@O2 easily the worst network in the U.K. total fall from grace. 1hr on the phone today for the 3rd time trying to get my PAC working. Retentions to CS, back to retentions back to CS who tried to pass me back. Total **** show. Promised call back at 3pm…..I’ll wait shall I?

@O2 So...Day 9 of new phone/contract with 02: iPhone STILL not working.Made a 3rd visit to 02 Burnley store (more fuel costs).It calls out BUT does not receive calls or texts."This person is unavailable". I will visit AGAIN tomorrow.I hope your accounts team legislate for this 02???

I cannot ****** stand @O2, the signal is atrocious, the charges for my PAYG sim are ridiculous and the Priority app keeps crashing. Absolute trash.
