@O2 I have done that. I just get that there is no network problem in your area. So it must be normal for O2 to be rubbish .

@O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

@O2 I think you and@vodafone have both the worst network in the country. Given up trying to use both your networks. Just can never get above 1.5 meg download speeds.

So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

Dear @O2, If you don't increase your network bandwidth in the West Midlands, I'm going to have to find another network. Any large event with with a crowd (festival, PRIDE or sporting event) and my phone becomes an expensive paper weight whilst others stream the early Kick off 🙃

@daviddunninguk @O2 I’ve had a battle with a broadband giant for a year, not getting the guaranteed speeds. They kept paying me compensation, but I don’t want that. I just want a service like it used to be. It since they joined forces with EE. Anyway I’m now on halo 3, touchwood all good.
