@O2 Yes - four different departments including your bereavement team. I’m utterly exhausted trying to sort this out. It’s not the kind of barrier anyone should have to experience when losing a parent. It’s hard enough without without this level of poor service.

@O2, Hi there, I am trying to order two tickets for The O2 Backstage Tour on the 19th August. I have tried for the 12pm and 12:30pm and its constantly being blocked my card issuer. I've tried 2 debits and 1 credit card and they are all showing the same message. Please help!

Amazing. @O2 strikes again. Screwed around ridiculously right at start of #Volt contract only 3mths ago, promised reimbursement & comp credit verbally & in writing 4 times. Found out today it never happened. Mngr promises it'll happen nxt month. Forgive me if I don't believe you.

So @O2 didn’t deliver my phone despite me paying for next day delivery, said phone wont be here tomorrow either or monday. Takes 2 days to do a credit check for a customer of 14 years apparently but 14 days to refund me my money too. Absolute joke of a company

@O2 @bond_louise I had mystery picture messages with o2 for over 5 years. Even sent them svcreenshots of messages on the dates of alleged picture message.Some days there were no texts of any kind. Oh and I never send picture messages. Got fed up and left them.Never had it with with new provider.

@O2 Yes I did redeem the code on Wednesday. Normally the code sits in the app until you use it or it expires. In this case it should have remained until tomorrow.I went to make a booking today and the code I redeemed was not available. I see some other customers are having same issue
