    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    @O2 Ok I signed up yesterday and now I’m getting emails from Disney saying I can’t have two subscriptions but I cannot find a way to manage this on o2 or Amazon. Help !! There’s nothing obvious

    @O2 insurance can **** off, I was honest but yet not good enough, should’ve been sneaky and lied and switched my phone of for a couple days and I would have got it sorted. Shows doesn’t it 🖕🏻🖕🏻 #WontRecommend

    @CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Well that's several different networks at fault for our house then 🙄. Also don't get reception in our local Sainsbury's but that has a metal roof - I doubt that's anything to do with the network.

    My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    @CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Some buildings do have poor reception though. Our house is bad, and we used to have to hang out of a window to get reception. We've recently set it up to use the house WiFi though (on Android) but might depend what handset you have whether it will let you do that.

    @O2 Can you just send me a new sim. I'm in touch with what seems like fake accounts. I don't need to login to my desktop. Just put a sim in the post. Ive already lost a day. It's 07789766581. I've paid you £100s for years. Just sort a brother out. It 8 Stephens Court, 82 Endwell Road London SE4 2DP. This is my l address. You probably have one in Hammersmith or Ealing or Earls Court.     @O2 That’s what it says online but still doesn’t answer my question! For example, I get signal in north London, but never inside the emirates due to the amount of people. The map shows satellite covers that area. Will my phone switch to satellite because it can’t connect to 5G?

    @O2 shocking service from your sales team. Want to move my 4 lines to you, spoke to someone last night who offered me a deal but couldn’t process it due to a system issue. Asked me to call back today, now being told I can only order 1 line and do the others at a later date.

    Upgrading with @O2 pricing is an absolute joke! 20 year customer counts for nothing. They want to lock you in with an already stupid monthly for 36 months and increase every year on top!!
