    Beware of @O2 - 3days going through customer service to cancel an account I didn't know I had but was being charged for, hung up on, return calls not returned, refund offered, refund rescinded. If you leave o2, it is possible you haven't left o2! Be very careful

    Hi @O2 we generally get very good service is most places, but there are two towns nearby (Hempstead and Rochester) where both me and my wife’s O2 phones show strong 4 or 5G signal, but little or no data connection. Too many users on one mast?

    Trying to get through to @O2 lost property since last Saturday. I emailed them straight away on Saturday night but no reply and tried to ring multiple times. Been on hold for 20 mins. Can anyone help me? I filled in form etc but heard nothing 😭

    @O2 can you please explain why the signal is so poor on the train, motorway & generally near where I live (TN26). I’ve just got back from Crete and the signals are brilliant 4G everywhere, so much so I was in the middle of a lake, top of a mountain & I get 4G???

    @O2 I immediately block all these automated calls on my mobile and hang up. Getting atleast around 5 a day now. These are both from mobile and landline numbers. I can send numbers on here that I still can view for ease if suitable, that's what virgin have just asked me to do

    @o2 worst customer service in a long time, lose new phone by sending to wrong address. Then tell me it will be picked up and redelivered.. 7 days later still no phone and your still expecting me to wait while you chase after the courier company.

    @O2 Disgusted you've made it impossible to turn off marketing messages on the Classic tariff. 2220 doesn't offer any useful options. Texting STOP to 20502 doesn't work, and every day I have to delete your gratuitous and unwanted marketing texts & no I don't want to open account

    @O2 Hi, thanks for the corporate nonsense reply. O2 are pretty bad but @virginmedia are the pits. A company called Virgin Media O2 does suggest pretty major changes. I want nothing to do with any Virgin branded company, it’s pretty toxic, and will leave at the end of my contact.
