    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    @O2 hi. can you tell your call centres that 24 calls to my number is getting silly. Each time i tell them i don’t want to talk as i’m happy with service & don’t call again. But they do. Please sort it out thanks

    Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

    @O2 why can’t i suddenly receive texts from organisations. This problem only started this week. iPhone 13 been on o2 for years. It’s not my settings. Any ideas please?

    @O2 Pretty much, yes. Whenever I'm in an asda it's the same, although I suspect that's asda blocking signal as their in house wifi works (opening their own website in the browser window)

    One week later and we still haven’t got a response from @O2 about a measly £185! Not even a drop in the ocean to O2. We are only leaving the contract early because we have had no O2 signal for near 2 years. We should not have to pay @MartinSLewis !! No response from O2!

    @O2 had a call from what appeared to be an actual number from o2 stating that you’re shutting my sim down in a so many days due to the merge with virgin it’ll be deactivated I’ve contacted you and made you aware just want to share it for others and see if you are

    Have you read the reviews on Play Store of your app @O2?! 🤔 Since the latest update, just like me, everyone seems to hate it and has the same problems I do - it's a Crap App now tbh!! Time to sort out the issues or delete it completely... like I have!! 👋 #o2 #App #phones
