Wow, just went to @O2 to renew my contract and start 2 for my parents! There is an hour and 40 minutes to wait! How utterly ridiculous! The girl giving us this information wasn't busy, why couldn't she have helped! We have now left with nothing. Terrible service.

@O2 Thank you. Whilst you’re here, can you help with my 12 month Disney+ subscription which I was given in Nov/Dec with a new tariff. It overlapped my existing subscription but now says it will end in July. Can this be sorted please?
