    @O2 I ported my O2 Pay mnthly number to Lebara. This morn I could send texts & make calls. But still not receiving calls or texts on my ported number. When people call it doesn't go through. Lebara say number only half ported? Can someone help please?

    @O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

    @virginmedia and @O2 Terrible customer service, trying to sort out my package...bank details forwarded without my consent, trying to change a DD date for a sim card I am not using so cannot get through verification. Thinking of cancelling completely. Awful.

    @O2 I need a useful human to contact me ASAP about my number port that hasn’t completed correctly. I have been trying to resolve this since 18th August, your “customer support” staff are useless! If this isn’t resolved today I will cancel this contract and move to Vodafone!

    @O2 I have recently ported my number in but lost access to MyO2. I can log in, it asks for my mobile number, I put the ported number in and it says ‘identity not found’. My phone is working fine with ported number. Can you help?

    @o2 Please help. Waited for wages to go in so that I can pay off my old device plan to upgrade. My old phone is at the bottom of a lake. Just when I was about to pay, it said I had to enter a code sent to my phone to verify my a/c. But I signed in. How can I buy new phone?
