    Customer of @O2 for more than a decade naively (loyally?) does not check competitors before sorting upgrade and was yesterday promised a call back today (that did not happen). I call you back this evening and am given completely different info to yesterday's info. How so?

    @O2 update after 90 mins in the chat room they offered me £20 credit when I said I wanted to raise a complaint they removed £20 credit ,,,, ive got to wait 5 days to get a resolution!
