@O2 insurance can **** off, I was honest but yet not good enough, should’ve been sneaky and lied and switched my phone of for a couple days and I would have got it sorted. Shows doesn’t it 🖕🏻🖕🏻 #WontRecommend

Dear @TheO2 , why is it such a nightmare to talk to your customer service here in Germany and setting up internet wifi at home with @AVM_DE. No email that we can write to, no one talks on the phone after 45 mins of waiting. @O2
