Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

@O2 @lewwyle According to @MartinSLewis Internet and phone providers are not allowed to put you into debt with their increases, so you can legally cancel by telling them!

Oh well, looks like I’ll be leaving @EE when my contract is up, after 15 years + of loyal service and lots of money spent they have just informed me my bill is going up 14.4%… absolutely shocking. Time to shop around @VodafoneUK @O2 any others??

@O2 Still waiting for my new phone to be delivered. @dhlexpressuk saying it was delivered by their courier last Friday to my neighbour's house. This didn't happen!!!! 5 days of chasing and no one can give me an answer. Absolutely disgraceful service!!!!!

@O2 even if the quality of your network rose with the same percentage as your prices each year, o2 still wouldn't be a good value network to be a customer of. I cannot wait to be out of contract so I can switch to another provider.
