Nearly a month in since joining @O2 and very happy. Perfect coverage with 4 bars of signal and fast data, whereas i struggled to even make a phone call with @ThreeUK my previous provider the signal was that bad. I just await 5G to be rolled out in my area.

@O2 Keep having signal issues in a fair few places it’s not just specific to one location. I have family members on O2 and I can be out with them and they will have good signal meanwhile I will struggle to get a signal

@O2 Thanks have got through 5 mins ago - still exceptionally long wait to be passed from one person to another one. you could change the horrid tune. It's driving me nuts!
