An hour on Live Chat at @O2 only to be told they haven’t done what they promised THU & FRI. What they will do is make sure the back end team, who they assured me yesterday, will do today what they promised 24 and 48 hours ago, why do I think I’ll be on Chat tomorrow? #O2 #awful

(4/4) ...as being the fault of an automated system, without any recompense or any attempt to suggest that they can improve, is horrifying. I feel almost constantly threatened, intimidated, and abused by @O2 due to an issue that they caused, and they are making no attempt to fix.

@O2 I haven’t been with @O2 for long and I want to end my contract already! The network coverage is terrible and all I get is text saying a mast is down in my area and will be fixed for months now. This contract needs to be ended ASAP!

@O2 Hi O2 , this is still ongoing !!! Received a text a week ago to say the issue was resolved and the signal worked for less than a few hours then went off again . This is an absolute joke , just shy of a month with no signal

My mobile phone network is utter rubbish as well. Getting sick and tired of having to balance between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Now the giants of @O2 and @virginmedia have merged I get poor service on both my mobile phone and my broadband 👍🏾
