Cllr Sophie Preston-Hall ECC Rochford North (@SophiePrestonHa) reportedIs anyone else getting absolutely inundated with calls from an offshore @O2 call centre lately? I’m getting 5–10 calls a week at this point and it’s beyond frustrating. I’ve politely asked to be removed from their list around 9 or 10 times now and today, when I pointed out that I’ve repeatedly asked them to stop calling me, they simply slammed the phone down on me. How on earth do you actually get yourself removed from whatever ridiculous list these companies seem to have you on? Surely I can’t be the only one dealing with this nonsense?
-
Viridis (@Lord_Viridis) reported@1903bw @O2 They can't, they've been told about it *checks date 5 months ago. They broke it and don't know how to fix it, I have complaint reference numbers but worthless unless they actually fix their customer account portal Can't wait to be shot of them
