An hour on Live Chat at @O2 only to be told they haven’t done what they promised THU & FRI. What they will do is make sure the back end team, who they assured me yesterday, will do today what they promised 24 and 48 hours ago, why do I think I’ll be on Chat tomorrow? #O2 #awful

@O2 hi I'm trying to do a PAC code so my daughter can keep her old number now I've got her an O2 contract. Tried twice online since Xmas and nothing has happened, keep getting hung up on by 202, please help 😫

@O2 it has been 10 days now trying to set up voicemail. Numerous Phone calls, waiting 40-60 minutes for customer services to answer the phone, escalated to senior people to fix issue,promise that it would be fixed by Friday it is now Sunday! YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER @O2

@O2 Could you please put some more people on support, the response times are ridiculous, I didn’t pass security on the phone was told the only way to resolve this was go to a shop. Did this, they then put me back on a phone, 80 minutes without response, left as parking ran out.
