Literally the worst service I have ever received & I am so angry!👌

A VERY, poor signal, barely "H+", with a short-lived, spattering of 4G. I do most of my social media interactions via WiFi, so I rarely notice the inadequate signal. CONT.....

They say "Royal Mail database fault, get your building reclassified as residential" I say "No, sort yourselves out". Happily doesn't affect voter registration etc.

It’s even more comical than pre-lockdown so I’m paying through the nose for a product that’s hardly functional in the city I live in. You concluded capacity issues when I flagged years ago.

This has been the case for 2 years and all we get told is there's a fault, then 2 months later get told it's been fixed, when it hasn't.

Then, she said she unlocked it and I should be able to access it in 3 days. The whole thing doesn't make sense. And I phoned their number not a fake one :)
