    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @O2 your coverage in the Gravesend and northfleet area is getting worse . I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years and am seriously considering leaving. Can you maybe send a signal booster. This will not only help with my problems but also my customers while I’m at work.

    @O2 Trying to cancel my O2 Insurance as I'm paying £150 a year and online being quoted less than half that. Website says Call 202. Call 202 and that says Go Online then hangs up. Please can someone call me?

    Beware anyone thinking of joining @O2 they’ve just hiked up their rates and limited free data total usage when in Europe #ripoff also just merged with @virginmedia so expect the service to fall of a cliff when the call centres are rerouted to virgins Singapore call centres

    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    Can’t wait for my @ThreeUK contracts to come to an end. The service has gotten so bad there is never signal anywhere despite both phones showing good signal, 4G or 5G nothing works. On the other hand, the contracts I have for my son and daughter on @O2 always has decent reliable signal which we have to hotspot off due to the terrible service from Three.

    @O2 That link is useless. Don't want to buy a phone. After 20 + years as a customer, I'm switching to @SkyUK who has offered me a deal. With advances in technology I simply cannot believe that a sim swap is that difficult.

    What’s happened to @O2 customer service? Get told they have stock for next day delivery I buy TWO handsets, they don’t turn up then call to be told ones on its way , don’t know when you’ll get the other. Anyone at @O2 able to fix this?
