    So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

    @O2 And the award for the worst network of the year award goes to O2. 4 meg on O2s stunning 4G network. Pathetic .

    @O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

    @virginmedia @O2 I'm bothered by this - I left O2 when they refused to give me a working phone and left me uncontactable. I'd have been able to see my grandmother before she died if they'd provided any kind of proper service.

    @BLFCxx @Chriss_m @O2 I stayed with Virgin long enough to wriggle out of the contract with barely an ounce of sanity left. TV - never had the correct channels, phone - connected to someone elses number of 3 mths. Genuinely horrible company.

    @O2 @virginmedia Feel sorry for @virginmedia as your customer service is the worst. No one will talk to me about a threatening letter you have sent about a closed account. Reason given - the account is closed 🤬 Really then why are you sending me threatening letters?

    @RobertsonEilidh @O2 They have the worst customer service of any network. They have cancelled an account - now sent a threatening letter for an amount not owed and won’t speak to me as the account doesn’t exist. Seriously you couldn’t make this up 🤬 On hold now for 50 mins again 🤬🤬🤬

    @O2 @virginmedia This is awful news. How long until my pay as you go tariff is take away? It's already no longer available to new customers. I've been on this network since it was called Cellnet, and have happily avoided Virgin in that time.
