    So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

    @O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

    @O2 have agreed to set up WiFi Calling on my partner's Samsung A21s due to seriously poor service. #WellDone them. @vodafone have ignored my requests and I'm left with no option but to leave them.

    @O2 Cancelled contract within 14 days cooling off period still got £104 bill. O2 said ignore it so i did. now i have miss payment on my credit file dropped 58 pts the O2 account is still active! O2 said they'll fix credit file error close account within 60 days I'm still waiting

    Engineers at @O2 have been trying to fix my local cell tower since June 26th. They now have ordered the parts. Incredible success and I congratulate them on the speed of their resolution. I will show similar speed wirh paying my bill?

    @O2 I normally top up my bundle by signing in with my phone number but today it didn’t work . It gave me an email address that is connected to my phone number which isn’t mine. That never happens I spoke to three agents today they all put me on hold and never got back to me.
