@O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

@joeykins82 @O2 The eSIM I picked was awful as well (frequently throttled to unusability in the middle of SF). NJ's opinion was at the bottom of the price bucket that's basically WAI :(

@ITgeekess @O2 Same problem. Not much better/any different on wifi calling. Will probably move to another company too, esp considering my £3 loyalty discount is up 😮💨

@DavidAJTaylor @O2 Their solution is for people to reset their phones. If enough people have the phone off, you may get through. Where they say "good" coverage really means you have no service. Excellent coverage means you can get an occasional text. WiFi works.

@O2 you closed my fraud case and couldn’t even be arsed to ring or email to tell me why. This was Despite writing to me a few days before to tell me I’d set up a new contract when I hadn’t. Great service.

@O2 Your credit file team is completely ignoring my calls and emails. It's been 3 months since I'm trying to solve this issue and literally zero action has been taken by you. How can you treat your customers this way?

For anyone considering switching to @O2 because they actually still have international roaming included: don’t bother; (at least in the US) it’s throttled to the point of being unusable. Get an eSIM instead and pick the most suitable domestic network for your needs.

@O2 tried to message you guys before still haven't answered here, had the worst customer service experience yet with you guys. Women just threw me back into a queue log and didn't answer any questions. Add to that you don't even know where my phone is or when I get it.
