Sarah Harbour (@LwtEmmaBird) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Well that's several different networks at fault for our house then 🙄. Also don't get reception in our local Sainsbury's but that has a metal roof - I doubt that's anything to do with the network.
-
Sarah Harbour (@LwtEmmaBird) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Some buildings do have poor reception though. Our house is bad, and we used to have to hang out of a window to get reception. We've recently set it up to use the house WiFi though (on Android) but might depend what handset you have whether it will let you do that.

-
ᗪᗩᐯE (@Jaxstad) reported@O2 service is shocking and price plans are stupid expensive. Been with you 20 years, time to move on.
-
KevyD (@askthedood) reportedSeems @O2 you’ve broken the fairly ok ish My O2 app as the poorly integrated webpage integration when you go to make a payment, rather than built in as before, isn’t working properly. It doesn’t link multiple accounts to outstanding balance (still) and Apple Pay doesn’t work.
-
Gareth Kirk (@GarethTheNerd) reported@mhewson_MCH @O2 Honestly the networks all own a cheaper brand. O2 - GiffGaff Vodafone - Voxi (or talkmobile) Three - Smarty mobile EE - EE don't own a flanker brand but 1pMobile sort of fills that gap Would recommend any of them over the big names (apart from 1p mobile as I've never tried it)
-
Les Pigg (@LesPiggypics) reported@O2 Just got an email £1 for a Greggs Chicken roll. They are disgusting and Gregg 30 years ago were better than the current food they serve. Plus the network in some area of NE9 are very poor week signals and dose not work underground on the Tyne & Wear Metro system.
-
James Murton (@fatblokejimbo) reported@O2 The new My O2 app is useless on I Phone ! Can’t pay my bill on it - please help ASAP as not getting anywhere.
-
TheCaptain (@andrewpm1) reportedLooking for a new mobile network provider as had enough of @O2 just not working where I want to be. Who actually covers the south of the UK well, particularly the New Forest and Cornwall?
