So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

@O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

@O2 I'm still on no registered network, despite being an existing o2 customer and simply wanting keep my old number, transferring it to a new phone/ sim. When will I get the service back that I'm paying for?

@caitlinfitzpatx @O2 We have the exact same issue. It’s very frustrating especially as O2 are saying nothing except switch on/off. I’ve seen somewhere it could be Friday before it’s resolved. Not heard this direct from O2 though and it’s not good enough. People need phones for work purposes
