@O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

@O2 Yes, Samsung S9. Have spoken to numerous advisors who have either cut us off after a huge wait or promised call back that never happens. A week for an 11 year old using public transport for school is not ideal. Handset has been ours for years but can't be used.
