Not impressed with @O2 customer services at all. On hold for well over 20 minutes, switched between 4 different depts and each contradicting each other with information regarding my enquiry. Gave up in the end as they just wouldn’t listen

Hi @O2 - trying to log into my O2 account app and cannot get past the virgin media/O2 verification -why can't I just log in as normal!?! Have now done the same thing 8 or more times yet still can't log in!?! Is it broken?

@O2 @VirginMediaO2 Why can't I log on anymore since you "Joined up" absolutely useless Same "Log on issues" ...Set this up ...Set that up, Confirm it's you.... Nothing works. Im Not happy with O2 or Virgin locked out of my accounts, think I will close all 3 and go elsewhere.

Help! @O2 why can I not log into my account? Why are you sending me sms verification codes to a number that’s not mine? I can’t log in and am not receiving any sms not just the verification sms.
