    My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

    @O2 @TelefonicaUK an o2 customer called wish to speak to a manager regarding the poor service he getting and to resolve any issue he had with o2 but no one assisted.O2 manager Kate refuse to speak to customer agent informed customer to speak to manager will have to be on Sunday
