@O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

@virginmedia 4pm. But also to go with this @o2 are having similar issues in the area and I have no signal from them unless I go out and travel. So overall both parts of the virgin media and o2 group are not working as they should

Good Afternoon @O2, is it possible that someone can answer the phone please, it advises 15 minute wait then cuts off after 4.17, We don't like doing posts like this, but if you don't know you are missing out on the perfect opportunity to improve your customer service.

@richardbranson @virginmedia @O2 Never in all my life have I received customer service as poor as I have on the phone to Virgin and O2 this morning! Such a simple mistake YOUR end has resulted in me being on the phone for over 2 hours with absolutely no good assistance!
