@O2 are there REALLY any odeon tickets now. For the past 3 WEEKS there are none as soon as the offer goes live. This never happened last year whatsoever. Are you lying to your loyal customers of many years??😡😡😡 pls respond and don’t just say ‘it’s a really popular offer’ etc

@O2 This is is probably the 6/7th week. Please don't give me false hope. I have gone through the trouble of doing a screen recording to show u how impossible it is.I find it quite offensive you telling me to try again next week.I have mentioned before I have tried for several weeks.

@O2 @arpita07_dutta How do they literally sell out within seconds? I was on the website ready to get a code, site slowed right down and by the time it had refreshed it was showing as sold out...it wasn't even 14.01 😠 Offer worked much better when tix were only for Sunday/Monday

@O2 I advise it would be nice to have the issue resolved and explain why there is such a delay in resolving this issue. My fiancé has been waiting since Friday 20th to get Thai sorted not good enough and not professional this is not good customer service !!

@O2 @hughjahfink Moved over to O2 a couple years ago… contract ends in 2 wks - the data coverage & speed (SE & London) has been utter garbage from day one by comparison to all other providers I’ve used. Never again using O2!!

I've spoken with @virginmedia who said I need to deal with @o2 to fix their mistake. O2 get confused when I tell them that the email they have for security purposes is not mine. The are also confused that I don't have the sim that I agreed to, as it hasn't arrived. 2/3
