Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

@O2 Can you tell me if its under warranty because I'm pretty sure it's faulty, the interface is off and now it won't open certain apps including Google search. Could I send it off for repairs incase the issues are fixable?

@O2 trying to pay my accounts via the app ... app will not load anything , same via website , tried on other devices same thing happening , been on to customer services via phone was on hold for a very long time , did speak to someone who was getting everything confused :-(
