    @O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

    @o2 you have left me no choice but to raise the fact you have not paid my refund or fixed the issue, the refund is for, to the ombudsman! You've had enough chances but fail at every step ffs. **** company and **** staff! #evidenceforombudsman

    @O2 please tell me why all 3 of our phones have had no signal whatsoever for days now. I’ve tried online chat. They asked if I’d like to look at new deals! Why would we look at new deals when we can’t even get the service we’re paying for?!

    @O2 I spent hours on live chat with you yesterday to sort an issue out, I thought it was finally resolved but the email I got confirming has all the wrong information in it. I’m getting so incredibly tired of spending 3 hours at a time waiting to speak to someone. Please help.
