I know theres more important things toneorry about but surely @O2 upgrading os not a priority but surely bills are. My bill needs to be addressed as its a lot higher than usual and after nearly 2 weeks calling contacting online still nothing. This is shocking service!! 😡😡😡

@O2 paid extra for next day pre midday delivery, on a new phone and new contract, now gone 3pm no delivery, no tracking info, and on hold for 40 minutes. Have to go to work don’t want to miss my package, should I stay or should I go? HELP!

Hi @O2 we generally get very good service is most places, but there are two towns nearby (Hempstead and Rochester) where both me and my wife’s O2 phones show strong 4 or 5G signal, but little or no data connection. Too many users on one mast?

@O2 10+ years of being a customer with 4 contracts. Recently missed a payment of just under £15. No text, letter or email until yesterday when i get threatening letters demanding payment along with default notices and then today i get one saying my device is being disconnected.
