    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

    @O2 very disappointed ive been a loyal customer with 02 for over 15 years, and I cannot upgrade unless I pay £86, there was a deal where this was being waived but it ended yesterday...o2 have lost a loyal customer today

    So, I moved to @O2 in March. Since then I’ve been added to their priority marketing list without opting in, told it’ll take a month to remove me, and received more robocalls, spam calls and texts in three months than I did in years with previous provider. What customer service…

    @virginmedia your mobile service is shocking, was bad enough when you used @EE but now it's on @O2 it's even worse. Hardly ever have Internet connection..basically paying my bill for nothing. Sort it out😤

    So @O2 have cut me off completely even after agreeing to a payment date. I’ve asked on the app chat and I’ve as yet had no reply. Why agree a date and still cut my services off and stop my extras? I can’t get any calls or texts, the mast in may area has been broken since may 17th
