    @O2 Well after upgrading to an iPhone 14 Pro you managed to disconnect my line causing my Apple Watch and iPhone 14 Pro device plans to be taken from my account without authorisation at a cost of £1950!! Bravo 👏🏻 couldn’t recommend o2 to my worst enemy these days.

    @O2 I’m not sure what number it is that you want. My mum went into store, they wouldn’t even look at her phone so I doubt they made a note of her phone or customer number. This isn’t the first time she’s had poor service in that store. Luckily she’s able to go into the Brighton store

    So @O2 why can’t a customer have there PAC code? You’ve created a system called 360 & apparently any account you’ve moved on to this new system that YOU’VE created can’t have their PAC code to keep there number REALLY you’ve got to be joking & this can’t be legal @nyccts @Ofcom
