    Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

    @O2 you said everyone should be connected at Xmas, I’ve had no service since Friday. I requested a 5G sim for my new phone and explicitly said I’ll activate it once I get it, as I’m currently using my older phone. Still haven’t received my new sim and no service since Friday.

    @ThreeUK is the worst network I've had the misfortune of being conned into using!Their coverage claims are a complete joke 2 the point it's affecting my business. & 2 top it off customer service seems to think I'm lying about the severity of the issue! Wish I'd never left @O2
