    @O2 my contract expires later this year, and so far I won't be renewing. I bought a 5G phone for faster data speeds, but 5G in Manchester is just a joke. Check your website and just always shows a known mast issue. This mast repair must be the longest repair job in history!

    @anna_fatania @O2 Don’t trust o2 After 2 yrs & 4 mths & 100s of complaints they sent an aggressive rude email saying they can’t find the original complaint because they have ‘archived’ it so aren’t going 2 help & aren’t going 2 refund the money then told me to go get a lawyer if I don’t like it

    @O2 why are we paying for a service when 90% of the time it’s 3G ! And no signal!! I’m ready to go to other company!! Poor quality yet again from this provider!!
