@DHLParcelUK paid for urgent afternoon delivery of @O2 phone on Weds - you try to deliver in morning & it’s now Fri and no phone !! Inefficient and terrible service & lack of any communication from you .

OMG @O2 are doing work nearby so no 4G in the office. Had to sign a form last week to say we wouldn’t use the office internet either, other than for professional stuff. Work‘s awful when there’s only, well, work to focus on. It’s like the olden days 😳

Well that's disappointing finally got 5g working on my phone with @O2 and got a whopping 5mbit out of it Phone reports a reasonable signal but it is on the edge of a coverage area guess I will have to try it next time I go for a walk

@O2 @TheO2 I am absolutely fuming at the level of poor customer services I’ve received. I have no data which is essential for my work. I am classed as a ‘key worker’ yet I had literally NO help from you guys and have been lied to TWICE! I am switching provider for sure.
