@Sanhall74 @O2 I paid a debt to 02 a year ago and 02 still hasn't update it on the credit file. Am trying to apply for a Mortgage but the Mortgage companies think I'm in debt with 02. Companies usually update paid off debt but 02 hasn't. Been trying to email them but its been poor response.
