    @O2 I’ve done the online service checker, it says there’s a problem but nothings changed in over a week. Not good enough! Should of gone with a cheaper provider

    @O2 But why haven't u told me this??? How long does it take to arrange a callback 8 days since I emailed complaint review 10 days since I raised the complaint originally do I need to go directly to the CEO

    @O2 is there an issue with the Priority app? I’ve been logged out and not able to log back in. Keep going in circles asking for mobile number and unique code

    @O2 hi, I don’t seem to have any data left (no idea how as there’s no way I’ve used it all up) but never received a text to say it was running/had ran out, and when I go on the app to check my data it says “we can’t display your usage” ?

    @O2 Thanks. I followed all the instructions and still have problems connecting to WiFi Extra. When I try to connect to O2 through to the Virgin Media service I’m told my mobile number isn’t registered with O2 WiFi. Which it is. Any ideas?

    @O2 Unbelievable terrible service yet again from o2!!! Ordered an Apple Ultra watch, the first went missing by @dhlexpressuk surprise!Apparently @O2 don’t have managers you can speak to, is there anyone in this organisation who can actually resolve an issue ? #shockingservice
