    @O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

    @O2 I think you and@vodafone have both the worst network in the country. Given up trying to use both your networks. Just can never get above 1.5 meg download speeds.

    So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

    @O2 And the award for the worst network of the year award goes to O2. 4 meg on O2s stunning 4G network. Pathetic .

    @O2 I upgraded my phone the other day and received the handset today . 02 called to reviewaccount today When they realised I had already upgraded online told me I would have got better deal if I had called !Is this how you treat loyal 20yr customers

    @RevRichardColes @O2 Also evidently turning on airplane mode on and off fixes multiple issues. Worked for me. It has s recommended you regularly switch phone off.
