    @O2 I think you and@vodafone have both the worst network in the country. Given up trying to use both your networks. Just can never get above 1.5 meg download speeds.

    @CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Well that's several different networks at fault for our house then 🙄. Also don't get reception in our local Sainsbury's but that has a metal roof - I doubt that's anything to do with the network.

    Saturday: 16:08 @o2 text to tell me their network is working fine Sunday: 11:55 @o2 email me to tell me that a local mast has a problem. Like it seems to most of the time

    @O2 And the award for the worst network of the year award goes to O2. 4 meg on O2s stunning 4G network. Pathetic .

    @O2 Well O2s incompetence never ceases to amaze me. I am a business customer and as O2s network has fallen apart in my town I have been sent a boost box . However O2 are doing system updates and cannot activate it and do not have any timescale when it will be resolved . AVOID O2.

    @CitizenSuburbia @CharlotteCGill @O2 Some buildings do have poor reception though. Our house is bad, and we used to have to hang out of a window to get reception. We've recently set it up to use the house WiFi though (on Android) but might depend what handset you have whether it will let you do that.

    My @O2 catastrophe is going from bad to worse! Now my replacement phone just turns its self off! And you call up and the automatic woman’s just says ‘bye’ in the most sarcastic tone. Awful customer service: June 2019 since my phone worked

    @O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

    @O2 No, signal shows as normal but it just doesn’t work. And it gets worse when I arrive in area I live at, everything works just fine at my work and during the commute, so my phone is not at fault During 6min walk between tube station and my place where I use wifi, nothing worked.

    When you start off wanting to call @O2 to get old phone unlocked, then decide to leave during the call because of how bad the automated phone system is, then when your call gets answered they immediately hang up. Trying to talk to @O2 is like banging your head against a wall. 🤬

    Stay away from @O2, in my 7th month of a 12 month sim only contract. Their data service is abysmal, they acknowledge there is an issue with the local mast, then they say it’s resolved when it’s not, after which we start a vicious cycle all over again. GAH
