    @O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

    @O2 I think you and@vodafone have both the worst network in the country. Given up trying to use both your networks. Just can never get above 1.5 meg download speeds.

    @O2 And the award for the worst network of the year award goes to O2. 4 meg on O2s stunning 4G network. Pathetic .

    So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

    @O2 i havnt been able to use Wi-Fi outside for 2 days now I never normally have any issues i normally receive 4G in my area. Are there any ongoing issues? I have tried restarting my phone etc .. DL5 area

    @O2 it has been 10 days now trying to set up voicemail. Numerous Phone calls, waiting 40-60 minutes for customer services to answer the phone, escalated to senior people to fix issue,promise that it would be fixed by Friday it is now Sunday! YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER @O2

    @virginmedia Yes. I've called, I've emailed, complained and visited in store as well as tagging them in the original post. More people should know how yours & @O2 are extremely unhelpful in resolving any of this, almost as if you don't need to care about customers or the service they receive.

    @O2 So I’m now effectively being trolled by the @O2 customer service team. Having been left out £800 out of pocket after what they concede was their mistake. Beyond belief. Massive mistake to leave @VodafoneUK

    @DargeKnight @O2 got the same issue masts are constantly not working I get less than 1mb speed and certain parts are non existant and are mug you off for the amount they charge and they expect us to pay about 14% extra in april for a service that is **** and they have no intention of improving
