@O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

@O2 And the award for the worst network of the year award goes to O2. 4 meg on O2s stunning 4G network. Pathetic .

@O2 placed a click and collect order on the 10th March as it said we could collect same day, still nothing despite numerous chasing. I was assured the latest it would be available is today but again nothing. 🤦 it wouldn’t be too bad but the current phone is no longer working

@AdamRutherford @O2 Ordered a brand new phone from them, it arrived damaged. They refused to supply a new one implying I caused the damage. Couple of years later spent half an hour trying to get same phone unlocked from 02 which they said would happen within a few days. It didn't. Took phone with

@o2 oh look on phone to someone asking why you’ve taken over £1000 quid out my bank they said well it don’t make sense and hang up on me! I want it sorted not hung up on 20 times until someone helps me! 😡

We had an issue with son’s Spacetalk watch from @mgmwireless via @O2. Rang the customer services line and they were very helpful and supplied a replacement charger which solved the issue and checked back a week later to see if it was resolved. Excellent Customer Service.

@O2 They hung up on the call while I was on hold. I called back, spoke to someone different. They hung up while I was on hold again. No call back. Breathtakingly bad customer service.
