Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

@O2 tried to use the priority 241 code but it’s not working tried it both online and getting them to scan the QR code but it won’t work and they said they can’t do anything to help and i don’t want to pay for a drink without my 1 free only reason i’m out😭😭

@O2 I'm trying to obtain my proof of purchase and it took over 30 mins and tranferred twice with no joy.I ask to be called back and I'm a day later and i still cannot get that call and still no proof of purchase. Considering O2 is a communications company, the service is poor.
