Been subjected to the worst episode of customer service I’ve know with @O2 5 calls, inconsistent advice each time. Most ironic thing is that the hold music, apart from being shite, sounds like it’s being played under water and is turned up to 11. It’s a phone company. Jeez.

@O2 I’m not sure what number it is that you want. My mum went into store, they wouldn’t even look at her phone so I doubt they made a note of her phone or customer number. This isn’t the first time she’s had poor service in that store. Luckily she’s able to go into the Brighton store

@O2 Since my pixal 6 updated, I've been having issues connecting, unable to be reached or call out! I spoke to O2 who added WiFi calls, this is also rubbish and drains my battery! This has been ongoing since last Wednesday and still an issue!!
