    @O2 hi. can you tell your call centres that 24 calls to my number is getting silly. Each time i tell them i don’t want to talk as i’m happy with service & don’t call again. But they do. Please sort it out thanks

    Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    @O2 I appreciate the swift response. However, my experience of your network is that I don’t get 5G more than I do. I have been with BT Cellnet->O2 since my first mobile (save for a few months when I had to use my employer’s preferred network), I shall be moving at the earliest chance

    @O2 @ad_moran4 If you want a signal stick with EE! Sick of not being able to access apps on my phone, you know for critical things like charging my car or transferring money between accounts so I can pay for items! O2 are an absolute joke!

    @O2 myself and my husband had to walk out of your Trafford Centre Manchester store today after the worst customer service, contracts paid out. Wanted to renew 2 of our 3 contracts but the service was so bad we left 😳

    @O2 can you help? I’ve tried a few times to swap my SIM card from o2 to virgin Megvolt deal and it’s so complicated. I’ve followed the instructions and called a few times but now it’s locked me out for 30 mins! Help!

    @O2 You’ve just lost a customer of 7 years. I’ve had no mobile data for nearly 5 days and was told I’d need to wait up to 7 working days just for someone to investigate it. Really disappointing customer service and unreliable coverage.

    @O2 please can you DM me or explain why I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for my online account to be unlocked ? I’ve only called 3 times to fix and each time promised it’ll be fixed within a couple of days
