@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

Since you 2 have merged it's the worst to have happened in business. @O2 were very reliable before this but it seems having merged with @virginmedia it's damaged the network coverage and the broadband started off well but is extremely disruptive & drops off constantly.

@Condama66 @O2 @virginmedia 30 mins is an improvement on the 1hr it took before my husband was cut off three times customer service last week - and O2 never even bothered to reply my tweet for assistance over the upgrade handset that he's still not received after a week! :-/
