    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

    @O2 hi. can you tell your call centres that 24 calls to my number is getting silly. Each time i tell them i don’t want to talk as i’m happy with service & don’t call again. But they do. Please sort it out thanks

    Hey @O2 could you make a SIM only deal that could be bundled onto my contract for my elderly parent? They never make calls unless it's an emergency but I always call them. A bundle on SIM for a token cost would be piece of mind and so helpful.

    @o2 where on the train line from Maidstone to London 3G=no signal 4G=no signal E=no signal and 5G=no signal unless you have all 4 bars unfortunately for the majority (approx 50 minutes of a 1hr journey) there is no four bar 5G. It’s 2026 ffs!!!! Your service is shite

    @O2 can see the trouble @O2 customers are experiencing but she was just reading, parrot fashion, that she could diagnose it. Have a look at the issues people have wrote on here @O2 and you will realise it's not me !! 😡😡
