Hours on customer service calls and a callback arranged that didn't happen. 1 of them saying the account was deleted, the other saying its active, another denying they've taken the money at all. I had a phone call two months ago I believe with support asking when the -£7 in credit on my account would be refunded and why I had to chase this. I received the cheque in March but seem to be getting the texts and mails still.
