My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

@CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Some buildings do have poor reception though. Our house is bad, and we used to have to hang out of a window to get reception. We've recently set it up to use the house WiFi though (on Android) but might depend what handset you have whether it will let you do that.

@O2 Interesting to note that according to last year's annual report, @o2 invested around £750m in the network and still managed to rake in profits of £581m. Yet they absolutely need to raise their prices.

@O2 I get that it increases yearly … BUT for 3 weeks I’ve had little to no signal at all and it may not even get fixed until the 6th March 🙄 doesn’t seem fair I’m paying for a service I’m not even able to use !
