@O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

@O2 Hi there - emergency" and Live Chat is busy and the bot & FAQs don't cover the case! I am currently out of UK and my phone died. I've transferred my Pay Monthly SIM into another phone, but how do I activate it? I need it for personal stuff and 2-part verifications..Help!

Thanks to @O2 for solving my problems with the crap signal and not being able to get the data I paid for. They are sending me a new sim card and have cancelled my current one so I can't make any phone calls. What the hell am I paying 50 quid a month for??

@O2 such bad service today! I’ve had no signal since 2/12 as there has been a mast down and prior to that poor service for 6 months! But I can’t claim any compensation or break out of my contract?! What is that about?!

@O2 Day 5 of no service or signal. Phone still says SOS unless I’m on wifi. What is going on?? Let’s hope you credit all our phone bills! We have x4 in this house alone!! When will this be fixed??????

@O2 why am I paying for a service that you can't provide? You've taken down a mast in our area and I've been unable to get a signal for weeks but you still continue to take my money. I've called you and you still refuse to refund me until your problem is resolved 🤦 Come on 02!
