@O2 Just been experiencing reduction in ability to use my data when I'm out and about in places where I used to have no problem. My husband is on O2 as well and has been saying the same thing. Not sure my postcode will work because it's when I'm not at home that I have the problems.

@O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

@ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

@pedros113 @O2 Actually, until the last month or so I've had excellent service from them and no complaints at all, so I dont think they are 'shite' at all. I was only asking if there was some kind of fault that might have caused the change.

@O2 I was on hold for 30+ mins. Hung up and tried again, this time asked for an upgrade, magically someone answers straight away. Do you just hope people will get bored and endure the terrible signal and customer service for a few more years?

@O2 Just joined you. Haven't had signal for a single minute since joining. Customer services hung up 4 times after being on hold for over 2 hours total. Can't obtain a simple PAC code to leave you...luckily still within cooling period. Feel sorry for your contracted customers!

@_Harriet90 @O2 It’s an old policy and doesn’t seem too bad for a high risk teenager’s phone. Wouldn’t ever get it for my own phone esp as many policies don’t even include just losing it, but this one did. Have now concluded the process.
