    @O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

    @O2 The login screen at Toby carvery WiFi (run by o2, I think) did have a pre-ticked box asking if I wanted to receive updates. I had to get them in 2023 to remove my email from the marketing dbase. I guess ember may have similar arrangement. Toby, harvester and Ember are all m&b.

    @O2 1 email from O2 in this time with a 10 minute window to respond, I have no network I did not receive the email in time to respond. I am now paying for a service I cannot use and a phone nobody can ring me on! Can somebody please escalate this and resolve it quickly?

    @O2 ******* joke, someone's stole my number and charging to my mobile account, nothing you'll do to support. Fraud takes 1-5working days to even acknowledge. Been without service for 4 days, support chat can't even tell me what's going or return my number. Absolute sham service!

    So @O2 how can it be that four separate iPhones (all different models) all experience the same issues with slow/poor 4/5G data service BUT when raised via the service checker there are no network issues according to you? #HikingPricesLoweringService

    @O2 changed my tariff and your phone network seems to be constantly on 3g very slow and rubbish. Mo idea where 4g gone let alone the 5g 🤬🤬

    @O2 you don’t answer the phone & the ‘live chat’ does not cater for finding out why you are repeatedly phoning my son or how I stop the same number leaving me dozens of voicemail messages per day. I can only block numbers calling me, not stop them leaving voicemails. Help.

    @O2 are the most backward shower I've ever had the displeasure of hearing 1 side of a phone call!! Wife has Literally sat 2 hours wanting to make a payment that they wont accept because the account holder isn't present.. Horrendous customer service
