A tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.

@O2 I've tried all that already. If I had WiFi access I wouldn't need the data to work. Phone signal works fine, just can't use anything with Internet. It's been like this for at least a month.

@o2 I am so fed up with your network. It is absolutely unbelievable that in 2023 I can’t even manage to make a call whilst travelling without the signal failing. No matter where I go in the country I always have worse signal and data compared to my colleagues on other providers.

@O2 Thanks but we've done that. I've just done it again. Tried to register it online and it said there was a problem registering the sim serial number. This was sent as part of my Virgin media deal and I've not been able to use it yet I'm paying every month!
