    @O2 Just been experiencing reduction in ability to use my data when I'm out and about in places where I used to have no problem. My husband is on O2 as well and has been saying the same thing. Not sure my postcode will work because it's when I'm not at home that I have the problems.

    @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

    @ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

    @pedros113 @O2 Actually, until the last month or so I've had excellent service from them and no complaints at all, so I dont think they are 'shite' at all. I was only asking if there was some kind of fault that might have caused the change.

    Oh my @O2 this is shameful customer service, new iPhone 12 arrives Thu a.m. & wasn’t working, told need to wait 24 hrs for SIM to activate. 24 hrs later not working, told phone barred, no reason given, wait 24 hrs, phone not working. Now Sat & told block hasn’t been removed, WOW

    An hour on Live Chat at @O2 only to be told they haven’t done what they promised THU & FRI. What they will do is make sure the back end team, who they assured me yesterday, will do today what they promised 24 and 48 hours ago, why do I think I’ll be on Chat tomorrow? #O2 #awful

    @CitizensAdvice @o2 for me not to be able to cancel my subscription from the o2 website or the @disneyplus app/ website, is this not a subscription trap? On Disney I’m referred to O2 where I’m able to upgrade very easily, add on extras easily but to cancel and view- impossible

    @O2 switched to you before xmas. Signal where I live is patchy. At home is just about ok but a lot of areas close where I live I get no signal @EE used to be with had a faultless signal pretty much everywhere. Really regretting my switch right now. No hope of cancelling is there?

    I have the best e-mail address in the world for my name. Had it since the 90s. @o2 are the only ones that won't accept it because their e-mail validating code is crap. I had to create an alias because they won't accept only one character before the @.
