    Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

    @DavidDarnes @spences10 @O2 Service texts such as that should be free. Such as when you text to set up a tariff or get network settings.

    @O2 again just a bag of **** 😡😡😡 not getting signal 70% of the time now and it’s not my phone and I don’t need to turn my phone on and off like they’ve said … it’s getting ridiculous now data’s absolutely poor and call signal even worse SORT IT OUT!!!!!

    @O2 I’m gonna be contacting the complainants department later as your neglect has gone on long enough it doesn’t take a few days to respond to emails and as I have to talk in public areas on private stuff then O2 is breaking the contract on customers right for a good service

    @stephstwogirls @O2 I moved over to Sky mobile 2 years ago. Faultless, can share data and keep it if you don’t use it. We live in a known crappy area for mobile coverage and it’s permanently 4G and no issues so I’m pretty impressed Previously I’d been with Vodafone, but was disappointed many times

    @O2 I want to amend my redeemed extra to something else, but tbh, not sure I’ll bother as If I want to end, change that I don’t trust you will be contactable to do this. Feedback - telephone service - 5/6 options, maybe and then wait in the queue to get answered - not just cut off

    @O2 I moved last week. Provided a PAC. No changeover. Now has taken an hour to connect to customer services who have now disconnected. I’m going to cancel and go back to @ThreeUK

    @O2 @O2 does a customer still have to pay for a contract they bought for a friend or family member even if they are deceased but the contract isn’t in the friend or family member’s name? It’s only if it’s the account holder?

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband connection to hub broken again. RH10. @O2 4g network overloaded. Trying to work from home by dropping mobile hotspot to 3g does the job for now.
