You can tell how a company values its customers by their customer service. 2.5 hrs for @O2 to tell me for some reason I need to call the fraud dept to pay off and upgrade my son’s phone. Cut off four times yet they answer to “business customers” immediately

Essentially @o2 treat everyone who wants to buy a phone under £200 outright like a potential fraudster. You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

@O2 Roam freely? I wish my phone had signal, 8days and counting of no service!! Wifi calls doesn’t work. 4G doesn’t work. Nobody can call me, I can’t call out. All 4 contracts in the house are out of use. And you won’t compensate or even give a rough date of when it’ll be fixed!

What is it about @O2 - Yet another waste of time at Tottenham Court Road Store. I was a victim of crime and had my phone stollen. I bought ALL my details with me in the 1 hour i have today to sort it. Still they could not help. I am beyond furious!
