Still owed £661 by @o2 after 3 months after being incorrectly charged. Been lied to several times by call centre staff. Getting nowhere. If I owed them they would expect immediate payment. @Ofcom complaint has been filed. Will take them to small claims if not refunded next week

@O2 I got mine last week… it’s kinda overrated :( camera is good- but takes a while to focus. Battery life is awful thanks to the new iOS it automatically installed itself & I can’t find a case anywhere! For the flipping price if this thing they could’ve bought out more cases!!

@O2 what is going on with your signal? Have had 1 bar (or 0) for the past few days! Tried all the "tips" and apparently there is no issue in my area. I'm in Glasgow, not the middle of nowhere!

@O2 I would appreciate some help. I’ve been querying an issue on my fathers behalf for nearly 3 weeks and have had no response from any O2 rep and was told by the store rep they’d keep us updated - we’ve had no calls and had to chase them down in store.
