    So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

    @O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

    @O2 Yeah that’s what I was told by customer services on 202…. I was told that pro rata payment could be anything up to 100% of the new tariff, £26! Which for 5 days of data is just unacceptable! As is £13 for 2GB’s of data!

    @VMO2News @O2 terrible service trying to add a new phone to my contract as part of family plan. Your advisor knew nothing has set it as a general new contract so no discount and could not answer basic questions. He got stroppy when pushed for answers

    @O2 That would be fine O2, if I hadn't Dm'd about this issue again, and again, and again, and again time and time over. Can you please ask your team to DM me to sort this issue out as the team assigned previously haven't actually helped.

    @O2 Currently in Ambleside. Says full 4G but doesn't work at all. And doesn't work at home in Conwy or Llandudno etc

    @O2 excuse me but why are you turning off the 4G service on my account when that’s what I pay for and what have you turned off 4G calls you have no right and I like this reinstated on my phone ASAP you don’t either send anything in a email

    @Gemma_1503 @O2 Customer service at O2 is poor, you’ll never get sorted by them, my Dad has loads of problems with them all of the time.
