This is the worst day for @O2 priorities to crash 🤬🤬🤬 I'm trying on my phone, through 3 different ways, on my work computer (🤫) and nothing. Will be definitely changing phone companies I'd I miss out on Peter Kay tickets due it crashing!!!

Seriously @O2 when will you sort the network capacity issues In york? It’s even more comical than pre-lockdown so I’m paying through the nose for a product that’s hardly functional in the city I live in. You concluded capacity issues when I flagged years ago.

@O2 terrible service. I have tried online help. Phoned customer service 4 times this morning- on hold for ages then get cut off with no reply. I swapped tariff 48 hrs ago from 1 O2 tariff to another - still with O2 . Have lost function on my phone since the switch 1/2

Your service @O2 is bloody shocking, your tech team deleted my APN settings by accident resulting in me having no use of my new phone nearly 2 weeks ago and you've still not put it right!!! Funny you've been quick enough to take another payment though 🤬🤬🤬

@O2 Hi, please can you reply to my DM? It's 2 weeks since I ordered a SIM now, it's still not here so I can't use it / activate it / anything. "Tracking" just says dispatched and it usually comes next day!!! 🤯 Not sure if I should just cancel and start again at this point?

@kylesoo @O2 Yes - Vodafone didn't work anywhere in or near my flat. But it took over a year and I think I raised the issue 3-4 times during that period! What did help was finding the CEO's email and sending the complaint there 🙃
