Is anyone else having issues with @O2 #o2 & their data? I’ve apparently used over 12gb in less than 5 days (something I’ve never done in 2 years) and they won’t offer any help or assistance. Is anyone else in a similar position? And it costs £10.50 to add 1GB of data as a BoltOn

@O2 Hah! I penetrated top level security and within 40 minutes on the phone extracted a secret number to dial for help: 2020 which is listed nowhere. On Monday I managed to open a "chat" online but today Wednesday could not get that in hours of trying. It's like O2 hate and avoid me.

@O2 Still not being able to connect calls from Europe to the UK. Tried connecting to other networks, as suggested, not at all possible. Previously, having absolutely rubbish connection despite full network coverage on my phone. This really isn't acceptable & very frustrating!

@O2 I've spent literally hours trying to get a chat with advisor or find a phone number for help. My new phone is dead until you activate my number. Waited 2 days.
