    Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

    @O2 very disappointed and suprised that after 2 months without mobile service in my home you will not be providing any compensation! Contract up in September. I’ll be off to a different supplier. Anyone reading this please retweet so other users understand this crazy @O2 policy.

    @suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

    Dear @O2 why in Northfleet where a good signal used to be found. Is it now complete toilet I’ve been a customer for many years but due to the terrible inconsistencies I may have to look to @EE or @VodafoneUK as they have far superior signal strength here. Is this going to improve

    @O2 are an absolute disgrace. my phone was pick-pocketed in London on Wednesday, we contacted customer service to block the SIM and send out a SIM swap. turns out they messed up, my SIM swap blocked my account from an upgrade for 24 hours, and then we found out today+

    @Kyle87550379 @O2 Insane. I’ve never experienced such incompetence. I had a SIM card added to my @virginmedia bundle yesterday on O2, which I didn’t want, realised today. Trying to cancel the additional £10pm charge. The agent now claims I have £15 charges from 20-22 Dec for roaming

    I know that we in London are supposed to be spolied with our mobile coverage. But in central London - I'm on @O2 - it is hard even to get into a website on 4G, i.e when not on wifi. In Paris by contrast, web access and even Twitter is not a problem on 4G.
