    @O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

    @O2 Yes - four different departments including your bereavement team. I’m utterly exhausted trying to sort this out. It’s not the kind of barrier anyone should have to experience when losing a parent. It’s hard enough without without this level of poor service.

    10 weeks away from the office and the @o2 phone reception is still ******* terrible. Internet barely won’t work on 4g and just about loads on 3G 😩😩 I’ve been taking home wifi for granted

    @O2 paid extra for next day pre midday delivery, on a new phone and new contract, now gone 3pm no delivery, no tracking info, and on hold for 40 minutes. Have to go to work don’t want to miss my package, should I stay or should I go? HELP!

    @O2 @bbcsoutheast My mother passed away in October and you are unable to speak to me about cancelling her phone and account because I am not the account holder. We have been with you for 20 plus years and I have 4 family phones which I now intend to cancel! #disgusted #stupidity

    afternoon @O2 is there a problem with the network coverage in the SA15 area, 2nd day in a row that service gone down....👀 cant make calls, and when i do nobody can hear me on the other end and now im getting 'not connected to network' and emergency calls in top left of phone

    @O2 @AbieeOliver THE worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Website is abysmal. Designed to send you round in circles with a problem. Trying everything possible to stop you being able to speak to someone. Would implore anyone to use another service as this entire company is outdated

    @O2 I have turned my phone on and of 5 times and put it on aeroplane mode. It shouldn’t take this long. She said minutes not hours or a day. It’s just rubbish… lack of service it be good to speak to someone in the uk instead of someone rude or English is appalling…

    @O2 Hi, I’ve had 4 calls today purporting to be suspending my NI number. I’ve reported all 4 mobile numbers to 7726. Is there a way for network operators to delete these SIM cards and make it cost the scammers more?

    @virginmedia I eventually managed to get on service page and you are investigating an issue in my area. Theoretically broadband and mobile data issues should not be related. But i’m with yourselves for broadband and @O2 for mobile and suffered problems with both at same time, coincidently
