Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

@O2 I was upgraded to O2 as part of virgin upgrade which has been a disaster ,I'm currently trying to cancel but now I'm told I need to cancel with O2 seperatly of course now I'm past 14 days of receiving the SIM as it's taken this long to deal with VM pls advise

@O2 Morning. My signal shut off last night. I reported it & you said it was a broken mast. It still doesn’t work today & I’m in central Manchester so there’s no excuse. Please make it work again! I keep getting voicemail notifications but don’t have ability to check them!

@O2 I wouldn’t bother. The signal in my area for internet doesn’t work at all. Put a complaint in but was told by the store they are getting a lot of complaints but they need a lot for the big bosses to actually act on it. As soon as my contract is up I’m leaving :(
