@O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

@O2 Having been an 02 customer for over 10 years I have never experienced such poor customer service. For months I have had poor signal to the point bought a new handset, even had 02 send me a new sim card. Paying every month for service that does not work :-(
