@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

@O2 I literally have no signal anywhere I go. My fiancée who is with EE, has 5/4G all the time whilst my Fold 3 never does. I'm paying for a service which I'm not receiving!

@O2 I've just noticed that my data usage has disappeared from the top of the app. If I click (say) minutes instead, there is a tab for data, which is reporting zero usage. Are u aware there is a problem?
