    So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

    @O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

    @c_cooper88 @O2 I've also noticed the same for months now. Full signal but no actual data upload/download until I'm a mile out.

    Team, for months now I have had issues with signal and both data and voice around the BL09WG area. @O2 say, "sorry our network is busy use wi-fi" which doesn't really help out and about and sort isn't the point of mobile.what is being done to sort it? Can I escape my AT contract?

    Morning @O2! Is it true that the facility to download a VAT invoice, if you are a consumer customer but your firm pays for your phone bill, is no longer available? I have tired support & they suggest it will 3-5 days to let me know.

    @jodielouiseart @O2 Im on Sky Mobile which is O2 and as soon as I walk out of my house to walk the dog i'm cut off from the world. It says I have 4g but a very slow connection if any connection at all.

    @IamNdodana @O2 If your within the cooling period you can cancel. Only pay up to that point only applies online I think.

    @IamNdodana @O2 If your within the 14 day cooling period you can cancel for free. Only you pay for usage upto that point

    @O2 I am roaming in the US currently for work with the travel bolt on and the data is completely unusable. I have a colleague with me from another UK network roaming on the same network with no issues. Why is this happening? The speeds involved are so slow.
