@O2 It can happen anywhere at any time. Only way I know is when I look at phone. It’s not signal as when I turn phone off then back on it’s got full signal. It’s not just me. Check Twitter feed. So many people complaining about same problem

Advised to call customer service again so been waiting another hour on hold. Such disgusting customer service that we’re now moving the number to @O2 When I do get through I’ll be cancelling my contract! Member of staff helping us is thinking of moving too as she’s with Vodafone!

@O2 Im back in hospital to be induced in Saturday so please put my line back on ASAP. I’m already in slow labour which can be active at any point. I honestly cried when you cut my line of it’s already depressing in a hospital I’ve always paid my bills. This fraud was not my fault
