    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

    @O2 insurance can **** off, I was honest but yet not good enough, should’ve been sneaky and lied and switched my phone of for a couple days and I would have got it sorted. Shows doesn’t it 🖕🏻🖕🏻 #WontRecommend

    @CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Some buildings do have poor reception though. Our house is bad, and we used to have to hang out of a window to get reception. We've recently set it up to use the house WiFi though (on Android) but might depend what handset you have whether it will let you do that.

    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    @O2 I’ve been a customer for 10 years and honestly given the current financial struggle a lot of us are facing at the moment, I’m so sick of constant O2 Priority Tickets texts. I go to a food bank every week with a baby under 2, I’m not going to any gigs

    @Ofcom Please tell me why mobile phone companies are allowed to be totally inflexible with customers wanting to change payment dates? @O2 have put me in financial detriment due to poor payment options. Cx are set up to fail. So much bad credit with mobiles! #CostOfLivingCrisis

    @O2 About Top up. Can you help? It’s not Deaf friendly. I got SIM card as pay as go. And need top up credit so I used website to top but refused as I don’t have postcode (UK). I have bank account in Northern Ireland but home address in rep of Ireland.
