    @O2 your coverage in the Gravesend and northfleet area is getting worse . Iโ€™ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years and am seriously considering leaving. Can you maybe send a signal booster. This will not only help with my problems but also my customers while Iโ€™m at work.

    @O2 ordered a phone & contract for next day delivery. Waited in all day patiently for it to arrive, no dispatch mail. Rang customer services. Transferred all over the place. Not been sent. Not a great start.

    Hi @O2 we generally get very good service is most places, but there are two towns nearby (Hempstead and Rochester) where both me and my wifeโ€™s O2 phones show strong 4 or 5G signal, but little or no data connection. Too many users on one mast?

    Advised to call customer service again so been waiting another hour on hold. Such disgusting customer service that weโ€™re now moving the number to @O2 When I do get through Iโ€™ll be cancelling my contract! Member of staff helping us is thinking of moving too as sheโ€™s with Vodafone!

    @O2 Your crap eCommerce system is driving me away, EE is looking better all the time! Sort it out! there was a deal 4 weeks ago for upgrading to a iPhone 11 Pro Max for 30 plus 37 a month canโ€™t get that now!!!! So bad for a company in this sector to have such a bad eCommerce

    @O2 I don't have to give a reason for wanting to leave, but what I will say is the unnecessary hoops I had to jump through to get my PAC certainly aren't helping your case for persuading me to stay. It's not a nice customer experience.

    Beware of @O2 - 3days going through customer service to cancel an account I didn't know I had but was being charged for, hung up on, return calls not returned, refund offered, refund rescinded. If you leave o2, it is possible you haven't left o2! Be very careful

    @O2 Yes - four different departments including your bereavement team. Iโ€™m utterly exhausted trying to sort this out. Itโ€™s not the kind of barrier anyone should have to experience when losing a parent. Itโ€™s hard enough without without this level of poor service.

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE If you think Dulwich is bad, try Brighton and Hove. The entire hilly city has draconian parking restrictions that mostly operate 9am to 8pm seven days a week. The only way to park is with a phone app and then you find there's no mobile coverage.
