Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

@O2 . Terrible customer service . Both accounts blocked and delivery stopped for no reason . Unable to work and kids home schooling unable to use there internet . Thinking of using @02 think again . Time to change to a different service provider .

@patrickcoyle09 @HarleyShah What the f*ck @O2 i pay nearly 50 quid a month for only 15gb!! And I've been a customer for nearly 20 years!!! Talk about rewarding loyalty!! Ffs. I'm defo paying this phone off nxt month n then I'm switching! 😡
