    @ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

    @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

    @andrew_gorner @O2 my mrs sent me a message to say there is problems reported. tried calling her and it took ages to get through, line wasn’t all that clear either.

    @FelicityCloake @O2 These companies hate bad publicity, so good you have tagged them in Twitter They are not being at all transparent. Please make a formal complaint to Ombudsman Services: Communications. Just looked it up and you can do the complaint online.

    I can’t believe how bad O2’s customer service has got over the years, once upon a time o2 used to be good @O2. I’m left with no network since yesterday due to the customer service’s stupid fault.

    Would appreciate if the signal for @O2 would stop going down every other week in Maidstone. The fact that my phone bill has jumped silly amounts means that I should be given a decent signal in return at the least…You’re close to losing another customer here.
