@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

Hi @O2! Is there a problem with the network? I'm unable to make any calls. I can to receive calls. Have tried restarting the phone and removing/re-inserting the Sim card, no joy.

@o2 dire service - for second day running, my service has dropped because allegedly "not registered on network". I agreed to have new SIM because of tech problems, but ordering new SIM has killed old service before new SIM arrives! HORRENDOUS. Does anyone care?

@O2 Ok I’ve hung up after an hour in the queue. Almost 4.5 hours on the phone and back and forth with your online service over the last 16 days. I would really appreciate a call back if you DM me. Becoming extremely frustrated.

been trying all day today and visited the actual store no help from @O2 this is a joke. 4 hours Saturday, numerous calls today checking if system up, visit to the store, 2 emails, chat line thing and this and nothing, no help when I need the fraud department!
