    @O2 paid extra for next day pre midday delivery, on a new phone and new contract, now gone 3pm no delivery, no tracking info, and on hold for 40 minutes. Have to go to work don’t want to miss my package, should I stay or should I go? HELP!

    Appalling signal on @O2 for the last few weeks. Repeatedly dropping calls and can’t hear other person. If there are service problems communicated his to your customers so they are aware/understand.

    @O2 Yes - four different departments including your bereavement team. I’m utterly exhausted trying to sort this out. It’s not the kind of barrier anyone should have to experience when losing a parent. It’s hard enough without without this level of poor service.

    Advised to call customer service again so been waiting another hour on hold. Such disgusting customer service that we’re now moving the number to @O2 When I do get through I’ll be cancelling my contract! Member of staff helping us is thinking of moving too as she’s with Vodafone!

    @O2, Hi there, I am trying to order two tickets for The O2 Backstage Tour on the 19th August. I have tried for the 12pm and 12:30pm and its constantly being blocked my card issuer. I've tried 2 debits and 1 credit card and they are all showing the same message. Please help!

    Apple Watch 4 cellular, issues with accessing my @o2 mobile data!Since the recent @Apple software update. What’s the point of a device when can’t used at its fullest capacity 😡no calls, no emails, no alerts!! I’m annoyance is incomparable. sort it out @o2 @Apple @AppleWatchGuru

    @O2 @bbcsoutheast My mother passed away in October and you are unable to speak to me about cancelling her phone and account because I am not the account holder. We have been with you for 20 plus years and I have 4 family phones which I now intend to cancel! #disgusted #stupidity

    I know theres more important things toneorry about but surely @O2 upgrading os not a priority but surely bills are. My bill needs to be addressed as its a lot higher than usual and after nearly 2 weeks calling contacting online still nothing. This is shocking service!! 😡😡😡

    @O2 1/2 I have switched my phone off restarted numerous times but the signal is still awful.still unable to make or receive calls during the day! Appreciate that everyone is on their phones more than every now but I would appreciate a bit more help rather than just lk network guide

    @O2 third call to your call center today and nobody can help me as the account holder. Apparently I have failed the security. I will close my account with you and port the number. Absolutely outrageous customer service. New, cheaper tariff package and no EU data #shocking

    @virginmedia @O2 We need to be able to LOG in with OUR original Virgin media emails and get access to our accounts, stop with this 02 account BULLSHIT! You've locked out 3 family members with this CRAP!

    yo @O2 my contract device plan ended with you. i'm no longer with your awful network.. how do I end the damn Airtime plan? as i'm not paying for Data I'm not using on a device that is bricked and was reused help with.

    Never go with @O2 I paid off a contract a month ago and you are still to update credit agencies, holding up a mortgage I need in order to move away from a stalking and harassment situation - why can I not get through to that department/ why is it taking so long to action?! #o2
