@O2 just went To go into a coffee Nero in Altrincham, staff were inside so shop looked open, pressed the app but went to the front door and it was closed temporarily. No I have lost use of the free coffee. Can you help with him please

@virginmedia @O2 @Ofcom I am unable to get the advertised speed boost via volt as the virgin v4 hub is oos and being held for new customers. They have told me there is limited availability, however as a loyal customer it seems I am not entitled to it. This needs looked into.

@O2 Joined O2, had terrible network and internet connectivity. No incoming messages. Wanted to leave but no PAC code sent due to no incoming messages. Finally managed to get PAC code through email and left o2. Now i have early termination charges due to incorrect account closure

I feel robbed!!! Walked into #caffenero to relax with a nice flat white, opened up my @O2 Priority app…….a sign on the counter saying “network troubles, unable to accept O2 priority”. Arrggghhh, I’ve already activated my voucher!!!!! 😩😩😩 Any worse feeling than that???
