@O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

Well @O2 I have been a customer of yours for nearly 10 years. You have contacted me to tell me that you can give me a better deal on my sim only contract. Fantastic deal.....I have 2 phones that can get no service at all!With your customer service department not bothered at all.

@O2 Customer services. A Google Pixel 4. No reference number. I've had to call them myselves today and nothing has been done to resolve this. Was told I'd get written confirmation I'd receive a call back. Still nothing.

@O2 I had zero Internet the whole weekend poor reception calls dropping of all sorts I have only had the contract around 2 months it's obviously no good in my area even though the network checkers says different they false advertise its all lies Stay away

@O2 FINALLY after 10 days O2 posted daughters payment to wrong account barred her phone twice 4 phone calls later its finally sorted (allegedly) what a poor tin pot service they even suggested I pay twice why they sort it out to prevent further barring what an embarrassment 😳

@O2 i am in China, my phone 12 has wifi calling enabled but still doesn’t work, i called the numbers on the website but get redirected to a Chinese/English message number not available. Website offers no help to speak to anyone even online!! Help!

@O2 you are still sending me text messages that my bill is ready when i moved my number to BT 3 months ago Are your staff on some kind of medication? or just stupid?
