@O2, Hi there, I am trying to order two tickets for The O2 Backstage Tour on the 19th August. I have tried for the 12pm and 12:30pm and its constantly being blocked my card issuer. I've tried 2 debits and 1 credit card and they are all showing the same message. Please help!

@SwailesRuth @O2 When I had to handle my cousins estate after he died I was quite impressed with my local Barclays Bank, they had a bereavement member of staff. They’ve shut the branch down now. Such a shame as meeting people face to face is much better I think.

@O2 I’ve been waiting 8 days for my old Vodafone number to be portalef to new o2 account. Having spent 2.5hrs of my life with call centre and Uxbridge outlet, I have got no further than another 3-5days due to system fault..it’s laughable..shame on you o2..poor poor customer service
