@O2 I think you and@vodafone have both the worst network in the country. Given up trying to use both your networks. Just can never get above 1.5 meg download speeds.

@O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

@Nessiethesosage @O2 @MoneySavingExp Doesn't say much for a phone company when everyone is relating to the calls cutting off does it 🙄 I got one person laugh at me as well saying that customer service doesn't know how returns works so I shouldn't listen to them. The internal departments even don't have a clue.

@ApocalypseRick @O2 Please everyone be careful with them. I have a response to this telling me to DM them but they keep getting so far and not replying to that either after asking me to get in touch to apparently sort it out. I've still not had a phone call where they haven't put the phone down.
