OMG @O2 are doing work nearby so no 4G in the office. Had to sign a form last week to say we wouldn’t use the office internet either, other than for professional stuff. Work‘s awful when there’s only, well, work to focus on. It’s like the olden days 😳

@O2 the signal in bridgewater is absolutely shocking. I have full bars on 4G sometimes it’s okay and some times it doesn’t work for hours even though it says 4 bars connection. How can I be paying £50+ a month from this crap seriously needs sorting out

@O2 Sent it. I am only interested in this handset. I do not want Samsung and I don't want Apple. Which I suspect is the problem. You offer the Nord, but nothing further up the scale that threatens the dominance of the big 2 in flagship phones. @OnePlus_UK

@o2 49 days, 4 live chats, 7 calls - 156 mins, 5 promises a refund has been processed, 2 broken promises of a mgr call. All I want is a refund for my return. At this point I'm ready to take this further if this isn't resolved asap. I've DMd order details. Please sort this out!!
