    @O2 Yes - four different departments including your bereavement team. I’m utterly exhausted trying to sort this out. It’s not the kind of barrier anyone should have to experience when losing a parent. It’s hard enough without without this level of poor service.

    @O2 your coverage in the Gravesend and northfleet area is getting worse . I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years and am seriously considering leaving. Can you maybe send a signal booster. This will not only help with my problems but also my customers while I’m at work.

    @O2 @bbcsoutheast My mother passed away in October and you are unable to speak to me about cancelling her phone and account because I am not the account holder. We have been with you for 20 plus years and I have 4 family phones which I now intend to cancel! #disgusted #stupidity

    @O2 Started an upgrade order last night but did not finalise as changed my mind (decided to wait a little longer). Despite this O2 have taken the upfront upgrade fee from my account even though I never completed the order?! How do I get this money back?!

    @Kolo_Martin @SkyHelpTeam The lack of info is the worst and the size of the area with no service means it’s not just a single mast. To be fair to Sky at least they acknowledge on the website that it covers Merseyside & Cheshire, @O2 just say it’s your closest mast end of.
