    @O2 insurance can **** off, I was honest but yet not good enough, should’ve been sneaky and lied and switched my phone of for a couple days and I would have got it sorted. Shows doesn’t it 🖕🏻🖕🏻 #WontRecommend

    My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    @EE On people visiting my home in LE9 and mention bad signal it normally transpires they're on #EE. Only @O2 has sufficient coverage.

    @O2 Its not an issue with me, it's an issue with your network! Soon as you leave Hereford the signal is non existant for miles!

    @O2 Once again, no resolution as the same last time. No chance in hell will I go with O2 again. Customer service is terrible and the actual service with signal is terrible. Terrible all round really #o2

    @O2 saying all is OK when I check on your checker but I'm stuck on emergency calls only, can't make calls, texts etc can you please look into this and report. My father is on tesco and his is the same. Please acknowledge my tweet!!
