    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    Dear @O2 - is this a novel idea to get people to upgrade early !? Make them so frustrated by speaking to your hopeless automated service that they smash their phone and need a new one !!??

    @O2 Had no phone or data service where I live for over a week now. The website just says a mast was taken down and a new one will be up “soon”. My phone is useless as is my wife’s. I work from home and have had to buy a PAYG sim on another network. How soon will it be sorted?

    @O2 ordered an upgrade on Monday and it still hasn’t arrived!! Been told that the parcel has been lost but haven’t had any updates about where it is or what your doing to help find it

    @DJDaymos @O2 I know it’s not the SIM (which they did initially try to fob me off with) because my wife and also our next door neighbours are also on O2 and same issue. We don’t have a landline so we’re stuck.

    @O2 I decided to check my phone thinking it had a problem but it wasn’t since other sims worked . Got another 02 sim which worked for two weeks then stoppped working. The hell is going . Also I have been charged for calls on my sim and the number stopped working 4 months ago.

    @O2 switched numbers to a new phone and sim yesterday but now neither phone has data or phone signal...so I can’t call you... (it’s been longer than 24 hours)

    Hello @O2. I have called you three times to ask you to turn off my voicemail; each time you fail to do so. Your recordings say I can't do it myself. Why do you make this so difficult? Regretting my move to O2 to save a couple of Pounds now - EE made things easier. Can you help?
