@O2 Just been experiencing reduction in ability to use my data when I'm out and about in places where I used to have no problem. My husband is on O2 as well and has been saying the same thing. Not sure my postcode will work because it's when I'm not at home that I have the problems.

@O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

Oh my @O2 this is shameful customer service, new iPhone 12 arrives Thu a.m. & wasn’t working, told need to wait 24 hrs for SIM to activate. 24 hrs later not working, told phone barred, no reason given, wait 24 hrs, phone not working. Now Sat & told block hasn’t been removed, WOW

@ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

@pedros113 @O2 Actually, until the last month or so I've had excellent service from them and no complaints at all, so I dont think they are 'shite' at all. I was only asking if there was some kind of fault that might have caused the change.

An hour on Live Chat at @O2 only to be told they haven’t done what they promised THU & FRI. What they will do is make sure the back end team, who they assured me yesterday, will do today what they promised 24 and 48 hours ago, why do I think I’ll be on Chat tomorrow? #O2 #awful

@O2 Nothing shows in the bolt on section of the app either. 👎🏼 I spent 45 mins on the phone with O2 (upgrades and customer services) on Weds evening and they said it wasn’t showing on my account. I was told I’d get a call back yesterday but never got one. 😒

@O2 Despite calling customer services to resolve it the lovely advisors cannot do anything until an email inbox has been checked by a department they cannot contact unless they also email that inbox. They can check emails that have been sent to me though 🤯

As an O2 user due an upgrade was offered iphone 11 15GB for £42.64 a month over 36 months, then went to U Switch for a comparison and surprised to see this offer online iPhone 11 120GB 24 months for £37 goes to show companies like @O2 really have no customer loyalty

@O2 I have been promised a call back about a total outage within 30 mins and that was at 4pm. I tried to call again with a 45 minute wait, please someone come back to me
