    So called @O2 to speak to someone with a general query, apparently this is no longer possible. This is unfair for the people who have no access to the internet! I understand there being a wait time due to it not being urgent but to have the phone just hang up is a bit of a joke

    @O2 Understood, for a day or two that would make sense. But service down for over a week with no timescale for resolution as you have said, is pretty poor you must admit. Oh well we continue to pay the bill for a service we can’t use. 🙄

    OMG @O2 are doing work nearby so no 4G in the office. Had to sign a form last week to say we wouldn’t use the office internet either, other than for professional stuff. Work‘s awful when there’s only, well, work to focus on. It’s like the olden days 😳

    @O2 Hi, quick update. Very helpful Guru I spoke to fixed my problem over the phone. He switched off my WiFi Calling which then allowed me to do Call Forwarding. Then I was able to switch WiFi Calling back on. Thank you very much! 😊

    @markdavidhooper @Fionakerrigann @O2 Indeed, since my tweet it appears they have lost phone calls as well (I just tested to be sure). Perhaps they’ve having to reboot various systems to get everything back up once Ericsson fixes the issues at their end.

    @O2 ******* brilliant when you have no service! There’s been an accident and I’ve been trying to get hold of my mum cause I didn’t know where she was and it was on her route!! This happens like every month!! No service for most of the day
