signal and data in particular is farcical. Itโ€™s one industry that has taken the biggest step back in terms of advancements and relies on people using WiFi more often and just โ€˜acceptingโ€™ that the service is ****.

    @Marooned_Sailor @O2 @Ofcom the issue with mmwave is whilst the bands were recently auctioned, theres another thing stopping the mmwave rollout which doesnt even have anything to do with the carriers, device manufacturers keep making it US exclusive, with international models not having it, so then the carriers dont build the infrastructure, so then the companies dont ship mmwave hardware, and it just goes in circles i dont think we'll ever have mmwave in this country at this rate

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I agree. And you are right, it has got worse. Let alone those black spots being addressed. What is going on? Also offices in the City of London with no signal!!
