    Saturday: 16:08 @o2 text to tell me their network is working fine Sunday: 11:55 @o2 email me to tell me that a local mast has a problem. Like it seems to most of the time

    @Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.

    @BenInRushcliffe I used o2 switch up the other month. The phone got lost in the post, they tried to charge me £900. Several phone calls and its still on going @O2 customer service is based abroad and it's terrible

    @O2 - trying to process an upgrade - 02 app keeps telling me to.. Won’t add new Pixel to basket, call Cust Servs..they can’t process..Raise a support ticket..nothing. Cust Servs tell me to visit store.. Store can’t process.. I feel Im being De-Mobiled’ - Is that a thing now?

    @FHawksworth @O2 I know what you mean, these consultations can go either way, depending on who you get. And I have had weird issues with Vodafone and EE not connecting, no idea why, some calls go straight to voicemail despite the phone being charged and in range. Technology inconsistency sucks!
