@O2 have been trying to activate the Disney + offer for over 24hrs now. I appreciate you say that lots of people are also trying to activate the offer. However, the my o2 app is now also not working for me. Any idea when either of these issues will be fixed?

@VMO2News @virginmedia @O2 Given that your useless network built on paper cups and string failed during 2020’s lockdowns, no idea why you’d want to draw more attention to your shortcomings and basic inability to provide customer service. Worst ISP in the UK. Absolutely laughable.
