    @pedros113 @O2 Actually, until the last month or so I've had excellent service from them and no complaints at all, so I dont think they are 'shite' at all. I was only asking if there was some kind of fault that might have caused the change.

    @ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

    @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

    @andrew_gorner @O2 my mrs sent me a message to say there is problems reported. tried calling her and it took ages to get through, line wasn’t all that clear either.

    @O2 Just been experiencing reduction in ability to use my data when I'm out and about in places where I used to have no problem. My husband is on O2 as well and has been saying the same thing. Not sure my postcode will work because it's when I'm not at home that I have the problems.

    @O2 Your company is a joke! Spent ages trying to get a phone problem sorted when mine stopped charging quickly after less than 2 weeks, no response. Super quick to send out a threatening missed payment letter though! Won’t say which payment, or the date it was due was missed (1/2)

    @O2 The signal in HD9 4AP has been absolutely dreadful month after month and a lot of the time we have no signal at all. It’s very disappointing as it is always the same problem - a phone mast near you isn’t working. Is there any end in sight to this?? A new/fully repaired mast??

    @O2 you really need to sort out your customer service advisors, one on the phone tried to make out I was a liar today because I found a better deal with a new provider.

    @O2 why is your signal@so terrible, doesn’t matter where im working I get 3G and not the 5G im supposed to, if I’d known it was this bad I’d never have switched

    Hey @O2. I placed an order with your Huddersfield store earlier today and the replacement SIM is not in my bag. I can't call the store as my existing SIM is now disabled. Can you call them and ask them if they have my SIM please? I'm miles away now with no phone service :(

    So sad to have to leave @EE today. I phoned & asked if I could have a SIM only deal as my contract has ended & keep EU roaming. Advised that I cannot. Now an @O2 customer & the sigh that the @EE employee gave as I told him as to why was heart wrenching. What are you doing EE?

    So glad I took out a contract with @O2 earlier this year. Been trying to get a response about my phone being ridiculously slow to charge since end of April (not even two weeks old at that point)- nothing. willing to send a harassing letter when a payment is missed though! AVOID!
