    @O2 Hi, ordered placed for iPhone 12, email back saying received order but out of stock. Rang you customer service team to change colour of device as white not in stock. They said have to cancel order online. Unable to do this as they order isn’t showing. Poor service, Help!

    @O2 @Joegreaney Hi I'd just like to add that this is a problem for everyone on 02 and giffgaff in that area and it's because a mast in hither green has been down for 2 years and these crooks hate you enough to ignore it.

    You @O2, your service is dire. You keep hanging up when I need to make international calls. Please pick up the phone without hanging up. Service is absolutely dreadful!
