    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    Never, ever use @O2 people 2years of complaining about no service- an engineers report proving there is no signal where I live and they still won’t cancel a contract. Over 100hours wasted phoning them and never getting the promised callback. The worst customer services ever. #o2

    @O2 waited on hold for an hour, given up now. Messenger service on My O2 app not working... isolating at home with Covid so can’t go in store... just had a quick query. Not happy.
