@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

@O2 hi. can you tell your call centres that 24 calls to my number is getting silly. Each time i tell them i don’t want to talk as i’m happy with service & don’t call again. But they do. Please sort it out thanks

Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

@O2 I’m getting 5G signal TS25 1RN all over, but stuck on slow band 20 (800mhz) slow speeds. Coverage map doesn’t say it’s available, tried all your tips, no avail. Seems like backhaul needs putting in to work? 5G been visible all week.

@O2 Terrific customer service today in the O2 shop at the Trafford Centre. Donna helped this old luddite update his contract with you. She was brilliant. So many people only comment on customer service when they've had a bad experience. I wanted to let you know about this.👍
