  @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

  @O2 hi. can you tell your call centres that 24 calls to my number is getting silly. Each time i tell them i don’t want to talk as i’m happy with service & don’t call again. But they do. Please sort it out thanks

  @O2 @ChechuzM Hi - I took a montly o2 contract 8 days ago. It worked well until you ported the number from vodafone. Since then I cannot connact at all. I contacted help, bit it just ‘logged a complaint’. How do I cancel. It is within 14 days.

  @O2 Well, literally, I don't have any data throughput virtually nowhere around the whole of central London, around Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury, King's Cross. And it's not my iPhone and it's not the settings, because I have three iPhones, all with different services from Vodafone, EE, 3, and yourself. Oh, and also Giffgaff, which is on the same network as yours, but Giffgaff always seems to work. Weird that. So either you've completely throttled my data to zero, which is odd considering I'm on the ultimate package, or the service just doesn't work in central London. See if you can fix it.

  @altrinchamhq @O2 Get a second sim with talkmobile (Vodafone and 3 mobile) I'm on that and BT (EE). Still have the odd issue but gives you more chance of coverage.

  @O2 mobile data coverage is absolute ******* pants. The service is getting worse and worse. Sporadic connection. Hindley, Platt Bridge basically is a ******* dead zone. Crock of ****

  @O2 need to really sort out there app and website can never load anything up as it always comes up with to many redirects might have to think about moving to a new network

  Question for @O2 : how can I be on your Ultimate package in central London and still have literally no usable data? The phone shows signal, but data traffic is effectively zero. I’ve tested the other three UK networks in the same locations and they all work perfectly. What exactly is wrong with your service? As you can see it connected to you do no data traffic? Why?

  @o2 What an awful company to deal with Can’t even complain online Been trying for days Love a DM though Still won’t fix your problem 2 months and counting Happy to take my daughters money though🤮
