    @O2 Yesterday at about 4pm my phone signal at home went from 3-4 bars strong consistent signal to 0-1. I've tried following the troubleshoot on your website, however no solution. Website coverage says no issues in area, but problem is on multiple O2 phones in household.

    Hey @O2 - I haven’t received a credit agreement/paperwork for my new contract? I have the O2 login but nothing else. Considering this, I’m not entirely convinced the process was done correctly at the weekend. Please can you check the process of my port so I know that it was done?

    @tomkentuk @O2 Great but what worries me like you, lm a long time customer and a long time customer of Virgin when I heard that they’d merged I instantly thought there goes O2 as we know it… I’ve been trying to sort out broad band issues for 2 years Ofcom made them agree and they’re still not

    @tomkentuk @O2 Customer service is outstanding. I got a fruit basket sent after the learned about a operation I had. Gutted I had to leave then after 10+ years. Also congrats Tom.
