    Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

    @DavidDarnes @spences10 @O2 Service texts such as that should be free. Such as when you text to set up a tariff or get network settings.

    @O2 I literally have no signal anywhere I go. My fiancée who is with EE, has 5/4G all the time whilst my Fold 3 never does. I'm paying for a service which I'm not receiving!

    @O2 I have asked to speak to a manager and been told 48 hours. Please look in to the service provided by ‘Rushpa’ today (she refused to give me a full name) and please sort out my account as my log in is still using the wrong email.

    @O2 I've just noticed that my data usage has disappeared from the top of the app. If I click (say) minutes instead, there is a tab for data, which is reporting zero usage. Are u aware there is a problem?
