@O2 Been trying your chat for 3 days now, just says it busy. Also ringing customer services for 3 days, just can't get through. I'm a new customer who has just joined and believe me I am not impressed. Been on the phone since 5pm, on phone as I'm typing

@O2 I saw a Black Friday offer (£20 fee and then £30 a month for 20GB) seemed very good, £20 was taken from my PayPal account instantly, then I had to sign a direct debit mandate where the amount was suddenly £47 a month but said with discount would go down to £30. So signed that

@O2 why is your customer service so useless? I've been trying to return a phone for weeks, can't manage to get through without getting hung up on or disconnected. Went in to the store and the EMPLOYEE LINE is on gold for an hour and then gets hung up on.

@O2 I think it’s very good that you have customer satisfaction surveys but I have no idea what this means … Thinking about Nangamso how satisfied are you that they were friendly and helpful? On a scale of 5 (Very Satisfied) to 1 (Very Dissatisfied)

@O2 You could have easily told me on the outset that you have a bad customer care, low staff levels and one staff for thousand customers, so I wouldn't buy your service, I couod have bought someone else's network
