@O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

Anyone else stuck on @O2 I got moved on to their network and it’s absolutely terrible and the worst bit about it I was meant to be on a rolling contract and these slippery lot made it an 18 month one and I’m stuck with them. Proper insulting.

Ever since @virginmedia mobile switched to @O2 I can't get a signal anywhere near my house. I signed my contact on the basis @EE were providing the infrastructure and I would actually get a service. This is absolutely disgusting.

@O2 you are a bloody joke your customer service is awol and i still have no data calls or msgs on this phone so angry no wonder people leave this was an upgrade and for a few days now you have failed to deliver #fact i will now be going back to the dark ages as leaving mcd wifi.
