@O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

@O2 I think you and@vodafone have both the worst network in the country. Given up trying to use both your networks. Just can never get above 1.5 meg download speeds.

So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

@O2 I’m a virgin media broadband customer and have access to O2 priority moments yet when I try to claim one it takes me to O2 log in and can’t Get past that I’m logged in/have access due to the virgin media connection.

@O2 your data service has become unusable at times. Spent the day at @altontowers yesterday and couldn’t use my phone all day inc the queue time ap. not the first poor experience with lack of data in recent weeks/months. Time to move on I think. #O2

.@o2 also - your Disney plus package is a rip off SCAM. You didn’t make it clear it was a one year contract that you can’t cancel!!!! Even Disney allows you to cancel. Didn’t know o2 were thieves.
