Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

@O2 The mountain side being in North Africa. Greece, Dublin, Spain and France earlier this year, no connection issues at all. Each time I return to the UK guaranteed full 4/5G with an exclamation point

Cancelled contract with @O2 as service so poor. Was promised to not be charged penalty for leaving early. £56 taken from my account this morning anyway. Terrible company.

@O2 - received account recovery code but nowhere on your website to enter it = #fail 2 x 20 mins in call q, both calls then cut off = 2 x #fails 3rd call cut off during security checks = another #fail is there a simple way contact you?

@O2 Hi, I have issues throughout the UK. Usually have a full 4G connection with a little exclamation point over my signal graphic. Absolutely zero issues outside of the UK though. As you can see from my initial tweet, I was on a mountain side with a full 4G signal with no issues.

@O2 seriously need to sort your service out. Pay a fortune and nebr works says I have 4g when I clearly don't not like I'm in the middle of nowhere been with you 20+ years 4 phones looks like I'll be looking to someone who can provide what I actually pay for no 4g never mind 5g
