My husband is on O2 as well and has been saying the same thing. Not sure my postcode will work because it's when I'm not at home that I have the problems.

I’ll never understand why companies don’t give loyal customers (been with them since o2 started) a better or same deal.

They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

It has been broke now for 5 weeks, the situation is ridiculous & needs esculating to highest priority as nobody seems to care. It was meant to be fixed 17/02. It is still broke. Latham Smith - Your local, friendly Letting Agent (@lathamsmithltd) reported@O2 Cancelled my o2 SIM card that I was mis sold by @virginmedia on 5th February and have it in writing from o2 as on Live Chat and again yesterday as you didn’t do it right the first time. Today you deduct 2 x payments from my bank!!!! WTF. Sort this please. Today!!!
