    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    Absolutely shocking customer service from @O2 Purchased their Bolt on yesterday which made clear that my international usage would be capped at £4.99 a day Today I have a received an email telling my yesterdays usage was over £40. Fuming!

    @O2 my experience is that the O2 connection drops away when the environment is busy. Is there enough capacity in Cheltenham? My service is barely useful

    @O2 They hung up on the call while I was on hold. I called back, spoke to someone different. They hung up while I was on hold again. No call back. Breathtakingly bad customer service.

    @O2 I’ve been a o2 customer a few times over the years and always found the signal & data rates -vs- the other mobile network poor.
