    @O2 hi, I just purchased a new phone and contract with AO Mobil phones direct, but it’s coming up saying ‘network declined’ and telling me to contact yourselves. I’m changing over from three as I currently get no signal, but now I’m really confused :( please can I speak to you?

    @O2 Day 107 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
