    @O2 1/2 I have switched my phone off restarted numerous times but the signal is still awful.still unable to make or receive calls during the day! Appreciate that everyone is on their phones more than every now but I would appreciate a bit more help rather than just lk network guide

    Beware of @O2 - 3days going through customer service to cancel an account I didn't know I had but was being charged for, hung up on, return calls not returned, refund offered, refund rescinded. If you leave o2, it is possible you haven't left o2! Be very careful

    Trying to get through to @O2 lost property since last Saturday. I emailed them straight away on Saturday night but no reply and tried to ring multiple times. Been on hold for 20 mins. Can anyone help me? I filled in form etc but heard nothing ๐Ÿ˜ญ

    @O2 charging me for an account I cancelled over a year ago. Hours on customer service calls and a callback arranged that didn't happen. 1 of them saying the account was deleted, the other saying its active, another denying they've taken the money at all. Absolutely unbelievable

    @O2 third call to your call center today and nobody can help me as the account holder. Apparently I have failed the security. I will close my account with you and port the number. Absolutely outrageous customer service. New, cheaper tariff package and no EU data #shocking

    Appalling signal on @O2 for the last few weeks. Repeatedly dropping calls and canโ€™t hear other person. If there are service problems communicated his to your customers so they are aware/understand.

    @suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from ยฃ60 odd quid a month, to the best part of ยฃ100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE It's funny how when the private sector is doing something well it's solely down to them, but when the private sector performs badly it's the government's fault. BT(EE) made a profit of ยฃ1 billion last year. There is nothing stopping them using those funds to improve coverage.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 Itโ€™s the same with Sky. Have so much trouble activating bus and train tickets even when I apparently have full signal. You have to negotiate with the staff and bus drivers all the time.
