    @ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

    @pedros113 @O2 Actually, until the last month or so I've had excellent service from them and no complaints at all, so I dont think they are 'shite' at all. I was only asking if there was some kind of fault that might have caused the change.

    @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

    @O2 Just been experiencing reduction in ability to use my data when I'm out and about in places where I used to have no problem. My husband is on O2 as well and has been saying the same thing. Not sure my postcode will work because it's when I'm not at home that I have the problems.

    @O2 extremely disappointed, been with 02 for years and never had a issue. Move to Malvern and signal is so poor that we have to change provider.

    @O2 Hi, can someone help me pls? Apparently I'm out of data and I really need to buy some. I've upgraded my acct but it doesn't kick in for a week, and because of this it won't let me buy a bolt on via website or app. I've called twice and after waiting ages been cut off twice.

    @O2 I am using my iPhone 11 on 3G mode due to the o2 network being so pants, literally downgraded my package!!! My EE iPhone works fine. My nieces o2 phone is the same
