    @Christo59860743 @O2 Totally, which is what I said in my first post. But I’m wondering how long it’s going to take to fix it. Also, it’s ridiculous that their marketing team was so out of control to cause this problem.

    I can’t believe how awful @o2 has gotten. I have three bars of 4g signal and it won’t even sent a regular text message. Calls constantly dropping, and slow 3g, 4g, and 5g browsing.

    @O2 You mean the network status app that says I have no connection despite having nultiple bars of 3G? This issue has been going on for months and it isn’t a great look considering how much I spend a month with o2. I’m also not the only one suffering with these issues locally.

    @O2 in process of switching to O2. absolutely horrible, no telephone, confusing, chaotic. Advise anyone to think again before switching. it's not worth it
