    @O2 @bbcsoutheast My mother passed away in October and you are unable to speak to me about cancelling her phone and account because I am not the account holder. We have been with you for 20 plus years and I have 4 family phones which I now intend to cancel! #disgusted #stupidity

    I know theres more important things toneorry about but surely @O2 upgrading os not a priority but surely bills are. My bill needs to be addressed as its a lot higher than usual and after nearly 2 weeks calling contacting online still nothing. This is shocking service!! 😡😡😡

    @O2 Yes - four different departments including your bereavement team. I’m utterly exhausted trying to sort this out. It’s not the kind of barrier anyone should have to experience when losing a parent. It’s hard enough without without this level of poor service.

    @O2 I can’t get 4g indoors, some days barely 3G. I have to reset the network settings 2-3 each week. I’ve been with @o2 a long time but I’m considering moving elsewhere once this contract ends

    10 weeks away from the office and the @o2 phone reception is still ******* terrible. Internet barely won’t work on 4g and just about loads on 3G 😩😩 I’ve been taking home wifi for granted

    @O2, Hi there, I am trying to order two tickets for The O2 Backstage Tour on the 19th August. I have tried for the 12pm and 12:30pm and its constantly being blocked my card issuer. I've tried 2 debits and 1 credit card and they are all showing the same message. Please help!

    @O2 paid extra for next day pre midday delivery, on a new phone and new contract, now gone 3pm no delivery, no tracking info, and on hold for 40 minutes. Have to go to work don’t want to miss my package, should I stay or should I go? HELP!

    @O2 just checked your network issue page on your site and says a mast is down in Basingstoke. Any updates if this is being fixed? Frustrating not being able to text/call/use the internet! Will there be any compensation as its been at least several hours?

    Absolute nightmare trying to upgrade with @O2 - now faced with being without a phone for days whilst yet another SIM is sent by pigeon post. I have a sick relative and need my phone to log on for work too. NEVER again.
