    Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

    @O2 4 times I've tried to log in to my O2 a/c. It sends me a verify link, fair enough, I verify, it says go back and sign in. I do. It says we're sending a verify link FOUR TIMES!!!!!

    @O2 missing item in order. Live chat 20 mins for them to tell me to call 202. 202 says to speak to live chat!! . Too much of my life wasted on your mistake. I want my missing item. Sort this out pls O2. Poor Customer Service. Wish I didn't renew with you now.

    @O2 @fredbloggsjr That's not the point your customers are raising again and again though is it. We shouldn't have to get in touch with you every 18 months to haggle you down closer to an inflationary rise level. Read the room and change your ethos and policy.

    @O2 Yes i checked it, that's how i know how much data it says i have left. I have 6gb per month on my contract, most months i don't use half, yet i've used 80% in 3 days? Fix it please. Fix it now
