    @O2 I think you and@vodafone have both the worst network in the country. Given up trying to use both your networks. Just can never get above 1.5 meg download speeds.

    @O2 And the award for the worst network of the year award goes to O2. 4 meg on O2s stunning 4G network. Pathetic .

    So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

    @O2 I have done that. I just get that there is no network problem in your area. So it must be normal for O2 to be rubbish .

    @O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

    @O2 not sure what's going on with o2. My account is not working so cant place new orders should be sorted in 5 days. I've ordered a product on my other half's account but #DHL has lost the order as it should of been with me on the 15th. Even #o2 dont know what's going on.

    @HoggLloyd @O2 @O2 I can beat that! I'm a customer of 21 years, with 4 numbers on a rolling, SIM only deal. After 25 mins on a call to an overseas call center you can not offer deals I can readily get from o2 on comparison sites. I'm appalled and currently looking at other providers?!

    @o2 I have been trying to cancel a contract for months now, hoping that you will send me an email that I can either reply to, or that gives a number that I can speak to someone on. It is ridiculous that if you have an unactivated SIM, that you can't cancel it. Sort it out!

    So despite paying the £2 day roam fee to @ThreeUK they then charge me £40 for 14gb of data and think this is OK....time to move to @O2 or @EE i think #shameful #poor

    @O2 Hi. In the app I try to select the amazon prime offer but when I select it, it takes me to sign into my vm/o2 account. On this page the offer isn't there. Help!

    @O2 why am I hold, once for 17 mins, to get through to someone just for them to hang up on me? And then I ring back to be on hold for 16 mins just for them to hang up on me again? What is this customer services? Whats the best number to ring as 202 seems useless?

    @O2 experienced the worst customer service today in your St Helens branch. Very very poor, my 80 year old mother was appalled, she was about to upgrade to a new phone, suffice it to say, she will be moving to a different network now!
