    @O2 I think you and@vodafone have both the worst network in the country. Given up trying to use both your networks. Just can never get above 1.5 meg download speeds.

    @O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

    @O2 I have done that. I just get that there is no network problem in your area. So it must be normal for O2 to be rubbish .

    @O2 And the award for the worst network of the year award goes to O2. 4 meg on O2s stunning 4G network. Pathetic .

    So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

    @O2 My mobile is 07740 200127 however there has never been any O2 service at MK43 0PS so I think it’s more that a mast faulty

    @O2 This just tells me there is an issue with a mast in my area but i have had these issues all day yesterday in a different area which says no issues with masts in that area?What am i supposed to do now?I literally have no use of my phone for calls and texts,& only Internet in WIFI

    @O2 VERY disappointed in ur Cus Serv. After try for 2.5 mnths to sort out a top up problem. I get told O2 is no longer investigating the issue & I must just get a new card! I'm getting a new service provider tks. 😡😡

    Have just received a scam call claiming to be from @O2 with a 40% discount. This appears to be an account take over scam. If you receive this, it will sound genuine. Hang up and contact O2. DO NOT GIVE OUT SECURITY INFO OR PASSCODES - even as a joke.
