@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

@O2 hi. can you tell your call centres that 24 calls to my number is getting silly. Each time i tell them i don’t want to talk as i’m happy with service & don’t call again. But they do. Please sort it out thanks

Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

@virginmedia @O2 @wizkidayo Shame your customer service is so appalling. Charging cancellation fees when people move into a property outside of your network? Wow, seems like you need to improve your network coverage to 100% of the country or you need to review your policy of trying to rob poor families!

@O2 I've sent them an email but have also sent further emails to add to my complaint via O2 complaints email. I've received a letter saying that I have made a voluntary payment towards my contract which I have never agreed to. This needs fixing now and my phone needs to be returned

@O2 Thanks for coming back so promptly. I’ve already checked the status checker but it says I should be fine. I’ve registered a problem with them now but any help would be appreciated. There are two of us working from home currently.
