    @O2 And the award for the worst network of the year award goes to O2. 4 meg on O2s stunning 4G network. Pathetic .

    @O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

    @O2 I think you and@vodafone have both the worst network in the country. Given up trying to use both your networks. Just can never get above 1.5 meg download speeds.

    So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

    @O2 I'm a virgin media volt customer as part of that I had to take an O2 sim, virgin are increasing prices mid contract and say I can leave charge free including the O2 sim but when contacting O2 they say there are early termination charges. Please update your staff

    My wife had her phone stolen last week. Both @Apple & @O2 support have asked her to confirm a security code that has been sent to her mobile. Honestly, the logic in this is baffling.

    @O2 my o2 priority (via virgin bb) has become linked to my sons without explanation. My son recently took out his own virgin bb (separate address) and he is entitled to o2 priority too but each time I use a priority code his comes up as used. Please help.

    @O2 the signal has been down in areas of Newry BT34 for 2 days now. Can’t make calls or use data. I have reported it but any idea when it will be fixed? I am missing important calls because of this. This is the second time in the last couple of weeks!

    @stephenblevins9 @O2 Same here Stephen. I can only make and receive WhatsApp calls when I’m the house - signal is dire.
