    Trying to get through to @O2 lost property since last Saturday. I emailed them straight away on Saturday night but no reply and tried to ring multiple times. Been on hold for 20 mins. Can anyone help me? I filled in form etc but heard nothing ๐Ÿ˜ญ

    @O2, Hi there, I am trying to order two tickets for The O2 Backstage Tour on the 19th August. I have tried for the 12pm and 12:30pm and its constantly being blocked my card issuer. I've tried 2 debits and 1 credit card and they are all showing the same message. Please help!

    Beware anyone thinking of joining @O2 theyโ€™ve just hiked up their rates and limited free data total usage when in Europe #ripoff also just merged with @virginmedia so expect the service to fall of a cliff when the call centres are rerouted to virgins Singapore call centres

    @dhl e-commerce is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. The customer support just blatantly lie. @o2 your no better. Resulting in me cancelling my contract and going elsewhere after so many years. What a joke.๐Ÿคฌ

    Beware of @O2 - 3days going through customer service to cancel an account I didn't know I had but was being charged for, hung up on, return calls not returned, refund offered, refund rescinded. If you leave o2, it is possible you haven't left o2! Be very careful

    @O2 Iโ€™ve made three attempts to call customer services on 202 and after passing through security you send me a link that is unable to assist, when I select โ€œGet helpโ€ you drop the call. I NEED TO TALK TO A HUMAN. What number can I use to reach your customer services deoartment?

    I know theres more important things toneorry about but surely @O2 upgrading os not a priority but surely bills are. My bill needs to be addressed as its a lot higher than usual and after nearly 2 weeks calling contacting online still nothing. This is shocking service!! ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    @DatKid_LF @ThreeUK @O2 @GerrardMaynard I have been on the same deal for 3 years. My data speed went up to 3 Mb... Once. Crap service and crap customer service. Get out while you can.

    @Worly82 @O2 I was on o2 for 10 years when they changed all the masts because of the chinese spying, they went crap exactly what your having. O2 shop told me vodaphone own the masts this side of the Pennines and everyone piggy backs of them and o2 own them on the other side.

    @O2 It is absolutely unresolved and who marked it as resolved should be severely reprimanded. I raised a complaint (now two after this weekend). I *** promised a call back one week ago, and then today. Neither has happened so complaint mot resolved. So the whole matter is unresolved

    @O2 appalled by your customer service. You left my daughter phone-less whilst travelling, all because your ineffective record-keeping could not provide her with the info that she needed for her insurance. You cost her a lot of money, & we never got to the bottom of the issue!!
