@virginmedia We had to cancel all 3 switches to @O2 as neither of you @virginmedia could actually take responsibility, instead you continued to transfer our call between you 6 times! Unfortunately we know this pain is coming again in the next few months.

Upgraded my phone nearly 10 days ago from @O2. Told it's not in stock, even though it said it was when I ordered. Can't seem to swap for a phone that is in stock, website is useless, so I'm just supposed to... wait? Not impressed with the service tbh.

Trying 2 deal with @O2 who have supposedly lost £238 of my money that I paid 2 get an upgrade, Now everytime I call I have 2 go through the whole process of explaining this & that with a new person,Been a loyal customer for about 19 years. NO1 SEEMS 2 KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING😤
