    Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    @O2 @TicketmasterUK as plenty others are saying , the presale process is a **** show. 8:45 to join waiting room - error , get in and 45k ahead of me , wait 50mins to get through then the pages doesn’t open and end up back in a queue with 46k ahead. Charge top money , poor service

    Looks like it's adios to @O2 after 17 years of being a loyal customer. Cost of living is hitting us all and im not tolerating pure corporate greed. Looks like @tescomobile will be getting my business for a while.

    @O2 @AXS_UK @TheO2 when you go to enter a waiting room for Westlife at the O2, it takes you to the generic AXS site. Think there's issues on your end.

    @james_jevons @O2 OMG. Spent over 40 mins to be told I had to pay early termination charges. Refused that and was left on hold for an age, came back and told I would be disconnected straight away. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Only cemented the fact I will be leaving. What a disgrace!

    Been trying to sort a problem with @O2 for over a week. Don't touch them with a barge pole. 1 hour wait on their helpline & online support waste of time all to fix their mistake

    @O2 Is there a way to cancel an “application” that I was putting in speculatively? I’m already an o2 customer but this sim was cheaper (for similar data).
