Wow @O2. Just called to discuss the price increase and the person on the line had a very strong accent which I was struggling to understand. I asked if there was someone else I could speak to and they said they would transfer me and then hung up. Great customer service.

I see @O2 have decided not only to implement their 3.4% increase but have also decided to implement 13.4% on top . WoW extortionate or what? Can someone please explain why? Before I look to swap network
