This is the worst day for @O2 priorities to crash 🤬🤬🤬 I'm trying on my phone, through 3 different ways, on my work computer (🤫) and nothing. Will be definitely changing phone companies I'd I miss out on Peter Kay tickets due it crashing!!!

Seriously @O2 when will you sort the network capacity issues In york? It’s even more comical than pre-lockdown so I’m paying through the nose for a product that’s hardly functional in the city I live in. You concluded capacity issues when I flagged years ago.

@rawlimark Samsung. I'v had my S7 for 0ver 2 yrs no issues at all. Always do up dates. My contract with @O2 has just ended I'll be keeping this S7 & staying sim only

@O2 you’ve cut off my phone - everytime I try to call support to see why, it says stay on the line for more info then cuts me off. Im at work and my GF is about to go into labour any moment so need my phone back on - sort it out ASAP

@O2 terrible service. I have tried online help. Phoned customer service 4 times this morning- on hold for ages then get cut off with no reply. I swapped tariff 48 hrs ago from 1 O2 tariff to another - still with O2 . Have lost function on my phone since the switch 1/2

@O2 You guys really shouldn't be participating in this trend when your service is shocking! Not just network connection but your customer service which was once great is now horrible! Lots of failed promises of call-backs and fixing major issues which leave customers unsafe!

@O2 This new system just doesn’t work, the majority of my colleagues and I used to get a coffee on our lunch but unless you get a code at 10am they sell out and it has to be used within 30 mins, when everyone’s already in the office! Terrible!

@O2 so I've lost my SIM and I go to the O2 web site to order a replacement and the 2factor security tells me its sent me BY SMS a code to log in.....I **** you not!! Who ******** designs these processes and how easy would it be to give another option to distribute the codes.

To compound this, our local @O2 mast has also been down. So the mini hubs we've been sent don't work. We've had no phone signal for nearly four months! @O2 and @BT you should honestly be ashamed.

@O2 once again a phone mast is not working in my area and I can't make or receive calls, this happens at least once a month for a few days but yet I'm still paying the full amount even though the service is unusable

@O2 Everywhere!!! And the compensation I'm owed is still yet to hit my account. You guys even offered to waive the fee to cancel my contract early and yet 2 different managers dealing with my case haven't called back. I'll DM if you can guarantee a call from someone in management
