@O2 Just been experiencing reduction in ability to use my data when I'm out and about in places where I used to have no problem. My husband is on O2 as well and has been saying the same thing. Not sure my postcode will work because it's when I'm not at home that I have the problems.

@O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

@O2 so I recontract with you for another 24 months yesterday and today have no phone signal all day. Told to keep refreshing my network settings and nothing! Can’t call you as have no signal using your messaging service but the wait is ridiculous help please!!!!!

@O2 your signal is soo crap u say we are improving it, yet I’ve seen no improvement in the last year in central of Bristol I pay u a ridiculous each month for my phone yet can’t use it in central of Bristol just a joke!

@O2 Myself and my husband used two seperate apps and both the QR codes would not scan. Greegs gave use the rolls but said to contact yourself about the QR codes not working. X

@O2 why is it that as a long term customer I can get a better data deal with unlimited minutes/texts from Tesco mobile (who use your infrastructure )for 33% of your cheapest plan??
