    @O2 Yes - four different departments including your bereavement team. I’m utterly exhausted trying to sort this out. It’s not the kind of barrier anyone should have to experience when losing a parent. It’s hard enough without without this level of poor service.

    Beware anyone thinking of joining @O2 they’ve just hiked up their rates and limited free data total usage when in Europe #ripoff also just merged with @virginmedia so expect the service to fall of a cliff when the call centres are rerouted to virgins Singapore call centres

    Looks like @O2 have screwed up my customer data. can't login to O2 app or website, when calling CS the data they use 4 security doesn't work! Even last 4 digits of recent number or last 3 of bank account! To top it all off, CS just blame me for providing incorrect data! Grt wrk!
