Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

@racj25 @O2 @Robinwindsor Or be famous with lots of followers! I've been a customer since they were BT cellnet and never got one! Guess you have to crawl to them on hand and knees and tell them how wonderful they are before you're considered!
