    @ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

    @O2 Just been experiencing reduction in ability to use my data when I'm out and about in places where I used to have no problem. My husband is on O2 as well and has been saying the same thing. Not sure my postcode will work because it's when I'm not at home that I have the problems.

    An hour on Live Chat at @O2 only to be told they haven’t done what they promised THU & FRI. What they will do is make sure the back end team, who they assured me yesterday, will do today what they promised 24 and 48 hours ago, why do I think I’ll be on Chat tomorrow? #O2 #awful

    @pedros113 @O2 Actually, until the last month or so I've had excellent service from them and no complaints at all, so I dont think they are 'shite' at all. I was only asking if there was some kind of fault that might have caused the change.

    @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

    Oh my @O2 this is shameful customer service, new iPhone 12 arrives Thu a.m. & wasn’t working, told need to wait 24 hrs for SIM to activate. 24 hrs later not working, told phone barred, no reason given, wait 24 hrs, phone not working. Now Sat & told block hasn’t been removed, WOW

    My iPhone 8 has started to split after 3 years apparently the battery can swell 😮Ordered an iPhone 11 from @O2 an hour ago and just had a message it’s ready to collect on an upgrade, outstanding service! 👏

    Spoke to three people who couldn't help me, then I was put on hold for 1 hr 10mins until I spoke nice lady who said she would raise the issue again! @O2 come on 15 days since buying @AppleSupport watch and can't use it for what I purchased it for :-( @Ofcom

    @O2 hi I am experiencing issues with my O2 rewards. I saved my O2 Neros reward and locked it in earlier in the day but when I tried to redeem it the app showed out if stock! This is quite frustrating as it was already locked in and I don’t see the point of saving the reward.

    @O2 been a customer of yours for alot of years, have enjoyed the 25% airtime discount for nhs staff. Upgraded my phone to be told that because the first 3 months are free, nhs discount cannot be applied to new contract. Was unaware and very disappointed 😔
