    @O2 I left 02 two weeks getting my old iPhone unlocked to give to grandson seems impossible almost like they don’t want to help me now. round and round in circles I’m going getting nowhere

    @O2 The "final position" email states they will no longer email me and document only. I am making more effort than I should to resolve my complaint, which you should too according to FCA handbook. So please instead of trying to cover up mistakes, maybe you can help me end this

    @o2 waiting for my SIM card since end of November still not arrived but dd taken 5 months! Contacted by phone, email, dm to twitter! No response to complaint letter sent a month ago. #o2 chat online not working my calls just dropped now. Remind me what you do for business?

    @O2 are there plans to improve the service in Worcester? I moved away more than a decade ago, came back, and it’s still barely-usable “3G” that rarely works.

    @WayneWheatley44 @MartinSLewis @O2 You can cancel early, but you’ll be left with early repayment charges. Some providers will offer to pay you out of the remainder of your contract, usually up to a value of about £200, so if your total bill is less than for the rest of the contract, certainly something to consider

    @O2 Customer service has been poor. I have no network now. New sim has been delayed from your end. Cannot contact you by phone and waited online for 4hrs for an agent to get back to me which I could not reply to as I was out with no WIFI. Can someone please get back to me today?
