    @pedros113 @O2 Actually, until the last month or so I've had excellent service from them and no complaints at all, so I dont think they are 'shite' at all. I was only asking if there was some kind of fault that might have caused the change.

    @O2 Just been experiencing reduction in ability to use my data when I'm out and about in places where I used to have no problem. My husband is on O2 as well and has been saying the same thing. Not sure my postcode will work because it's when I'm not at home that I have the problems.

    @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

    @ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

    @O2 #o2recycle received my device on Friday the 15th October (proof from Royal Mail) and now the 19th October the #o2recycle site still says it hasn't been received. This is very poor service guys. Very poor

    @O2 very serious ones I have vunerable people in my household! I am there carer and I need my phone. this is down right disgusting in o2s part to promise a call back and I never got it now you expect me too phone too say I never got the call back.

    @O2 No phone call from your manager I was given credit to my account but listen to me now you have breached your contract with me as I am paying for a service that does not work I can use my phone for about 1/2 hours everyday I can not make calls out or in and I can not text

    @o2 your customer service is shocking. Not had data that works for year n half even after multiple calls and emails, finally called to cancel today at the end of my contract and was greeted with sighs and sarcastic comments :) sort it out

    Ordered a new sim from @O2 - it hasn’t turned up but the emails say I should have it and activate it. No route on the website to speak to anyone, online chat… poor. So resorting to Twitter. #customerexperience #CustomerSupport

    @O2 Surely this is a joke? No phone service til then! We'll be carrying out repairs during week commencing Mon 25th Oct 2021 to get service back to normal. Until we're finished, you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data, sorry. We will update you by Mon 1 Nov
