    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    @O2 hi. can you tell your call centres that 24 calls to my number is getting silly. Each time i tell them i don’t want to talk as i’m happy with service & don’t call again. But they do. Please sort it out thanks

    Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

    @O2 I’ve travelled all over the place this year and I’ve just started noticing how frequent it drops off. Motorways, town centres, the whole area around my house. Not something I had issues with before but this year it seems to be getting worse

    I got tickets for today to ariana but I'm having a panic attack, I didn't realise how steep the nosebleeds section is. O2 staff said they couldn't help me. Is there anyone at all who can help? Even lower down in the nosebleeds is fine, any help would be ok 🙏 @O2 @TeamAriana

    @O2 you are a disgrace. You failed to provide a service and charge me over £600 as you forced me to move supplier. You help or support from you at all. Didn’t even send a bill went straight to dept recovery company. Over 30 years loyal custom from me and this is how you treat us

    I never had issue with @o2 until they merged with virgin media. Now I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. You try and use the website, pages don’t load. Information isn’t available. How do you keep on top of your account. #awfulservice #neveragain

    @O2 any chance of some support for my daughter after her phone was stolen? The level of support @Ofcom so far, has been absolutely abysmal. It would be good to find someone who actually cares!

    @wheat_daddy @O2 @O2 signal very poor down in Salisbury also, drains phone battery. Looking at changing which is again a shame, have been with you for years.
