@O2 Took out a new IPhone contract back in November. No problems paying but I wanted to add a Apple Watch on the account. O2 keep on cancelling the order even though I pass the credit check.

@O2 And the award for the worst network of the year award goes to O2. 4 meg on O2s stunning 4G network. Pathetic .

@O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

@O2 @virginmedia Your service has been impeccable for the 8 years I’ve been with you. You’ve me helped so much this year. I was with Virgin for 3 years. Never again, or so I thought. I hope this doesn’t mean bad news because I have several devices with you and due to renew again in September.

@O2 @virginmedia This is terrible news. I’ve always been happy with O2 and your customer service has been excellent. The worst experience I’ve had with any media provider was with Virgin Media. It was horrendous. Please don’t change your system for theirs. PLEASE. 🙏🏻
