    @O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

    So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

    @O2 trying all day to speak to someone about my phone not making calls. I was on hold for 1hr30mins. Nobody answered. Live chat, nobody has come back to me!!! This is terrible service. I now cannot make any calls, not even to 202 customer services. Someone please help !!!!!!

    Hi @O2! Is there a problem with the network? I'm unable to make any calls. I can to receive calls. Have tried restarting the phone and removing/re-inserting the Sim card, no joy.

    @O2 Hey when will you sort out the congestion at Gatwick airport? Full signal, no data flowing, 5 different phones and contracts on O2 so Def not an endpoint issue

    @O2 Attempted to get bill information on Tuesday 24th January 2023. Currently on hold for over 38 minutes. Have spent over 2hrs on the phone and used DM with no luck. There is something wrong with my access to the billing . Poor service from a communication service
