    OMG @O2 are doing work nearby so no 4G in the office. Had to sign a form last week to say we wouldn’t use the office internet either, other than for professional stuff. Work‘s awful when there’s only, well, work to focus on. It’s like the olden days 😳

    Customer service at @O2 is crap I bought my daughter a new iPhone, I want to swap her to change new number with old. Filled in the form weeks ago and nothing has happened, trying to call O2 but keeps saying I will find help online. There is no bloody help

    @O2 I don’t like the thought of having to call you if I have an issue. It’s generally a big task he just to get through to you let alone having to speak to someone that isn’t the best in helping. Seems strange though that when it’s a call to renew my contract or upgrade it goes well
