Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

@O2 I'm so sick of having bad signal either Internet or phone signal it's so bad! I pay nearly £60 a month & can't use my phone properly because of the weak connection! I've got in touch with o2 a few times & they say the problem has been fixed yet it is still happening!!

@O2 The My O2 support facility closes in 1 minute. By morning I'll have been without service for 14hrs, with one tweet reply as acknowledgement and zero actual support. This is not good enough.
