    @O2 hi. can you tell your call centres that 24 calls to my number is getting silly. Each time i tell them i don’t want to talk as i’m happy with service & don’t call again. But they do. Please sort it out thanks

    Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    @O2 how can I cancel my contact with you. Basically you lied about the phone I have and the problems it's having. That you totally know about but still sell the phone with it's problems. And no 50% off my bill next does jack to solve the problems

    Hello @O2 it’s taken a week for my SIM to activate from delivery. I can’t get through to anyone on Live Chat, it just says you’re busy. Supplied PAC and no notification when I’ll be switched over. First bill has been received, but no service as of yet. Please can you help?

    I see @o2 has their fantastic network operations today. This mornings speed test zero Mbs. And I get charged for this service and guess what. That bill delivery never fails and is always on time

    oppo said to me that there is hopefully a patch coming out to sort the problem with the constant repeated text messages and data problems. Because I have been in touch with @oppo and @O2 telling them the problems. Can I leave @O2 and cancel my contact.

    @O2 currently running a poll in my town with regards to your network and I've now established that every single o2 customer has serious issues on your network now while others are on 5g here now o2 can't even give us 4g!!!! Hike our bills up but do not improve the service we get!

    @O2 Day 113 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    Bought a new phone with a new contract over a week ago with @O2 . Over 5 hours on the phone to them this week trying to keep my same number and start the new contract and I'm still not sorted. Now being told to wait 3-5 working days for a solution... losing patience VERY quickly
