@O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

@O2 And the award for the worst network of the year award goes to O2. 4 meg on O2s stunning 4G network. Pathetic .

So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

@O2 Is there anything specific on the page linked to that you want to highlight? I see on the checklist that you check for cosmetic damage but I don't see where cosmetic damage voids the warranty. What's the guage for determining whether cosmetic damage voids warranty?

@O2 'Bereavement Customer service' is a disgrace - actually non existent! Can't get through on 202, web chat bot is dumb and online email enquiries take 10 working days response time. Anyone recommend a better Mobile Network Operator?! 🤬

@O2 I have service but the outgoing call does not connect and it just says call ended. Have tried in 2 other phones and same issue. Able to receive calls and texts.
