Are you KIDDING me @O2!? Feb 14th: I order a s21 that was IN STOCK, but I receive an email saying it's out of stock. After a week waiting I cancel the upgrade so I can order a phone that is in stock. (1)

@Apple I recently upgrade my phone with @O2 - probably less than a month ago. However, the phone is very slow to charge! It isn’t the lightening cable as it doesn’t affect my old device in the same way! Can you advise?

@O2 @leawilliamsart Yesterday, I received call from +443302204417 offering 40% discount on current package and i gave them 6 digits code. He said code is not valid then hanged up. By the way i am not an O2 customer. I was O2 customer 4-5 years ago.Will they be able to take over my O2 account?

@O2 You need to make this clearer though. I was told by customer services anyway that once the number is ported you would have lost any credit. My sim card says the last chance to top up was 19th, received the sim only yesterday.

@O2 Hey! I've been having phone calls not arrive in my phone call log and text messages not arriving. One case recently is a phone number called, i never heard/saw it and it's not in my phone log but I have a voice mail from them... (1/2)
