Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

Why does @O2 not list the RAM size of phones in their shop? It makes it impossible to compare phones, especially as some phones come with different RAM options, meaning that looking on the manufacturer's website doesn't always help.

@O2 why is it, that I’m sat in the middle of Bristol City Centre and my signal tells me I’ve got good 4g or 5g and yet nothing loads…but my work internet on EE is loading fine….hello? Paying good money and physically not able to use my data most of the day! Has been 6 weeks now

@O2 You need to put ads out about all the scam voicemail and missed calls texts that your customers are getting- im suddenly getting dozens a day. What are you doing to stop this nuisance and has there been a data leak at o2 as I never used to get these?
