    @O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

    So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

    @O2 So, I assume there's no possible fix for the mast that's been down in ormskirk all day? The only way to contact my partner who is ill is via mobile phone and yet I can't call or text them. Sort this out urgently ! It's a joke when there's 3 masts here apparently

    @O2 Got a payg with you, set up a bolt on a while back and now can't cancel it, whenever I top up for my bundle it takes the bolt on first!! It's done this several times and I've tried to cancel for months. Any help?
