    @O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

    @O2 Just been experiencing reduction in ability to use my data when I'm out and about in places where I used to have no problem. My husband is on O2 as well and has been saying the same thing. Not sure my postcode will work because it's when I'm not at home that I have the problems.

    @O2 please help, my dad has got a new phone and it says sim not provisioned how do we fix this, he has set up a new contract and hasn’t got his old sim as he lost his old phone

    @O2 Ok i think i have sorted the issue now. I think someone has been trying to call but i have been at work. I dont remember hearing that option but i will know for next time. Thank you for ur help and quick response x

    @O2 hi - my o2 sim has stopped working - I can't receive or send calls or texts and have no Internet if not connected to WiFi. I can't phone you to discuss as whenever I try it says "not registered on network" despite being up to date on contract payments. Please help.

    Hi @O2 I’ve got a faulty SIM and would like to return it...and possibly get another ( sim only contract) Your website says to register the return but there is no way to do this. Cannot call or find any useful information ( e.g.what is the address for returns) Can you help? Thanks

    Has anyone else had their data usage increase whilst doing nothing different on their phone? Like there was a glitch on the network? I’m with @O2 and for the first time ever have almost run out with 3 days to go and the bolt ons for additional data are extortionate!!
