Paddy.og 🍌 (@PaddyWarburton) reportedany customers of @O2 in the UK had any recent customer service experiences? my wife and I have both had to contact them in the past few days and WOW it’s been a horrendous experience sure it didn’t used to be like this?
-
dave spider L-J (@SapperLJ) reported@O2 Since your merger with Virgin Media your customer service has deteriorated exponentially...you need to get call centres back in the UK instead of using cheap foreign labour who don't understand the English language or our situation
-
yotoprules (@yotoprules1) reported@Gammitin @O2 O2 is so useless, my grandad has been with them for years, until ~7 months ago one of the local masts became faulty. It's still faulty to this day and he would use signal in the late morning/early afternoon every single day. We managed to get him out of the contract with no fees.
-
Thompson (@MarcThompson2) reported@O2 due to ongoing service issue which has caused great stress I’ve sent an email making a formal complaint and have had no acknowledgement. Who do I contact and why have I been ignored?
-
bob (@Andypled) reported@O2 trying to upgrade my payg sim only deal. But can't understand why I am getting a worse deal than a new customer. Can someone advise?
-
Blueflyer (@WoodpeckerMandP) reported@O2 please please can someone actually sort my problem out, I still cannot believe how incompetent you are. My online account is still locked after 4 calls and one promised call back still nothing, why can’t you sort it? what do I have to do to get it sorted #O2
-
🇬🇧 Andy🇬🇧 (@4peterborough) reportedThe service I've received from @O2 absolutely disgusting trying to sort an issue and speaking to someone it was very difficult to understand which makes it more frustrating one that talk too fast with a heavy accent.
-
Shana Hendry (@Happyengland79) reportedAnd still not working! @O2 about time you replaced the mast for a new one that actually works ffs. Not a good advert for you when I have to use my EE hotspot to run my O2 phone. #evidenceforombudsman
-
Frazzz (@FrazzzYT) reportedI recommend avoiding @O2 as a mobile provider. Cut my services off yet they've gotten payment on 4th. Am told my services won't be restored UNTIL the 13th because they can't "find" the payment. Bank has given them the details they need. Can't even call the doctor, complaint it is

Southoftheriver (@lesleydavis) reported@O2 I just tried to use the QR codes provided in priority app in Greggs and was told that they do not take screenshots of the codes. I do this in advance as I don’t always get a signal when in the shop. Is this a policy? The code can only be used once so I don’t see the issue?
