    @rawlimark Samsung. I'v had my S7 for 0ver 2 yrs no issues at all. Always do up dates. My contract with @O2 has just ended I'll be keeping this S7 & staying sim only

    @O2 It’s still not working. Please advise. I have followed troubleshooting and still having problems. I am a keyworker and need to make calls to vulnerable families today so I need this sorting ASAP.

    Ugh, @o2 has a mast down in York, AND we have no broadband because we’re not yet connected after the move. Edge is juuuust about working but glacially.

    This is the worst day for @O2 priorities to crash 🤬🤬🤬 I'm trying on my phone, through 3 different ways, on my work computer (🤫) and nothing. Will be definitely changing phone companies I'd I miss out on Peter Kay tickets due it crashing!!!

    Seriously @O2 when will you sort the network capacity issues In york? It’s even more comical than pre-lockdown so I’m paying through the nose for a product that’s hardly functional in the city I live in. You concluded capacity issues when I flagged years ago.

    @BNewtonUK @LloydsBank @O2 Thank you. I thought it was dodgy as all ****. Also, presumably they archive their WhatsApp chats. I do. So anybody at their company, with the WhatsApp login, have access to my full card details. Maybe i should change my card

    @O2 terrible service. I have tried online help. Phoned customer service 4 times this morning- on hold for ages then get cut off with no reply. I swapped tariff 48 hrs ago from 1 O2 tariff to another - still with O2 . Have lost function on my phone since the switch 1/2

    @O2 I have just moved across from another provider, not impressed so far with your Customer Experience! The phone is now working but the rest leaves a lot to be desired

    @O2 for 18 years I’ve had phone reception whilst at work and it was always perfect, now nothing at all for the last couple of months! What is going on? Other staff menebers are having the same problem too, I use my phone for work now I can’t. Bradford area

    @O2 As I said when you last sent me this link, it isn’t a true reflection of what the signal actually is. We are lucky to get one bar at the moment. Please see your previous messages as I was told an engineer would check the mast and I will get an update.

    @O2 I haven't had good signal now for years. But recently it has got out of hand. It isnt just me family and friends across the country have nothing. Are you actually doing anything about this? 5G is worse than the 3G I had a decade ago.

    @O2 Multiple, I live in sittingbourne its bad. Home, work, bad. Leicester to see family bad. Bournemouth weekend away, bad. Your status thing says its fine. Im not here to moan about it more just to ask can you do anything about it? And honestly, why is it the worst its ever been?
