    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

    @DavidDarnes @spences10 @O2 Service texts such as that should be free. Such as when you text to set up a tariff or get network settings.

    Appalling customer service from @O2 - disappointed but not surprised😠 I have rung '202' a total of 40+ times this week and continuously receive the same automated "sorry our phone lines are busy" message without even giving me the option to hold on the line - useless!!!

    I appreciate this is very *first world problems* but I ordered an Apple Watch with @O2 which was meant to be ready for pick up on the 10th and it's still not ready? It said "In Stock" when I ordered (on the 8th). Wouldn't have bought from them had I known I'd be waiting this long

    @O2 tried calling for the last three days! Nightmare. Keep getting cut off and your online help does not answer my questions. Been with you for years and now porting a 2ndnumber - need to know when this will happen and also how I get my 20% discount as I’ve text using temp no.

    @O2 Please could you help me? My Mum’s phone isn’t working, she can’t call out or use her 4G. Bill is up-to-date. I have tried phoning a numerous of times and I can’t even get through to someone about this. I’ve tried doing all the usual stuff, but none of it has worked. Jessica.
