@O2 you have the worst customer experience EVER! I try to open a sim only contract for 10 pounds and you keep on decline my contract. My credit score is 999 out of 999 and my salary above 55K a year. How come?

@O2 the qr code wasn’t accepted in the Greggs I went to as apparently their system was down. By the time I get to the next nearest Greggs the code is going to run out. Can you send or reset my code please?

@O2 Shocking service for last 2 months. Your ‘advisor’ said there was nothing up however, my local shop says different, say you’re working on masts over the north west. Just been into the Apple Store to make sure it wasn’t my phone and they said they have been inundated with o2 fault

@O2 when you can get a signal at home or at work so you have no use your work EE phone to hotspot to tweet your network provider 😡😡. Been weeks now. £30odd pound a month not be able to use a phone is very expensive

@O2 why sell people a 2-3 year contract plan for Apple watches and then say that the device is only under warranty for 12 months. If it then stops working properly it’s our problem you then charge to fix it yet are still charging for the device!
