    @O2 Just been experiencing reduction in ability to use my data when I'm out and about in places where I used to have no problem. My husband is on O2 as well and has been saying the same thing. Not sure my postcode will work because it's when I'm not at home that I have the problems.

    Been subjected to the worst episode of customer service I’ve know with @O2 5 calls, inconsistent advice each time. Most ironic thing is that the hold music, apart from being shite, sounds like it’s being played under water and is turned up to 11. It’s a phone company. Jeez.

    @ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

    @andrew_gorner @O2 my mrs sent me a message to say there is problems reported. tried calling her and it took ages to get through, line wasn’t all that clear either.

    Wanted to get the new IPhone 11, as I’m well over my upgrade time with @O2 but again it’s far cheaper to get a new contract or go with EE then upgrade. I’ll never understand why companies don’t give loyal customers (been with them since o2 started) a better or same deal.

    @PSAuthorityUK pls get these scammers at @nuyoo_fitness on your radar. £144 of unauthorised payments taken from my wife. Refusal to resolve my complaint, just get fobbed off with no evidence of subscription forthcoming. Small claims court process now in action. @O2 #payforitscam

    @O2 here we go again. In the same room as my Virgin router and I have a measly ONE bar of reception. I’m equidistant between masts in the middle of Brighton. Dreadful service.

    @Payforit_Sucks @PSAuthorityUK My wife has been the victim of a #payforitscam with @nuyoo_fitness They’ve refused to refund unauthd pymnts so I’m heading to the small claims court. Also need to open a GDPR breach complaint with @O2 as you’ve facilitated this by sharing her 📞No.

    @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

    @pedros113 @O2 Actually, until the last month or so I've had excellent service from them and no complaints at all, so I dont think they are 'shite' at all. I was only asking if there was some kind of fault that might have caused the change.

    @O2 Dear O2 We have had no 4G signal at home for 2 weeks. Initially we were told there was no known problem. Which there obviously was. Your company has now acknowledge there’s a problem but states may take a further 6 days to rectify! No acceptable an poor customer service

    @O2 Seeing as you’re not replying to my DM: Hi I’ve just tried that and it’s not working. Says no service. But it connects to the one I said before but only goes to ‘E’ and doesn’t work. I’m using an iPhone 7. Why is this so difficult to solve?

    @tescomobile @WhichUK @O2 Few months ago but it's got worse. My phone often just goes to answer phone due to no signal so I'm missing important calls (such as doctors, work calls etc) Messages don't often send, I'm replying on WhatsApp (when that works!). WiFi isn't that good and my phone data never works
