    @O2 hi. can you tell your call centres that 24 calls to my number is getting silly. Each time i tell them i don’t want to talk as i’m happy with service & don’t call again. But they do. Please sort it out thanks

    Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    @O2 Yeah they can’t either and the venue don’t answer their accessibility lines or emails at all which is what is needed and stated in their accessibility info to actually have the chance to get tickets. Awful, but thanks anyway

    @O2 I am having a lot of trouble getting into my account and im using my correct login email and I going round in circles. I have verified my email and then nothing happens. I was logged in until Virgin media joined.
