@jennifer268716 @O2 Amazing how the sales customer service guys can do callbacks, but when you need to resolve an issue with a manager it takes them days to ring you back! Currently on day 5….once they have your money comes to mind…..

@O2 you are the worst company ever! Moved to you as a customer 3 weeks ago and the signal is so bad I can’t make a functional call. Tied chat, divert you to website. Website diverts you to chat and round you go in a circle. No one answers the phone. Absolute disgrace

@HubNutVids Are you with @O2 by any chance? I’ve been told by them that I have to put up with their poor service until they manage to get round (on an unspecified date/year/century) to increase the bandwidth to allow more than a handful of people to use the network at the same time.
