Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 insurance can **** off, I was honest but yet not good enough, should’ve been sneaky and lied and switched my phone of for a couple days and I would have got it sorted. Shows doesn’t it 🖕🏻🖕🏻 #WontRecommend

My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

Wow @O2 really with the price increase. That’s phenomenal. I was paying £26pm on another network with my last phone and went for an iPhone with you guys for £29pm, which I thought was a decent deal. This went to £33 last year and not I’m told £39pm… what a joke!!!
-
Mike Langlois
(@Mike_Langlois) reported
You know @O2 are trying to get some good will when they get the CCO to write the price increase email. Doesnt help cushion the blow of a 17.3% increase. I guess they need to maintain their £7bn revenue as of end of September 2022 somehow

@O2 you absolute scumbags will not be renewing my contract with you. first no signal and now an increase of 17.5% try sorting your network and crap customer services.

@moshkinstien @O2 @02 I'll be fair to them, up until now they've been very good, no complaints from me, but this is just ridiculous and there's no justification for it. I'm going to cancel my direct debit next month, and just pay off invoice, without the 13.4% added

Whilst I wait 45 minutes to speak to someone at @O2 I’ll also ask here I got an o2 SIM card when I upgraded my Virgin Media package and now have a separate bill to you monthly But I lost the SIM card and need a new one. I can’t receive a text obviously 🙄 to verify online. Help

Hi @virginmedia, not every customer wants a bloody @O2 SIM with a contract renewal - I don’t care if it would be good for a ‘backup SIM’ as you suggested, I ain’t paying for it.

@O2 putting my phone bill up by THIRTEEN POINT FOUR PERCENT due to inflation is a huge kick in the face to customers. Surely “everything is going up, we know you’re struggling, but we’ll freeze your price this year to help you out” is much better for customer retainment? #O2

@bco268 @O2 Wouldn't mind it so much if the service had improved. For a small country, the amount of black spots and patchy areas is ridiculous whilst posting obscene profits each year.

(or to be more accurate, lack of maintenance) to provide the service that all @O2 users in Smallfield are paying for (and for which @O2 and @MarkEvansO2 have contracted to supply)!!!

I'm so relieved that my @O2 contract is almost up. A 17.3% increase to monthly price plans is daylight robbery. You can't expect loyalty from customers when you treat them so poorly.
