    @Chriss_m @Veronica_Strain @O2 Got to be a bot surely, they get fined every year due to poor service, I’ve never quite experienced bad customer service like I have with virgin media, they’re know to be one of the worst companies to deal with when their ****** service drops 5 times a day

    @O2 @virginmedia Why did you decide to merge with them? They have an appalling record for customer service and network coverage and love nothing more than ripping people off and leaving them without internet. Big error of judgement I think. Doubt the social media got a say though.

    @O2 No it’s ok. I don’t want to hear anymore and that was bad news enough. Time to change sides. I was with @virginmedia a few years ago and I still have scars. 🙄 it’s ok you’ll have many other customers.

    @BLFCxx @Chriss_m @O2 I stayed with Virgin long enough to wriggle out of the contract with barely an ounce of sanity left. TV - never had the correct channels, phone - connected to someone elses number of 3 mths. Genuinely horrible company.
