    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    @O2 hi. can you tell your call centres that 24 calls to my number is getting silly. Each time i tell them i don’t want to talk as i’m happy with service & don’t call again. But they do. Please sort it out thanks

    Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

    @DavidDarnes @spences10 @O2 Service texts such as that should be free. Such as when you text to set up a tariff or get network settings.

    @O2 any chance of some support for my daughter after her phone was stolen? The level of support @Ofcom so far, has been absolutely abysmal. It would be good to find someone who actually cares!
