Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England@O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

Other four times the automated voice randomly says bye half way through the menus. Why is it so hard to speak to support 🤬🤬🤬

Whilst their customer service can wobble from OK to absolutely atrocious, at least I could use the data services even with a low signal. @O2 and I can have a full bar 4G signal and get 3+ seconds RTT and such slow throughput, it's a joke.
