@O2 I’m not sure what number it is that you want. My mum went into store, they wouldn’t even look at her phone so I doubt they made a note of her phone or customer number. This isn’t the first time she’s had poor service in that store. Luckily she’s able to go into the Brighton store

@O2 Well after upgrading to an iPhone 14 Pro you managed to disconnect my line causing my Apple Watch and iPhone 14 Pro device plans to be taken from my account without authorisation at a cost of £1950!! Bravo 👏🏻 couldn’t recommend o2 to my worst enemy these days.

@O2 Hi How are you today? I got an suspicion call on Friday night but I didn’t give any information but the call was fraudulent impersonating your bereavement department I reported it to your customer services teams and they told me that the call wasn’t genuine.

.@O2 has become a joke in Selby. Can’t make a call. Cut off 7 times in 40 minutes yesterday & twice today (only made 2 calls). It’s got worse & worse over last 6 months. Not renewing my contract if it’s not sorted. It’s absolutely disgusting how **** it’s got. Shameful. Unusable
