    @O2 I left 02 two weeks getting my old iPhone unlocked to give to grandson seems impossible almost like they don’t want to help me now. round and round in circles I’m going getting nowhere

    @O2 Customer Service in 2021 is as bad for sensory deprived people as 1971. They no longer respond to emails but send a link, which goes nowhere. The 'live chat is automated & can't understand the word 'disabled' when applied to a human. Their CS here ask for info, no response!

    @O2 Yep, but no one has at any stage explained how same quote was given numerous times and not picked up until the last minute.Also no alternative offered, only contact has been by O2 sales with a "new deal"!! Just awful customer service. Dissappointing at best.

    @O2 your customer service teams are a joke. Cancelled my order on Friday; been told today it wasn’t cancelled and I have to pay for the weekends usage? Absolute disgrace. Thank god I’m leaving

    @O2 saying all is OK when I check on your checker but I'm stuck on emergency calls only, can't make calls, texts etc can you please look into this and report. My father is on tesco and his is the same. Please acknowledge my tweet!!
