@O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

@O2 And the award for the worst network of the year award goes to O2. 4 meg on O2s stunning 4G network. Pathetic .

@kelseyanewman @O2 I get the same problem. They fob me off but saying that they’ve checked any work going on in the area and I’ve said everything is fine the network is perfect so basically they’re blaming me & my phone. I’ve got a brand-new iPhone 11 with 80 gig of data and can’t use it

Surely it would be wise to mention a device is out of stock before letting the customer purchase it rather than afterwards with no time frame as to when it will be ? @O2
