@O2 lived in st albans over a yesr now and still the "tower" hasn't been fixed and we constantly have no or crap signal. We will not be renewing contract. Ridiculous

@O2 When I click to to solve the problem it will work , every time I log from a desktop same message then I was into my account I can see my account and with everything but I cannot login from my mobile it says username and password are wrong

@O2 Just completed an upgraded and system crashed on last part, no detail how to contact you to complete upgrade & no response to DM customer of 15yrs where are you & were is your cs if you want people to upgrade at least be there to help if something goes wrong

@O2 I’ve been trying to reach you all day to upgrade but sit in a queue for 30 minutes. If you are unable to provide customer service today then give everyone a day off and open the lines when you have enough people on!
