    Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

    @getnorthern @O2 I’ve had these calls a few times. Each time I tell them they’re welcome to reduce my bill by the 40% they offer. They already have my customer details as they’re apparently O2, so just reduce bill for me. They hang up!

    @O2 @CeliaT53196321 @virginmedia I signed up for your broadband a few months ago and your hub has caused me nothing but problems. It takes about 30 minutes à day to connect to devices. Can I exchange it for a working hub?

    @getnorthern @O2 I had similar call several weeks ago as did a friend who deliberately kept giving wrong code until they gave up! Just hang up offers too good to be true are too good to be true!
