@O2 I think you and@vodafone have both the worst network in the country. Given up trying to use both your networks. Just can never get above 1.5 meg download speeds.

  • paulhayward200 Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@O2 I have done that. I just get that there is no network problem in your area. So it must be normal for O2 to be rubbish .

  • paulhayward200 Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

  • DbSuffolkbuh Dale (@DbSuffolkbuh) reported from Woolpit, England

So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

  • paulhayward200 Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@O2 And the award for the worst network of the year award goes to O2. 4 meg on O2s stunning 4G network. Pathetic .

  • LesleyEm Lesley Smart (@LesleyEm) reported from Elmswell, England

@O2 you’ve sent me code to login on app 3 times and each one says there’s a problem. Is there an issue with the app?

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • TheDaveEdgell TheDaveEdgell (@TheDaveEdgell) reported

@O2 are absolutely shocking, no reply to my complaint despite their handling time lapsing, live chat don't read the conversation and dodge questions and the last time I tweeted the social media team were just as useless @BBCWatchdog @Ofcom you need to investigate this company

  • Extinguisherman Dale Watts (@Extinguisherman) reported

@Dizzitaru @O2 Probably due to the awful o2 network buckling under the impossible strain the devices trying to access it. If they don’t fix it or satisfy your enquiry then maybe Retweet using BBCWatchdog, ofcom, Martin Lewis and ofcom tags. Networks getting worse, it’s clogged up in my opinion

  • nbrown_nicky Nicky Brown (@nbrown_nicky) reported

@O2 what’s with ignoring customer complaints? And not having a department that will actually sort problems!

  • xebykceb Becky 🌈💙🇺🇦💉💉💉#FBPE (@xebykceb) reported

@O2 Done all that. I’m really not that bad with the technology of my phone. That’s why I can’t get my head around this!
