It’s even more comical than pre-lockdown so I’m paying through the nose for a product that’s hardly functional in the city I live in. You concluded capacity issues when I flagged years ago.

Doug Paulley (@Doug_Paulley) reported from Wetherby, England@saj_anderson @ubereats_uk @O2 I've had similar problems with Carphone Warehouse. It rears its ugly head sometimes. They say "Royal Mail database fault, get your building reclassified as residential" I say "No, sort yourselves out". Happily doesn't affect voter registration etc.

Literally the worst service i've ever received & i've had to cancel my trip home for xmas due having no phone! i'm so angry!

I swapped tariff 48 hrs ago from 1 O2 tariff to another - still with O2 . Have lost function on my phone since the switch 1/2

A VERY, poor signal, barely "H+", with a short-lived, spattering of 4G. I do most of my social media interactions via WiFi, so I rarely notice the inadequate signal. CONT.....
