Hi @O2 we generally get very good service is most places, but there are two towns nearby (Hempstead and Rochester) where both me and my wife’s O2 phones show strong 4 or 5G signal, but little or no data connection. Too many users on one mast?

A tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.

@O2 I've tried all that already. If I had WiFi access I wouldn't need the data to work. Phone signal works fine, just can't use anything with Internet. It's been like this for at least a month.

@O2 can you please explain why the signal is so poor on the train, motorway & generally near where I live (TN26). I’ve just got back from Crete and the signals are brilliant 4G everywhere, so much so I was in the middle of a lake, top of a mountain & I get 4G???

Partner and I go to @O2 today to get new sim plans. Credit check is denied because we have “reached our account limit with O2”. We have never had accounts with O2 and customer service can’t help us (or find these “previous accounts”). Has anyone else ever had this happen?
