    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

    @O2 hi. can you tell your call centres that 24 calls to my number is getting silly. Each time i tell them i don’t want to talk as i’m happy with service & don’t call again. But they do. Please sort it out thanks

    We’ve tried absolutely everything to buy two tickets for the opening night of @ArianaGrande in London. We’ve even contacted the @O2 to ask about accessible seating, as my girlfriend have a disability and the Nimbus Card, but we haven’t been able to get any help or clear guidance

    @O2 Your customer service is atrocious. My phone is broken and i have said so several times and yet I still keep getting pointed to the mobile app. I just need to change my address so I can get my new phone sent to the right address

    @O2 hi I cannot use priority app. It doesn't login. Says there's a problem. I tried switching network and I uninstalled the app. Still doesn't work.

    Every other week @O2 tells me they’re improving the network in my area and every time it mysteriously gets worse. Weird
