I have just had a text from scammers pretending to be @O2 telling me there was a problem taking payment. They asked me to click on a link to confirm bank details. I didn’t. I deleted the text. Please RT and help others.

People be aware that fake texts from @O2 are being sent saying your bill payment can’t go through and to log in via a text link - the site looks just like o2 but it isn’t their site! Thank god I checked with customer service

@O2 We have now been without phone signal for 10 days now due to storm Arwen. As business customers for over 14 years we are shocked that o2 has not contacted anyone to say what is being done about this. Surely o2 customers would be due compensation as unable to use phones.

FUMING How is it possible I Had to pay extra data today (8gb) and its already eaten 4.5gb and not even been 24hrs @O2 haven't had my data on all day. Used it less than normal! Not impressed it's like extra bolt ons get eaten quicker. Such a loyal customer. got a wk til it renews
