I am a business customer and as O2s network has fallen apart in my town I have been sent a boost box . However O2 are doing system updates and cannot activate it and do not have any timescale when it will be resolved . AVOID O2.

I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

CW (@Worly82) reportedWas on Vodafone for 15 years plus, very few issues. Been on @O2 for a few months and it’s absolutely shocking. Coverage appalling, phone cuts out part way through calls regularly . Paying for a service I’m not receiving. Avoid at all costs!

You have trashed it since merging and incorporating those clowns you joined with. Barely works, unnecessary extra steps, repeated need for login which has turned into a tedious exercise. It’s TRASH
