Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 insurance can **** off, I was honest but yet not good enough, should’ve been sneaky and lied and switched my phone of for a couple days and I would have got it sorted. Shows doesn’t it 🖕🏻🖕🏻 #WontRecommend

@O2 the customer service I’ve had from you lot this weekend is SHOCKING made to pay £800 to upgrade my phone to be told by email after paying the replacement is out of stock for 9 weeks, promised 1019725272929 call backs haven’t had 1 (you can check) lied to every call.

@O2 why do different staff from customer services give different / incorrect information? There’s no consistency. I had a 30 day sim, a member of staff in store offered me a 18 month sim - before I accepted, I asked if I could cancel at any time without charge.. he said YES

@O2 No you're OK, you've lost me. 2 years ago took contact with 5gb latest galaxy, now that's up and phone paid for and you reduce from £30 to £25 and send me a letter to tell me you're saving me £5 a month. You must think I'm stupid. Got 12gb unlimited calls& texts for £3.47.
