@O2 4 times I've tried to log in to my O2 a/c. It sends me a verify link, fair enough, I verify, it says go back and sign in. I do. It says we're sending a verify link FOUR TIMES!!!!!

@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

@O2 hi. can you tell your call centres that 24 calls to my number is getting silly. Each time i tell them i don’t want to talk as i’m happy with service & don’t call again. But they do. Please sort it out thanks

Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

@virginmedia @O2 I’d love to be connected but your network is atrocious. Calls constantly failing & not connecting, almost no internet connection unless I’m tethered to someone’s network. I thought there was something wrong with my phone until I went abroad and it worked fine! Leaving asap.

@O2 I await an email from you re my previous phone which I reported lost but was found some days later. Taahir in your SA office was authorised to issue an email confirming it was a phone contracted to me. I still await this email which is urgent so I can prove it was not stolen
