@O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

@O2 Been trying since 9.30 and have not got onto the priority website or app once. This is really poor from @02 as there’s no queuing mechanism as used elsewhere. No chance of first come first served.
