    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 No help needed, was just a bit annoyed at getting 2 text messages on Xmas day reminding me about my bill which I have DD set up for. I was just being grumpy, I understand it’s automated and computers don’t celebrate Xmas so no worries 🎄

    Received yet another scam text claiming to be @O2 saying that my phone bill payment failed. I know full well it didn't! Please be aware in case you receive a similar text that it is a scam, check your O2 account if you're a customer of theirs to see if your bill went through.
