Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

@O2 my wife & I have been customers of o2 for years from the time you done home contracts, but we now considering changing due to lack of customer care. We have had issues with no signal on our mobiles, you sent out 2 new sims, my phone works my wifes doesnt.

Are you KIDDING me @O2!? Feb 14th: I order a s21 that was IN STOCK, but I receive an email saying it's out of stock. After a week waiting I cancel the upgrade so I can order a phone that is in stock. (1)
