    @O2 The UK’s number 1 network? Don’t make me laugh ! I’ve just switched from Vodafone to 02 and that was the worst decision I’ve ever made 🤬🤬🤬 I barely get 1 bar. My phone keep disconnecting in central london. Calls are always failing. 02 is my disappointment.

    @O2 I’ve made three attempts to call customer services on 202 and after passing through security you send me a link that is unable to assist, when I select “Get help” you drop the call. I NEED TO TALK TO A HUMAN. What number can I use to reach your customer services deoartment?

    @O2 ordered a phone & contract for next day delivery. Waited in all day patiently for it to arrive, no dispatch mail. Rang customer services. Transferred all over the place. Not been sent. Not a great start.

Having ditched my land line relieved to be rid of BT, &loving free calls on What’s App all over the world I can hear people overseas with ease but they can hardly hear me.     @SarahLudford @virginmedia @O2 Yep…sadly the service has declined since the two companies merged. They blocked my account for weeks for ‘ security reasons’. ( I had changed pw & looking for new deals) No one seemed unable to unblock it. Took several phone calls/DM’s/ emails etc.

    @O2 The whole 'customer service' provided by O2 in relation to this matter has been nothing short of appalling. As O2 is now associated with Virgin Media, I will be taking the earliest opportunity available to switch the services I have with them too.
