    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 seems that there is no one there to help. I upgrade and the new phone falls at the first hurdle. Try to reach O2 and get help being a loyal customer. All I want is a replacement sending out. How hard it that?

    @William251201 @O2 Purple thing kinda looked like a ahem “massager” for a sec, I thought damn o2 know these lockdowns are stressing people. 😳 my brain is tired & pain addled so forgive me. Also how did you get this?? Was with them for 20+ years couldn’t even get a discount on a re contract deal.
