@O2 insurance can **** off, I was honest but yet not good enough, should’ve been sneaky and lied and switched my phone of for a couple days and I would have got it sorted. Shows doesn’t it 🖕🏻🖕🏻 #WontRecommend

@O2 Ok thank you, but he has tried that and as soon as he gets through, someone says "Bye" and gets cut off, he's also tried 202 from his phone with no results. His problem is he can send texts from phone but can't receive any, can you help?

@O2 can someone please tell me how to change the billing date on my bill? Been trying do as long I've been a customer.. Always promised it'll work yet every month I get constant harassment for payment for 4 days! Even though I've told you I don't get paid til 26 th!

@O2 For years we had good 2G signal indoors. For the last few weeks none, just weak 4G near a window. I have reported it several times on the website and each time I get a sorry we've found a fault and then later a "good news we've fixed the issue" message but no change.
