@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

Wow, setting up a @O2 sim-only contract for my Mother In Law and I'm reminded why I left them - absolutely shocking customer service. Taken me over an hour to sort the most basic of queries. Such a shame that they've gone so far downhill! #customerservicefail

@O2 customer service is shambolic. Recently joined o2 and trying to give the pac code over as joining from EE. Been trying for the past 10 days and no further forward. On hold for half an hour then the phone line goes dead.

@O2 Hi could someone help me please my SIM card has broken so I’ve gone into the store today and they have given me a re placement one to activate on my 02 account however when I’m going online it’s asking to send my mobile number an activation code to go through with the new sim
