    @O2 I mean it has been going on for months! The phones work, and then they don’t, at random. 2 separate devices, makes no odds if you switch them off and on again! Plus our Wi-Fi is currently down, thanks to @sky and @Plusnet ! We shouldn’t be charged for the days without signal?

    @O2 Could any1 advise? My wife's o2 account was hacked and closed. We reported it to o2. 2 weeks later we've heard nothing and still no working phone. Store or customer services say they can't help. And apparently, she owes o2 ££ now, despite leaving her standing order in place

    What is frustrating is that with all our other changes in network in the past we’ve never had any issues. With @O2 I can’t say that at all atm which is a little disappointing.

    @O2 hi, I’m trying to book an odeon ticket for this Saturday using the priorities code but keep getting ‘The voucher number is incorrect’. Never had an issue before when it used to be Sun/Mon only
