@O2 I can’t get 4g indoors, some days barely 3G. I have to reset the network settings 2-3 each week. I’ve been with @o2 a long time but I’m considering moving elsewhere once this contract ends

Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

Beware anyone thinking of joining @O2 they’ve just hiked up their rates and limited free data total usage when in Europe #ripoff also just merged with @virginmedia so expect the service to fall of a cliff when the call centres are rerouted to virgins Singapore call centres

@O2 Thank you for your update, correct as I mentioned before O2 side is not updated, it wouldn't be good if O2 could query the royal mail database weekly to keep customers happy, I'm surprised customer service couldn't give that info. So do we know what date this happens so I know?

@O2 o2 are by far the single most abusive company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We've had over a month of threats/attempts to take thousands of pounds for a phone they never supplied and admitted they didn't supply. Please, save yourselves the hassle.
