Regardless of you having multiply SIM cards or codes.. they will accept only one per customer, despite O2 saying you can use multiply. Love to hear @eatdrinkmb comments on this matter...

My mum went into store, they wouldn’t even look at her phone so I doubt they made a note of her phone or customer number. This isn’t the first time she’s had poor service in that store. Luckily she’s able to go into the Brighton store

I’ll never understand why companies don’t give loyal customers (been with them since o2 started) a better or same deal.

BUFF (@scottyAF20) reported@O2 Hello, I’m having real problems with my signal. Voice calls are inaudible and I’m having to make calls via wifi. The signal checker is showing no real issues. I’ve noticed a change in the signal strength the last 6mth or so with only one or two signal bars.
