Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

@O2 I’ve already repeated the tale to 7 O2 people (and once was on hold for 10minutes before the call cut out so didn’t even get to speak to anyone). Forgive me if after taking most of today to get this far if I don’t repeat it again. Let’s see if it actually gets resolved (Friday)

@O2 You’ve disconnected my service after your agent failed to set me up on a payment plan as requested in mid-July. I’m now completely disconnected, and my phone has essentially now become an iPod Touch. Called from a pay phone and hung up on 4 times. Disgusting. I need your help
