    @O2 Other people in my family on O2 seem have no issue but I'm SICK of trying to use the net & getting a "no connection" page. For almost £50 a month in this economic crisis it just straight up isn't good enough.

    The way @O2 treats is customers is nothing short of appalling. Had to wait around 90 minutes in store and then get told to call the call centre again as they can’t fix the problem the call centre told me I had to go into a store to have fixed.

    @dhlexpressuk @O2 why do I have to wait 4 days when you advertised next day delivery? Nothing on the website, via email or text to say there are issues and to expect delays. Purchase was made as going on holiday and need the item next day….

    I was actually changing to @O2 because of the package with Virgin. I’ve had an unlimited o2 SIM sittin in an envelope since June. But since @ThreeUK have never let me down I can’t leave now. Will cancel o2 at first chance or I’ll pay for 2 contracts if I have to til o2 expires.

    @O2 @GivePlutoRights Perhaps I have placed an order on 09/09 at 1:30 everything was ordered but bad communication and false information, nothing delivered.
