    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

    @O2 hi. can you tell your call centres that 24 calls to my number is getting silly. Each time i tell them i don’t want to talk as i’m happy with service & don’t call again. But they do. Please sort it out thanks

    How I wish what happened yesterday had never happened. My arm hurts so much, even though I’m so happy to see Ariana; my back hurts, my feet hurt, my whole body hurts because of the sick people who did this to me.     I never had issue with @o2 until they merged with virgin media. Now I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. You try and use the website, pages don’t load. Information isn’t available. How do you keep on top of your account. #awfulservice #neveragain

    @wheat_daddy @agricontract @O2 Go anywhere in the world and the signals on mobiles is never an issue, come back to blighty and you may aswell throw your phone in the nearest skip bin. It's a massive scam where you're obliged to pay a fortune for a service that doesn't work..it's not just 02 it's all of them.

    Sick of having NO signal via @Tescomobile and @O2 when friends on other networks have no issue 😡 #tescomobile May have to buy my way out of this contract at this rate. Any recommendations?

    Just rang @O2 to see if they are aware of the problem with their app/website when people are trying to pay. The advisor didn't seem to know & sounded reluctant to ask her colleagues if they knew. I suggested asking her colleagues who are on @o2 but she said they were busy.

    @O2 why aren't you offering compensation for customers going up to 8 days without being able to stream anything properly on mobile Internet and everything really slow. Thank you for £25 off my £25 bill but this is getting ridiculous now. Ì've until recently paid £60pm for years
