@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

@O2 I've been on hold twice now to your customer service each time for at least 15 minutes then to be put through to your repairs team and be cut off. All I want is for someone to collect a faulty phone, so frustrating!!
