@O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

@O2 Tickets have been bought by others and selling for well over £300. You should have stopped all ticket sales until the issue was sorted! So unprofessional. Not fair on everyone else!
