@O2 Took out a new IPhone contract back in November. No problems paying but I wanted to add a Apple Watch on the account. O2 keep on cancelling the order even though I pass the credit check.

@O2 I think you and@vodafone have both the worst network in the country. Given up trying to use both your networks. Just can never get above 1.5 meg download speeds.

@O2 Well O2s incompetence never ceases to amaze me. I am a business customer and as O2s network has fallen apart in my town I have been sent a boost box . However O2 are doing system updates and cannot activate it and do not have any timescale when it will be resolved . AVOID O2.

@O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

@O2 @virginmedia @Curlykidlife Hi Virgin Media. Have just moved my sim over to O2 and as an existing VM customer applied for my free Volt upgrade. O2 have doubled my mobile data and you have upgraded my broadband. However you have now almost doubled my monthly payment. VM customer service cannot help ?!

@O2 Pls just tell me how I can talk to a human being… days of ‘tooing’ and ‘froing’ over social media or a unacceptable when as a customer/stakeholder, you know the ones who pay towards 02 ‘s continued success , I deserve to get customer support without jumping through hoops!

Happy Saturday to everyone except @O2 who still think it’s acceptable to charge people for a service they can’t use in Chester every week. Those guys can go **** themselves. You are the absolute pits. I had to wait til I was on wifi to send this. Sincerely, go **** yourselves.

@O2 I have been with you guys for years. 18mths ago I signed up for a 3 year contract! I really wish I hadn't. I hardly ever have signal in quite a few places where my husband always has signal on EE. This will be the last time I use you. Disappointed.

.@O2 I’m getting 1.2 Gb speed on WiFi6 with #o2 . I realise this doesn’t translate to 1.2 of actual speed, but it’s astonishingly fast regardless. HD downloads less than a minute, HD streaming continuously, no buffering. Absolutely wonderful. I’m in a poor 5G area too.

@O2 why did i get charged £2 more then last month? Also i can't log into my account to look.. changed my password and it still won't let me sign in so now i got an 1 hour block..
