    @O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

    So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

    @O2 Just in my area the signal indoors was always weak. To have decent conversation over the phone I need to walk out to the garden. Thank you for the link, been there already. I can confirm that it's just the area, not my phone. Or any phone.

    @O2 i’ve been on hold for nearly half an hour listening to the same awful cover of just can’t get enough on loop. is there any chance you could at least give your poor customers the option of silence? or maybe the sound of nails on a chalkboard? either would be preferable.

    @O2 @SkyHelpTeam @tescomobile this has been like it now for 3/4wks. Your sites show no mast/signal issues, but something has happened to cause this issue...who is taking responsibility to identify & fix the issue? You have customers who can’t make or receive contact with anyone!!

    @O2 telling me today that a mast issue in my area is not fixed and you won’t update me any more until it’s fixed is NOT customer service. You need to tell me when you expect to have it fixed!

    @O2 That's what I thought, but I was overcharged ~£100 for that and had to really work to get a refund as customer service believed this was not the case. Originally I was told no, then half out of good faith and finally the manager's "arm was twisted" to get the full amount.
