    The continuing saga of poor network in SE15. I don’t know how long this hasn’t been working @O2 last update was to fix by 4/10 Sorry a phone mast close to you isn't working This means you might experience problems making calls, using the internet, or sending/receiving emails.

    @O2 It can happen anywhere at any time. Only way I know is when I look at phone. It’s not signal as when I turn phone off then back on it’s got full signal. It’s not just me. Check Twitter feed. So many people complaining about same problem

    @O2 hi! I’m not sure if this is a you problem or an apple problem. But my mobile data will completely shut off around 4/5 times a day, turning the data on and off doesn’t bring it back. I have to completely reboot my phone 5 times a day at the moment. Pls help!!

    @jimsmallman @O2 I left them a few years ago because the customer service is god awful! @ThreeUK is the best bet for the amount we travel! Not the best in London but all over the world it’s great

    @O2 Seriously? How can I use the network checker to see if there is a known issue if I don’t have a connection?!? When finally out of the area and with 4g I could then see that there is an issue that will be fixed by end Nov, this has been going on for months. What am I paying for?

    @O2 This whole experience has led me to make the decision to switch companies from @O2 . I had to explain the situation 7 times to 3 different people on the phone only to be told that although this is their fault I have to pay. I will never recommend your company to anyone

    @o2 terrible experience since switching over from Plusnet to 02. Four weeks without being able to receive business calls. 3 promises by 02 tec support it will be fixed within 4 hours. Nothing. Turns out it’s a split port issue but I had to find that out from Plusnet tec support!

    @O2 I’ve called 10 times over the last month, lodged 3 separate very valid complaints, loyal customer for 12 years, not ONE person has contacted me re my complaint. Have spent hours on phone. Absolutely shocking service, will cancel contract and go elsewhere at this rate.

    @FPLJazz01 @AnthonyUsher @O2 That’s ****! I’ve at least got a temp number pointless cos I don’t want to give it out tho! There’s surely no way you can lose your number for good they’ll be in big trouble if that’s the case
