    @O2 I have called 4 times but my issue has not been resolved. I was told a manager would call today but never did. O2 have been charging me twice for one item for over two years. (Advisor says it’s a duplicate) I have been asking for it refunded which I have not received.

    @O2 not getting any text messages and all the staff in your shop have said is that it’s a hardware issue and no way to sort. Why am I paying my bill for half a service?

    I absolutely hate complaining but honestly. She claimed to have worked there for years yet didn’t know how to escalate a call / how to check how long a service issue had been ongoing / how to check my local service status 😬🙄 @O2

    @Carlstretton @O2 Good luck. I waited now 23 days and no further in getting mine sorted. I ended up getting a sim with another network and just starting again because I can't be arsed with the battle anymore. Horrendous. I had my old number ages too
