    @O2 I switched from Three to O2 15 days ago and I still can’t get text messages to my phone. I already talked customer services 4 times and went to a local O2 store. No one helped yet. What a shame.

    Nothing like working overtime at the hospital to make up for being robbed! Except being robbed again through the incompetence of @O2, thanks, another £150 down. In what world world can fraudulent charges be applied after I’ve already reported my phone stolen?

    Hi @O2, Is there any way of being released from my 24-month contract early without a early exit fee? I have 9 months left. I am really disappointed with the service I am receiving, as I very rarely get a decent signal anywhere.

    @O2 That’s only half the problem… even when you get through to somebody, they seem lost and can only put in “requests” for things (in this case, a cancellation). Truly backwards support.
