    @O2 hi. can you tell your call centres that 24 calls to my number is getting silly. Each time i tell them i don’t want to talk as i’m happy with service & don’t call again. But they do. Please sort it out thanks

    Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    Imagine having a broken payment system that doesn’t allow people to pay bills (send login email, then it loops, that really really ******* annoys me!), and then having an automated payment line that closes at night! @O2 is a ******* joke! An hour of this bullshit!!!

    @O2 your app has been absolute garbage since the @virginmedia account integration, it’s a nightmare to login and payment options consistently fail to work, I’ve been a customer for many years but it’s this kind of nonsense that makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

    @O2 Finally got it sorted. You guys need to fix your payment system, the email verification for login doesn’t work properly and when login finally works it automatically attempts to take payment on whatever wallet shows then fails. Then login has to be attempted again. And fails.

    @TheO2 @O2 Any particular reason why accessible tickets were impossible to get for any Olivia Rodrigo date? Why the emails get no response? Why the phone number doesn’t work? Do not get me started on the online system. I’ve never had so many issues before! What is going on?!
