    @jimsmallman @O2 I left them a few years ago because the customer service is god awful! @ThreeUK is the best bet for the amount we travel! Not the best in London but all over the world itโ€™s great

    After being on hold @O2 for an age to upgrade, customer service bloke atonal and barely responsive, then for some reason could no longer hear me, said FFS down the phone and hung up. Brilliant work. Think Iโ€™ll be switching provider.

    @O2 Your crap eCommerce system is driving me away, EE is looking better all the time! Sort it out! there was a deal 4 weeks ago for upgrading to a iPhone 11 Pro Max for 30 plus 37 a month canโ€™t get that now!!!! So bad for a company in this sector to have such a bad eCommerce

    @O2 Why do call from different numbers every single day? Sometimes more than once! When i ask the caller to update it they say they will but never do.

    @O2 your coverage in the Gravesend and northfleet area is getting worse . Iโ€™ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years and am seriously considering leaving. Can you maybe send a signal booster. This will not only help with my problems but also my customers while Iโ€™m at work.

    Hey @O2 I wish youโ€™d stop shoving Disney+ down my throat as an extra. What would be nice is being able to share my data with my son but you wonโ€™t allow that. My biggest regret rejoining you. Probably wouldnโ€™t of bothered if I knew!

    Keep getting calls from Botswana and Guyana every 5-10 mins and have over 100 calls now itโ€™s acc pissing me off. And now from Guinea too! Seems like this is an @O2 problem where is the solution ๐Ÿ˜

    @O2 Itโ€™s not a matter of deleting and redownloading.The whole app itself is an issue. You have trashed it since merging and incorporating those clowns you joined with. Barely works, unnecessary extra steps, repeated need for login which has turned into a tedious exercise. Itโ€™s TRASH

    @O2 Cannot make a bill payment via Apple Pay or card on the app or browser. Nothing wrong with funds or the card. Iโ€™ve tried to contact someone and the app similarly fails to do that. The systems at O2 since Virgin have taken over are dreadful. Any help?

    Was on Vodafone for 15 years plus, very few issues. Been on @O2 for a few months and itโ€™s absolutely shocking. Coverage appalling, phone cuts out part way through calls regularly . Paying for a service Iโ€™m not receiving. Avoid at all costs!
