    @O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

    @O2 The ‘Issue’ is that your network coverage in TN5 6PL has always been, at best, ‘very poor’. We often have to drive a mile or so to pick up messages. Appalling service. I should have changed provider years ago.

    @O2 you are not available 24/7 on the app, it's hasn't worked for months. No queuing, apparently all your agents are always busy. Also since when did next day delivery from Friday become deliver on a Monday? Have to miss work now. Your service has fallen behind GiffGaff. POOR!

    Terrible day thanks to @O2 and @dhlexpressuk - why do O2 use DHL, they are shocking, so many retailers I’ve stopped using because they use DHL - maybe I should now stop using O2 🤔

    @O2 Do you train your operators to hang up on someone in the middle of a sentence before they've even heard the problem? Because that's what they do.. I ordered a phone on the 5th, DHL returned it to the depot without attempting delivery on the 6th and 7th

    @O2 Having finally got through, I'm told the phone will take a week to get back to you at which point you'll order me another for delivery by @dhlexpressuk - despite their failure to deliver twice so far and the fact that I'm paying a contract I can't use! Great service /s
