Deano... (@Frugal_ways) reported@O2 There was no outage in Burnley, nor Horwich (right next to a 5g mast!) a day later. Tried the old airport mode reset, plus phone reset, neither worked. Got home, works fine. Little point paying for a mobile service if it only works when I'm home.

We have tried online and the app and website both lead us down the same path caught in an authorisation loop.....
