    Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

    @O2 wow, as a new customer, your service is appalling already. i've called your phone line (can't get through) your FAQs are no help at all and i can't do an online chat as everyone is busy.

    @O2 My dad died in October and I informed you a week later. Why are we getting default letters (addressed to him) for £8? This is very upsetting and we can’t get through on the phone to anyone who can help
