@CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Some buildings do have poor reception though. Our house is bad, and we used to have to hang out of a window to get reception. We've recently set it up to use the house WiFi though (on Android) but might depend what handset you have whether it will let you do that.

Azu Hatch (@AzuHatch) reported from Ely, England
@O2 wouldn't it great if you offered a #buymeonce #sustainable-ish phone service where you encourage your customers to keep using their handsets and not upgrade #rethinkrepair #towardszerowaste

@O2 even thou the offer does state that it could be used for either breakfast roll, sausage roll, vegan sausage roll or cheese and onion bake however it never seems to work for anything other than the breakfast roll. I wonder if there is a particular reason for that?

@codemonkey3350 @O2 @VodafoneUK Totally agree, I also made the change about 7 months ago and was the best thing I did, just the change of customer service experience was enough to make me change from o2 to vodafone, absolutely 2nd to none and £30 odd for unlimited deal clinched it for me.

@O2 I’ve tried to get through on the online chat via the o2 app only to be told you’re busy and can’t help, which isn’t very helpful! Here’s my query: Hi I was wrongly charged for two calls in October which came up on your system as international calls made from the UK to the USA
