I know theres more important things toneorry about but surely @O2 upgrading os not a priority but surely bills are. My bill needs to be addressed as its a lot higher than usual and after nearly 2 weeks calling contacting online still nothing. This is shocking service!! 😡😡😡

Hi @O2 we generally get very good service is most places, but there are two towns nearby (Hempstead and Rochester) where both me and my wife’s O2 phones show strong 4 or 5G signal, but little or no data connection. Too many users on one mast?

@O2 So O2 are unable to follow simple instructions and as a result have cancelled my mobile phone connection instead of my Apple Watch connection. Furthermore they then cut me off whilst waiting in a queue for over 20 minutes to speak to customer services at 20:00.

@O2 Another who made sure to log into the app last night. Accessed it at 9.30am today, had been logged out and haven’t managed to get onto either the app or the website, despite refreshing both all day. On the couple of occasions I got a login code, error message followed. 1/2
