    @O2 And the award for the worst network of the year award goes to O2. 4 meg on O2s stunning 4G network. Pathetic .

    @O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

    So @dhlexpressuk are attempting delivery tomorrow even though I have have told them I won't be here as that was my reason for arranging collection today. @O2 wasn't any help either. 🙄

    @PoppyFatherCult @giffgaff @O2 Yes issues all day. O2 looks poor as well but functions. Looks like giffgaff down. My iMessage keeps signing out as can’t verify. Basic text and calls are ok. This started around midday for me. Think Giffgaff need to look into it.

    @O2 I am in the middle of a GDPR complaint and had the misfortune to talk to your manager Ben today who said there was no GDPR breach and O2 do not have a DPO. Can you confirm you do not have a DPO?

    @O2 will you do something about your service, im fed up of trying to use my internet and getting on my phone unstable connection, can barely make phone calls anywhere you literally have to be the worst provider out of them all, No chance being connected for Christmas!!

    @O2 totally bad service and charges telling me that while I was on holiday and only connected to the hotels WiFi you can still charge me for using my phone £145 in charges. Well I’m afraid that’s my Buisness lost. #daylightrobbery
