@O2, Hi there, I am trying to order two tickets for The O2 Backstage Tour on the 19th August. I have tried for the 12pm and 12:30pm and its constantly being blocked my card issuer. I've tried 2 debits and 1 credit card and they are all showing the same message. Please help!

Unfortunately my experience is totally the opposite. Reception on @O2 is absolute tosh compared to @EE. Can’t wait for contract to end at the start of next year so I can get some decent service again.

@O2 what on earth have you done to your App. Absolutely useless since you are now virgin O2. Never had issues accessing the app but now being asked to verify my email address and can then not get in with the verification. Awful!!!! Ditch Virgin and go back to what you had!!!

@BedsGooner @virginmedia @O2 Feel your pain. Yesterday both my O2 and Virginmedia accounts were hacked. O2 were terrible and could have avoided lots of it from my first call, but almost ignored me then it got really bad, as people had access to my account.

@O2 totally been lied to, promised a refund never happened, promised a call back never happened rang again and promised a refund again. Customer service is rubbish, It's about the customer not the AHT. 1 call resolution. Get it right first time. So will be calling today 😡😡😡
