@O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK 02 did this to us. Got a pay monthly sim for my son on the understanding that I was going to be on that bill should any problem occur and sure enough they did. They refused to speak to me and still owe me money for earpods I ordered 3 years ago. @O2

I'd love to say thanks to both @O2 and @ThreeUK for both somehow managing to provide coverage so bad that it cannot manage the herculean task of loading Twitter messages while also launching a Zoom call. Cheers, prices keep going up for service that continues to get worse.

@O2 every time I call my mum in the UK from my US t-mobile phone it goes straight to O2 vm. If I call here from my Uk 3 phone it’s fine. She can call me, it’s just if I call her it goes straight to Vm 100% of the time. How can we fix this?

What grinds my gears is we went on a rural villa holiday to spain, middle of nowhere in the mountains. Full 4G & superfast internet. I live just outside a large town and can’t even make a call because of such poor signal. @O2 don’t even get me started on broadband! @OpenreachHelp
