Our house is bad, and we used to have to hang out of a window to get reception. We've recently set it up to use the house WiFi though (on Android) but might depend what handset you have whether it will let you do that.

Daniel (@d_riley93) reported@O2 Hi, the reason why I ask is because I’m a sky customer & I’ve been having issues with no data signal in the Leeds LS29 area since last March & sky are doing sweet FA about it. As they use your infrastructure the issue is with sky. I’ve taken them to CISAS. Can you provide proof?

iGoHam89 (@igoham1988) reported@O2 I have been locked out of my02 for four months now. I have called o2 numerous times, visited o2 stores, raised complaint and EVERYTIME I get told issue will be resolved in 3-5 days, you will get a call back etc. Its been 4 months. PLEASE HELP
