    Seriously @O2 when will you sort the network capacity issues In york? It’s even more comical than pre-lockdown so I’m paying through the nose for a product that’s hardly functional in the city I live in. You concluded capacity issues when I flagged years ago.

    @rawlimark Samsung. I'v had my S7 for 0ver 2 yrs no issues at all. Always do up dates. My contract with @O2 has just ended I'll be keeping this S7 & staying sim only

    @O2 terrible service. I have tried online help. Phoned customer service 4 times this morning- on hold for ages then get cut off with no reply. I swapped tariff 48 hrs ago from 1 O2 tariff to another - still with O2 . Have lost function on my phone since the switch 1/2

    @O2 you’ve cut off my phone - everytime I try to call support to see why, it says stay on the line for more info then cuts me off. Im at work and my GF is about to go into labour any moment so need my phone back on - sort it out ASAP

    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 I have just tried using the customer complaints email and it has be returned back to me. I closed an account in May 2022 and was then charged for following months. I had to pay this to close the account a second time and now I have CapResolve asking me for more money???

    @O2 Been a problem with a local mast here for over 18 months & you're still "negotiating with the landlord" to get on the property to fix it. How are talks (if you are in contact with the landlord) taking so long? @iD_Mobile_UK beats your signal hands down piggybacking @three network

    Don’t let me start with @O2 constantly lied about them calling me on specific days when they didn’t. Signal is 2 bars of 4G when I’m on a 5g contract. And I have to leave my flat for better signal just to make a call. Has anything changed. No.

    @Ginger_Tucci @O2 I never get signal in any city centre with @ThreeUK either, I never get more than 2 bars of signal anywhere I go, even stood next to a phone mast 🙄
