    @O2 I receive 2 or more spam texts a day since switching to your network 6 months ago. When I was with Virgin for 12 years, I never received any spam texts. Why does this happen on O2? I always report the text and block the number, but they just keep coming! So annoying.

    @O2 @Apple Ordered upgrade yesterday for next day delivery. Parcel hasn't reached courier yet. Rang customer services to be told "it may come tomorrow" offered to go and collect one in store but that apparently takes longer. Appalling service

    @O2 Got a call bar today. Absolutely shoddy customer service. Also I've waited a minimum of 20 minutes to speak to your alleged customer service agents who appear to be utterly inept to make a simple change.

    @O2 Oops there’s been a problem. Get £2 off Disney+ every month and stream a whole world of content for only £5.99 a month, usually £7.99 a month. Apparently not, not available on o2 priority app. What’s the deal?
