    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    I need change the Tariff and I am not happy with the limited available Tariff options on MYO2 @o2 , I called twice but cant get through your customer service. If I don't hear then I will switch to EE today

    @O2 for the second time in 6 months o2 have cut off my network on a business contract claiming a technical error.3 days with no network last time and quote at least 2 days to get back in touch. Do not recommend o2 if you fancy running a business 😡

    @O2 In a general area yes. Yes I have restarted the phone. Have also re set the phone and still no signal. Hard to work out what is causing the issue.

    @O2 I’ve had no service at all for a week now. Can’t get through to cust service. No response to emails & DM’s are automated. Last bill was over £90 & won’t be paying next one until this is resolved.

    @KarnPurvis_ @O2 Do you think they're going to care about losing a customer? Where they lose, they'll gain another. What makes you think they should listen to you rather than a news channel that opposes wokeism? People are tired of being dictated to and are fighting back.
