I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

I had to wait until I got home on WiFi to send this!Why is signal so bad around most parts of Brighton? O2 has to be the worst Internet provider.

amanda (@amandac46) reported@O2 No I could not check as the 4G would not connect. Since been told Virgin was down at the sametime so that may have caused the 4g issue.

He even went to the shop last week, she simply phoned CS and put him on phone in shop. Utterly dreadful. He wants out but can’t, DIABOLICAL
