  @O2 what an utter shambles. I need a new phone & new contract. Made 3 phone calls, over 75 mins on the phone & still can’t get a phone for collection! Phoned again to try & resolve & just got “well they prob don’t have the phone in stock at your local shop” 0/10 on customer svc.

  @O2 are you having issues with your card payment system? I’m trying to pay the reservation fee to upgrade but no method is working. Cards, Apple Pay or PayPal. I have funds in the account and have also tried 2 individual accounts Incase it was my bank.

  @waynetuckwell @O2 It's honestly ridiculous. I've given up on them now I don't think they'll fix it. I was with O2 before it was even O2 but this last year has been nothing short of shambolic. If it's not full 5g giving me 5mb/s it's the fact I cannot look at my own accounts.
