@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

@O2 hi. can you tell your call centres that 24 calls to my number is getting silly. Each time i tell them i don’t want to talk as i’m happy with service & don’t call again. But they do. Please sort it out thanks

Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

@O2 I have issue with O2 account logging in. Says account locked, contact support. Contacted support 4 times over the period of more than a month, summarised the issue from start every single time. No resolution yet! Really frustrating!!!!

Typical @o2 get a message asking how satisfied was I with service call received. Stating messages were FREE to answer. Go to send message and it states I will be charged. Maybe time to move.

@O2 there is no worse company or worse customer service than O2. My son simply cannot find a way of stopping letters saying he owes money. He even went to the shop last week, she simply phoned CS and put him on phone in shop. Utterly dreadful. He wants out but can’t, DIABOLICAL

I have been with @O2 for 20 years . Never considered any other network till now. What has happened im literally always without signal. People cant call me as the lines bad or cuts off and enough is enough now.
