    @O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

    So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

    @O2 your website is crap when trying to get help = sends you in circles. Apparently the live chat option doesn't seem to be on the website. No help via phone with your system hanging up repeatedly on people holding to speak to a human😡😡 +a 4 day wait for a callback via website!

    @O2 this service is terrible while at work. can’t text anyone when I ring someone the line drops and there’s no point in even trying to use my data. Why am I paying for this poor service

    @O2 do you purposely make the disconnection team phone line ring for ages then cut you off in the hope that people just leave it and you continue to take money or are the lines actually really busy because you are so crap?
