Yesterday I cancelled my contract with @O2 and finally got a refund on the phone I purchased from you in February, which you arbitrarily cut. Now I need to reclaim via my bank £160 from you. No explanation as to why? Can you help? I have 2 plans with you and both of these cost under £17 so I'm looking at about a 15% rise.
