@O2 your coverage in the Gravesend and northfleet area is getting worse . I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years and am seriously considering leaving. Can you maybe send a signal booster. This will not only help with my problems but also my customers while I’m at work.

Hi @O2 we generally get very good service is most places, but there are two towns nearby (Hempstead and Rochester) where both me and my wife’s O2 phones show strong 4 or 5G signal, but little or no data connection. Too many users on one mast?

@O2 Customer service is a joke. Received a sim I didn't want, cancelled within 2 weeks, o2 still took £12 from my bank. Been trying to cancel again for 2 months, had to go into an o2 shop 2 weeks to sort it. Still no refund. I've had 2 threatening letters saying I owe them money.

Never insure your phone with @O2 what should have been a 3-5 working day turnaround for my phones repair has turned into potentially double that time with no communication with me unless I call them directly
