@suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

@O2 Got better service abroad than I do at home🤪from @O2. That pesky old mast in DA15 is still causing problems. But hey I’m only a paying customer. Nothing back from Mr Baldwin in the Execs office except a holding’ I’ll get back to you’ mail.

Dear @O2 why in Northfleet where a good signal used to be found. Is it now complete toilet I’ve been a customer for many years but due to the terrible inconsistencies I may have to look to @EE or @VodafoneUK as they have far superior signal strength here. Is this going to improve

@O2 I don't have to give a reason for wanting to leave, but what I will say is the unnecessary hoops I had to jump through to get my PAC certainly aren't helping your case for persuading me to stay. It's not a nice customer experience.

Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

Got a new phone on @O2 tried sorting out work perk O2 open, email link to confirm verification from my work email doesn't work! No options anywhere on o2 open website to upload a payslip and confirm, instead tomorrow I shall go to an O2 store to see if they can do anything!

@O2 been a customer for 20 years. However you will be losing my custom when my contract is due for renewal. Your price continues to increase but don't get any better service. Now you have removed the weekly cafe Nero drink from priority one of the only major benefits.
