    Can't believe how difficult @O2 make it to actually speak to a person. Utterly impossible. Just an endless loop of "tell us why you are calling" which then tries to railroad you into responses which they can automate. Utterly disgraceful customer service.

    @O2 I can and have. Shouldn't be forced to block my service provider from hounding me with calls. They were given an answer and told to remove me from the list.

    @caledoniaman @O2 I ditched them a few years ago when I went into our local O2 store with a printed upgrade offer from Carphone Warehouse. They couldn’t/wouldn’t match it - can’t even beat their own franchised network deals :/

    @rutty_uk @O2 Five minutes later, I called the number for prospective new customers and the adviser answered so quickly that I got a fright. Sky are the same. Prioritising new sales over service to existing customers.

    @davidsh66 @O2 Hello it also happen my account for 2 months and I tried contacting their service but they always gave me a robot reply so i got in contact with recovery_recovery_account1 on instagram I saw his advert on tv he was the one who got me back into my account he should hlp you

    @O2 was told that my services wouldnt be affected until the 21st, can't make calls or no access to the Internet, when I ring it tells me to pay however I have an agreement in place I have to ring the doctors first thing in the morning and I can't now, please help
