    @O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

    @O2 I left 02 two weeks getting my old iPhone unlocked to give to grandson seems impossible almost like they don’t want to help me now. round and round in circles I’m going getting nowhere

    The worst experience from @O2 of my life. Can’t receive calls or texts after port last week. No one able to resolve after phoning every day. Can’t even leave to go back to EE as pac codes can only be texted (which I’m not receiving). Feel trapped and no one taking ownership:(

    Piss take - on phone to @O2 to complain about signal dropping and calls cutting out - kept on hold for 40 minutes and call cuts out 30 seconds after speaking with an agent #timetocancel me thinks 😞

    @_Brian_Hunter @O2 Good luck Brian, O2 are by a long way the worst mobile phone operator I have ever used. I finally got rid after they tried to charge me £900 for a phone I had neither ordered or received, even in this situation it took 3 months to sort out.

    Anyone having issues with @O2 recently? My network is showing at E Edge and has been for a few days. Tried switching off and on again and it will go to 4G for a bit then back to Edge.
