    Saturday: 16:08 @o2 text to tell me their network is working fine Sunday: 11:55 @o2 email me to tell me that a local mast has a problem. Like it seems to most of the time

    Now on day six of @o2 and @virginmedia not being able to correct their own mistake. Simply terrible service all around. If you are attracted by the adverts for their Volt benefits...just don't. Shambles of a setup.

    @SDCForeverMe @O2 @Ofcom I have the same issue. Mast had been down for almost 2 months. I have a 13 week old baby and am unable to call or text! Horrendous service

    Called @O2 yesterday to report@the problems I’m having, so they’ve sent me a new sim. Didn’t tell me they’d be turning my current one off in the meantime. So now I’m absolutely screwed until the replacement arrives. Being on O2 has been and absolute disaster 🤬🤬🤬

    Between @SkyHelpTeam broadband being out and @O2 to refusing to acknowledge a problem in my area, today will be mostly spent not being able to work and having to catch up over the weekend.

    @emmajanerose37 @O2 Same for me…just cuts off. Tried doing the 1750 thing, that also cuts off 🙄 Appears to be an issue for many. What do we do about this O2??

    @O2 after three requests to cancel my contract (within the 14 day 'change-your-mind-period') why have you still not done it? Only 6 days until I am locked in 😒

    @O2 Of course. What shall I tell my customers and colleagues who can’t reach me on my phone as I work from home? That I am unable to provide them with a fault free service? Been with you many years but this is probably the last. It’s a very poor response
