I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

I've had VAT added on top of the monthly amount of £30 rather than included in that total. That has never been the case and it's meant to be inclusive of the £30 total. Could I have it sorted please?
