Yesterday I cancelled my contract with @O2 and finally got a refund on the phone I purchased from you in February, which you arbitrarily cut. Now I need to reclaim via my bank £160 from you. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.
