    @ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

    @pedros113 @O2 Actually, until the last month or so I've had excellent service from them and no complaints at all, so I dont think they are 'shite' at all. I was only asking if there was some kind of fault that might have caused the change.

    @O2 Just been experiencing reduction in ability to use my data when I'm out and about in places where I used to have no problem. My husband is on O2 as well and has been saying the same thing. Not sure my postcode will work because it's when I'm not at home that I have the problems.

    @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

    @O2 it's signal and Internet connection. I can only actually use my phone if I have WiFi. No point giving a full postcode as its happening pretty much EVERYWHERE that I've been... but all this is happening in Lancashire (Preston, Blackburn areas)

    @O2 hi tried calling you 8 times to pay off a device plan got cut off on automated service when eventually got through advisor was rude and Condescending he then cut off and never had Courtesy to call back is this how you treat long standing customers with new contract ?????

    @O2 I'm told it is impossible to refund money paid. This is disgusting, the service is the worst l have ever received. After over 20 years is it time to change networks?? Poor Service!!

    @O2 o2 needs to stop telling lies to their customers!!...the signal in Enfield is intermittent at best😡..4 months and still the same..being told birds have nested in the mast...its just one lie after another...they cannot be trusted to tell the truth or to carry out repairs!!😡👎

    @O2 Done, let’s see if anybody does actually help because I have no faith in o2 anymore, or will it just be the same as your customer service team who told me I just have to keep waiting
