@O2 Yes eventually someone answered, but they could not help, as did not have access to the computer systems. apparently need to call back tomorrow before 9pm. So I'm trying again now....... So far been sat on hold again for another 40mins...... Hope they can help today! last chance!

@O2 New customer, set up account online for new phone contract. noticed a typo in my email address (.cm instead of .com) in order confirmation. You would think a simple call to O2 would sort. easy? 2 days over 2 hours on hold, still no solution. asking me to visit local store now
