@pedros113 @O2 Actually, until the last month or so I've had excellent service from them and no complaints at all, so I dont think they are 'shite' at all. I was only asking if there was some kind of fault that might have caused the change.

Oh my @O2 this is shameful customer service, new iPhone 12 arrives Thu a.m. & wasn’t working, told need to wait 24 hrs for SIM to activate. 24 hrs later not working, told phone barred, no reason given, wait 24 hrs, phone not working. Now Sat & told block hasn’t been removed, WOW

@ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

@O2 Just been experiencing reduction in ability to use my data when I'm out and about in places where I used to have no problem. My husband is on O2 as well and has been saying the same thing. Not sure my postcode will work because it's when I'm not at home that I have the problems.

An hour on Live Chat at @O2 only to be told they haven’t done what they promised THU & FRI. What they will do is make sure the back end team, who they assured me yesterday, will do today what they promised 24 and 48 hours ago, why do I think I’ll be on Chat tomorrow? #O2 #awful

@O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

@O2 I can’t register my new card, O2 won’t accept it even although everywhere else does. I can’t sign in to MyO2 /I can’t register with my O2. I can buy a voucher from Tesco but that’s not the way I would like to top up. Appreciate the reply though.

Dear @O2, what is going on with your support team today? I've been disconnected 3 times and have spent about 2 hours on hold so far to recieve one piece of support information that didn't solve my issue. I've only just started this contract and I'm reconsidering if it's worth it.

Just got into Loughborough went to the @o2 Shop and told them about my phone and the sim card needs activating and said i need photo ID yep walked out and said WHAT A LOAD OF **** going to phone the main office when i get back home Loughborough store can go and suck egg's
