    Unfortunately my experience is totally the opposite. Reception on @O2 is absolute tosh compared to @EE. Can’t wait for contract to end at the start of next year so I can get some decent service again.

    @O2, Hi there, I am trying to order two tickets for The O2 Backstage Tour on the 19th August. I have tried for the 12pm and 12:30pm and its constantly being blocked my card issuer. I've tried 2 debits and 1 credit card and they are all showing the same message. Please help!

    @O2 I need help. At 2pm today i went in to the priority app and saved an odeon ticket. It's now saying out of stock but it saved earlier and I haven't used it

    @O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

    LOVE how I've been with @O2 for donkey's years yet, I've had NOTHING but issues with them since September. They apparently think it's acceptable to leave a #Disabled woman without her phone over the bank holiday weekend. If I am injured and unable to get help, expect a lawsuit

    @O2 your customer service is appalling, I’ve spent over three hours on the phone to six different people to try and change an upgrade within the 14 day period. None of your staff able to help, promised call backs don’t happen, system failings and five days later no resolution!

    @O2 So I tell O2 that my Sim isn’t working as they failed to port my previous number over in over 2 weeks. I eventually get a reply to say they need me to confirm identity by providing code number they have texted me. HELLO don’t they realise I can’t receive if sim not working!!!
