@O2 insurance can **** off, I was honest but yet not good enough, should’ve been sneaky and lied and switched my phone of for a couple days and I would have got it sorted. Shows doesn’t it 🖕🏻🖕🏻 #WontRecommend

Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

@O2 It’s not just my phone. If it was I’d try it. My partner. Family and friends are all suffering with bad signal. A friend even returned and cancelled her contract 3 days after joining

@O2 what is going on in Wigan for signal at the minute I’m spending £95 a month for this really would like to switch networks but can’t as I will need to pay off my contract ,this is shocking this has been like this for 2 weeks now when is their actually going to be a fix!!!!!

@O2 help! why is it my wife can use her PAYG credit to pay for iTunes but when I do the same for my method of payment it declines and inturn ends up charging me from my bank! You’ve now cost me £13.98 that I could’ve done without. I want to use up my credit!
