    @O2 hi. can you tell your call centres that 24 calls to my number is getting silly. Each time i tell them i don’t want to talk as i’m happy with service & don’t call again. But they do. Please sort it out thanks

    Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    @O2 All credit checks are completed by the network rather than ourselves. They consider a number of different factors and take these all into account when running the credit check. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to provide any specific reasons. Their reply?

    @O2 Not sure, I haven’t been connecting so far so haven’t needed to get off or leave stations, but certainly as we’ve passed through even city centres my signal has still been extremely poor and I travelled this exact same route 3 days ago with no service issues

    £108.96 a month to @O2 is crippling me and half the time I don’t have signal and don’t use half their services 😳😳 might be time to pay off and leave and look for a better deal elsewhere
