    @O2 hi. can you tell your call centres that 24 calls to my number is getting silly. Each time i tell them i don’t want to talk as i’m happy with service & don’t call again. But they do. Please sort it out thanks

    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 I had similar issue recently, I decided to get a sim free phone from ee and a separate sim only deal, it worked out about 15 quid cheaper than what they quoted. So if you buy iPhone 17 sim free, it's about 32 a month over 24 months, then buy a sim deal. It will probs be cheaper

    @O2 are you having issues with your card payment system? I’m trying to pay the reservation fee to upgrade but no method is working. Cards, Apple Pay or PayPal. I have funds in the account and have also tried 2 individual accounts Incase it was my bank.

    @waynetuckwell @O2 It's honestly ridiculous. I've given up on them now I don't think they'll fix it. I was with O2 before it was even O2 but this last year has been nothing short of shambolic. If it's not full 5g giving me 5mb/s it's the fact I cannot look at my own accounts.

    @O2 priority spin has not worked all day, just keeps telling ne to try again later. Guessing u didn't test properly as I am clearly not the only one having problems

    @O2 How **** is your website ? Spent the last 15 minutes trying to pay my bill but it’s impossible, that option is not there. The website is awful

    @ad_moran4 @EE @O2 O2 is absolutely awful , I had so many issues with them , I’ve finally moved too EE much better. There customer service is atrocious

    @virginmedia internets down again. The reliability of this MULTI BILLION pound business is crazy. Im super glad they’ve partnered up with my network provider @O2 who are also just as unreliable. My decisions as an adult are awfully bad.
