So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

@O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

@O2engineer Hi. Recently moved to O2 from Three, primarily for Apple Watch contract. Wife and kids also moved over. Since found signal in house terrible. @O2 support awful. Told situation and best they could come up with was try sim in another phone.
