    @O2 how on earth does one reach an actual human from O2 who can help with an urgent issue? I have tried looking for a chat function on your website and calling your 202 number but both seem much more geared up to you selling me something than you helping me. Frustrating.

    @O2 You have locked my sons phone when he moved to Vodafone, the unlatch code supplied was incorrect and now he can't use his phone. I have spoken to several people on 202 but all the say is I will escalate the issue and call back. I hear nothing. Been going on since end of February

    @O2 When I called to get a PAC code no one said unlock your phone before you leave. Therefore I place all responsiblilty with O2 and want resolution ASAP
