Oh my @O2 this is shameful customer service, new iPhone 12 arrives Thu a.m. & wasn’t working, told need to wait 24 hrs for SIM to activate. 24 hrs later not working, told phone barred, no reason given, wait 24 hrs, phone not working. Now Sat & told block hasn’t been removed, WOW

An hour on Live Chat at @O2 only to be told they haven’t done what they promised THU & FRI. What they will do is make sure the back end team, who they assured me yesterday, will do today what they promised 24 and 48 hours ago, why do I think I’ll be on Chat tomorrow? #O2 #awful

@O2 been having issues with my phone for months. Keep getting promised calls back from the “back room” in 3 days. No one calls back. Next step will report to the ombudsman and will also be looking at how to cancel my contract and move providers. I have been with @O2 for 14 years

@O2 after my phone was stolen yesterday I picked up a new sim in-store and had my number swapped to the new sim. I received my replacement phone today, but the sim swap still doesn't seem to have come through over 24 hours later so I can't use my phone/data. Can I get some help?

I’m done with @O2 . I live in a capital city (Cardiff) and I can’t even get a signal strong enough to talk on the phone. It says 4G/5G but it’s rubbish. Apparently ‘too many people are using it now’. Not good enough. #O2

@O2 I’ve been an O2 customer for years. I believe in being loyal to companies that have been good to me. I don’t usually do this but O2 employees are some of the best. Always a pleasure & so helpful. Having some issues at mo & they are so understanding & go out the way to help 👍
