Sarah Harbour (@LwtEmmaBird) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Well that's several different networks at fault for our house then 🙄. Also don't get reception in our local Sainsbury's but that has a metal roof - I doubt that's anything to do with the network.
-
MJ Palmer - Mr Gay England 2021 Finalist (@MJPalmer84) reported from Cambridgeshire, EnglandMy @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

Sarah Harbour (@LwtEmmaBird) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Some buildings do have poor reception though. Our house is bad, and we used to have to hang out of a window to get reception. We've recently set it up to use the house WiFi though (on Android) but might depend what handset you have whether it will let you do that.

-
Fiona Coad (@CoadFiona) reported@O2 over 20 years a business customer. You have billed us £2k for calls made whilst in Mexico because we didn’t have a bolt on. This should flag up on client account and you should contact clients to make them aware, not just profit from their error. No client loyalty.
-
Deano... (@Frugal_ways) reported@benjaminlfc @O2 @virginmedia It's always the private browser software they fail on. Always states, "Access denied to this page" yet the options button asks me if, "I want to log out?" Funny that...
-
フェイス 🐲 (@faceyboi) reportedEvery other week @O2 tells me they’re improving the network in my area and every time it mysteriously gets worse. Weird
-
Harry Craig (@HarryMCraig) reported@O2 I haven’t had a single bit of mobile phone signal for the entirety of my journey from central London to Berkshire today, or indeed for the whole of this week. What is going on???
-
Jon Thompson (@JohnnyFocal) reported@O2 Well, literally, I don't have any data throughput virtually nowhere around the whole of central London, around Soho, Covent Garden, Bloomsbury, King's Cross. And it's not my iPhone and it's not the settings, because I have three iPhones, all with different services from Vodafone, EE, 3, and yourself. Oh, and also Giffgaff, which is on the same network as yours, but Giffgaff always seems to work. Weird that. So either you've completely throttled my data to zero, which is odd considering I'm on the ultimate package, or the service just doesn't work in central London. See if you can fix it.
-
Shammoz (@Shammoz) reported@missingSanremo @O2 I wouldn';t hold our breath. New sim received 10 days ago, wont activate.. they are next to USELESS and really have Zero customer care. Cancelled it, going to gifgaff.
-
Shammoz (@Shammoz) reported@O2 2 weeks ago I ordered a Rolling Sim only plan from you. Sim arrived 3 days later. Its now day 10 and we cannot make calls or texts because the plan you sold is broken. WHY? Do I need to go to @Ofcom to report you or are you going to fix it? Selling deals you cannot provide.
