@Extinguisherman @O2 So their response 🤔 We can see that network in your area is extremely busy at the moment. This means it may have an impact on data making it slower. Can you try you manually turning on 3G via your settings to see if this may help? Please use Wifi calling if and where you can

16/08. I ring customer service. Guess what @O2? No one's escalated my ticket! And this time they tell me I have to wait another 3 to 5 working days for this to be resolved. YOU CANNOT MAKE THIS **** UP

  • atomicape99
    J D (@atomicape99) reported

@Extinguisherman @O2 I have just sent it again slightly edited with the tags you sent. I live in a major city centre (literally yards from a 5G mast not sure if its O2) I hardly ever get 5G and when I get 4G it's shockingly slow. Don't get me started on the phone signal.

  • Furbz_85
    AC (@Furbz_85) reported

Hey @O2 and @AppleMusic trying to use the O2 Priority offer for free Apple Music. As a returning subscriber it tells me I'll get 2 months free but when I go in to the app using the se apple details it tries to charge me £9.99 straight away. Any help appreciated #o2 #applemusic

  • atomicape99
    J D (@atomicape99) reported

@Extinguisherman @O2 The thing is they're not the cheapest option on the market so you expect a premium level of service

  • karenwisdom
    Karen Wisdom (@karenwisdom) reported

@O2 She received no ‘welcome’ message nor call charges comms, and turned her data roaming off. So baffled as to how one text could cost £42, your customer service are declining to waive this charge. Not impressed.

  • Extinguisherman
    Dale Watts (@Extinguisherman) reported

@atomicape99 @O2 The network is inadequate and fails to perform as it should.I’m my opinion it’s congested, but they use terms like ‘busy’. Masts in some areas like mine are dead at peak times. Retweet complaint using BBCWatchdog, WhichUk and ofcom tags.

  • Extinguisherman
    Dale Watts (@Extinguisherman) reported

@atomicape99 @O2 The t&c’s state they don’t guarantee a connect all the time, be nice most of the time though!! Using my location, service page says good 2,3,4G, but status page says masts get busy (better term than congested). So how do u deliver a good service on congested mast?

  • r_you_rosa
    Rosa (@r_you_rosa) reported

They suggest I use Wifi Calling. I try to set it up. They want to send me a verification code via text. They also make a few other suggestions where I need network connection to set up. Thanks @O2 for your brilliant ideas. /s

@beth__mason @O2 They will only dirt it out if we do something, retweet your complaint using BBCWatchdog, WhichUk and ofcom tags. Let’s get this network fixed or let out of contracts
