    @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

    @pedros113 @O2 Actually, until the last month or so I've had excellent service from them and no complaints at all, so I dont think they are 'shite' at all. I was only asking if there was some kind of fault that might have caused the change.

    Been subjected to the worst episode of customer service I’ve know with @O2 5 calls, inconsistent advice each time. Most ironic thing is that the hold music, apart from being shite, sounds like it’s being played under water and is turned up to 11. It’s a phone company. Jeez.

    @Payforit_Sucks @PSAuthorityUK My wife has been the victim of a #payforitscam with @nuyoo_fitness They’ve refused to refund unauthd pymnts so I’m heading to the small claims court. Also need to open a GDPR breach complaint with @O2 as you’ve facilitated this by sharing her 📞No.

    @ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

    Wanted to get the new IPhone 11, as I’m well over my upgrade time with @O2 but again it’s far cheaper to get a new contract or go with EE then upgrade. I’ll never understand why companies don’t give loyal customers (been with them since o2 started) a better or same deal.

    @O2 Just been experiencing reduction in ability to use my data when I'm out and about in places where I used to have no problem. My husband is on O2 as well and has been saying the same thing. Not sure my postcode will work because it's when I'm not at home that I have the problems.

    @O2 slightly dissapointed that I saved the cinema ticket deal codes yesterday as you state to use at a later date. However I've gone to use them and now your saying they've sold out! Does it say no where in the terms and conditions that saving the codes doesn't work!

    @O2 I’ve received a default notice for a mobile phone I have never had. Tried repeatedly to contact you and every option cuts me off. spoke to someone 5 days ago who said they’d ring me back in 5 minutes, I’m still waiting! Another chaser. How difficult is it to talk to you!

    @O2 How can I easily make a complaint? Made the huge mistake of upgrading with o2, total disaster, I’m out of pocket due to misinformation and poor customer service. I was told I’d receive a call back on Monday, I’m still waiting.. oh then there was the non existent loyalty discount
